But there is a reason why these renagade dulests are here. 12 legendary cards were hiden somewhere in the city so that one day the right dulests could use them. Today is that day and this city needs a hero. The rules are simple1 Godmode and die!!!! 2 Power plays are acceptable as long as their not way to powerful. 3 If u have a problem report it to me. Character Setup: Name: Ryan Celas Description: Tall with blue eyes and and brown hair. Usualy whers a blue and white jacket and black shirts and pants. Deck Type/ Favirite Card: Level Deck Bio: Ryan is a graduite of duel acadmy who came to this city to become a better dulest, but he got much more that he was expecting.
