Double Summon Concept (Not Gemini's)

So this is the new idea I have cooked up for Pokevolution. A monster with 8 Stars that can be summoned with 1 Tribute. However the user can also Tribute a extra monster of the same Type or Attribute as the Newly Summoned monster to gain an additional effect. If it was Summoned using one Tribute it gets the additonal effect after 2 of your Standby Phases. So it's like a jump start.

So here's an example, bear with me.

Fleetfoot Arcanus

******** 8*

Spellcaster

DARK

2200/1500

This card can be Normal Summoned with 1 Tribute. If you Normal Summon this way the monster's effect is negated until the controller's second Standby Phase. You can also Normal Summon this card by Tributing 2 monsters, one of them must be a DARK or Spellcaster-Type monster. If you use this effect the monster gains the following effect.

- Every time you put a Spell Counter on a face-up card you control you can put an additional Spell Counter on it.

The effect is a little basic at the moment but you get the idea.

Hmmm...I'd rewrite the effect slightly, so it reads as such:

Fleetfoot Arcanus

******** 8*

Spellcaster

DARK

2200/1500

This card can be Normal Summoned with 1 Tribute. If you Normal Summon this way the monster's effect is negated until the controller's second Standby Phase. If this card is Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters' date='[/b'] one of them must be a DARK or Spellcaster-Type monster. If you use this effect the monster gains the following effect.

- Every time you put a Spell Counter on a face-up card you control you can put an additional Spell Counter on it.

The effect is a little basic at the moment but you get the idea.

Slightly changed to be a bit less confusing, but otherwise, a decent idea. I like that if this turns out to be utilitarian support, Trade-In could be teched in to a lot of decks.

How I'd word it depends on what happens if it's Special Summoned. Does it gain its effect immediately? After two turns? Never? And what if it's Flip Summoned? And if it is Flip Summoned or otherwise flipped face-up after being Tribute Set, how do the Tributes involved in the Tribute Set affect things? Can you Tribute Set it with only one Tribute? Can you Tribute Set it with two Tributes of different Types and Attributes? And how do double-tributers like Kaiser Sea Horse work here?
