Use Raiza instead of Caius since it doesn't get an effect when IIW is out. Mobius isn't good, why should he keep it? Mobius is good, it's just not the best compared to Caius and Raiza. The main reason they were chosen is the fact that they can target anything on the field, not just specifically monster or s/t.
