Where would I post this?

I've been wanting to make a deck of anime-exclusive and actual cards and post it on here and I was wondering if we just post it in finished sets or in Traditional deck. I know we can't duel with them IRL but we can on YVD. I think Yugiohwikia has rulings. I'm not sure so where would we post a thread like this?

You're asking a question about which of two subforums to post a deck that has both in it.

 

Separate your anime-related cards from the real cards, and post them in the appropriate subforums.

 

Anime-related cards go into Pop Culture.

 

For real cards, unless they form a full deck, they do not exist in any TCG-related subforum.
