^ Basically this. ^ Also' date=' FusionXD's card has a wider range of possible usage and so has a better chance of adapting to the situation. The only problem that I see with it is that it says 'a certain number of cards' whereas it only needed to say 'a number of cards' or something like that.

I vote Fusion. I believe that Parion's is a bit more specific and a bit more reckless than Fusion's, because you already have at least 10 cards in your Graveyard + 4 more by the card effect, so it kind of destroys the deck. Fusion's kinda restores the user.

Edit: Oh and also you are forgetting some things about FusionXD's card.It doesn't specifically have any activation cost.You just gain Life Points and end up Special Summoning a monster which can be used for anything while Parion's card specifically asks to have 10 cards and send 2 Spell and Trap cards from the Deck to the Graveyard which is a big enough cost.Just wanted to say.
