Squadron Four: Captain and Vice will be in charge of ending any and all conflict that may arise, but will only have to do so twice per conflict. Afterwards, I will intervene.

As Organization Co-Host, you are the next in command, and should I be absent, I leave the Organization and all Captain's with responsibilities to you. Any and everyone will answer to you should I be away.

 

As Overseer, you are in line with your Co-Host. However, you will also assist our Second Squadron Captain and Vice-Captain in accepting and denying applicants. Only you and the Second Squadron may accept or deny applicants unless I say otherwise.

Ichigo and Grimmjow within Las Noches was my personal favorite. Their ongoing rivalry was finally resolved just as the two wanted - at full power with no regrets. You got to see Grimmjow's transformation and learn a bit more about him throughout the fight and - at a time - you almost wanted Grimmjow to win. The fight scene itself rivaled a DBZ fight scene - in terms of length and action.

Honestly, I had to get a 12-sided die to decide this - and the die rolled a 2. The die doesn't lie, so I guess I wish to join as the Squad Two captain - to decide who is or is not fit to join.

1.) Why do you wish to be a part of our Organization? Because I love Bleach. Also, I didn't join the last one so I want to join now.

 

2.) What is it you hope to accomplish here? I want to have fun.

 

3.) What is your favorite BLEACH confrontation and why? Ichigo vs. Byakuya. It felt really awesome watching it. I liked seeing the improvement Ichigo had made and I especially liked the expression on Byakuya's face when Ichigo said he was going to use his Bankai. It was also the first time we saw his Bankai and the first time his Inner Hollow took over, which was extremely awesome. Byakuya's Bankai was also an interesting adversary against Ichigo, seeing as it was almost a game of Tag. Seeing the true form of Byakuya's Bankai was also cool. The fight was basically resolve vs. resolve and as it turned out Ichigo's was tougher.

 

4.) What is your desired position amongst our ranks? No characters? D:

How would, in your opinion, the perfect Bleach game be?

 

Mine would have a similar battle-system as Kingdom Hearts or just something action-y. It wouldn't center around any of the main characters, instead you would make your own Soul Reaper and start either in the Academy or as a non-seated officer.

 

Then during the course of the game you could work your way up the ranks, gaining Shikai and designing it, nothing to complex, and perhaps even gaining a Bankai in the end. Then you could become a Captain, go fight Hollows in the Real World and maybe having the storyline mix-up with the canon story at some point.

 

And some other stuff I haven't thought of as of this moment.

Ah, I'm glad you asked this. In my opinion, because the anime is so open as far as worlds go, and has a variety of characters, I would design it around the Tenkaichi battle system. Split Screen of course, but I would change the concept of aerial combat with L3 and R3, since there aren't any fusions, only change in forms. Form change would probably be used under L2 + R2, while character switch would be L1, while Reiatsu charge would be R1.

 

The combo system and Special Attack system would stay the same, but MAX POWER would be erased from the system. B1s would remain as Kido Attacks. That's just my basis.

I've always admired that the structural foundation of the Gotei was based on uniting those of similar talents, not of attempting to balance power by aligning different specializations. On top of that, I like pointy swords.

Establish myself in the forum community, and prove that I can be an active contributor and stick to things that I start.

Szayel VS Mayuri: What seemed at first to be a battle of wits turned into an utter gorefrest as Mayuri wrenched the life out of Szayel seemingly effortlessly....not much of a "fight" but the banter that spoke of how they countered eachother was exceedingly interesting. Szayel's revival peaked my interest, but even more so did Mayuri's exploding Bankai...And Nemu's corpse wasn't exactly boring either.

Any form of Vice Captain. I'm not fit to be a Captain, and I wouldn't command any respect, so whatever you see fit, I'd be happy to take.

Mayuri, definantly. His superiority complex reminds me faintly of myself (although his is exaggerated) and the fact that he created a daughter solely to heal himself isn't boring either.

I like the idea of a Tenkaichi-styled Bleach game. Although I rather like the fighting system in the Heat the Soul games, it can get pretty easy to exploit - could use some tweaking.

I like said idea for Tenkaichi combat style, because it could really play a big part in the Flash Step / Shunpo. Though the dodging would have to be tweaked to where when super blocked, it would allow either retaliation OR flash step. You know, in Tenkaichi 3, the close timing block that instantly causes you to vanish and cause a heavy strike? THAT.

Actually, I think Dissidia's system would be perfect. To be quite honest, I liked the battle system of Dissidia more than any other fighter, and it could work so awesomely for a lot of other games.

ISsin and Gran Fisher.

 

See allot of people would have saved such a magnificent character like Fisher, he murders Ichigo's mom, survived for thirty years even though he was a big target, and was the first arrancar to be seen and reconginzed (Ice ringer could have just been a hollow from apperances, it was Fisher who proved he did something). Such a character is usually used continusly, given character development until he grows into a promising and awesome arch enemy.

 

Not Fisher, Kubo just said "jabroni is dead from plottwist".

 

It was so beutifully pointless and a waste of backstory.

Me, I'm my own favorite character. I wrote myself into a bleach story FROM DA FUTURE in which I rewrite the past cause I thought it sucked, leading to HILLAROUS time travel hjinks.

Then I choose Aizen, he pulls so much sheet out of it's ass that it must have an alternate dimension inside it where he keeps all of this stuff.

For one, I was a part of the previous Organization, albeit I didn't have the chance to do much. Secondly, Bleach is one of only two series I follow both the manga and the anime, and I think it's a very good series.

To find more people to talk about Bleach with; the OneManga forums are far too diverse and dug into their discussions, and our own Bleach thread tends to get deserted between chapters / episodes.

 

3.) What is your favorite BLEACH confrontation and why?

Definitely Szayel versus Mayuri. We see the two Mad Scientists of the franchise stand off; one feared by his comrades, the other respected. We see Szayel's horrifying abilities being demonstrated, from the clone army to his pain dolls to the magnificent Gabriel finale. This fight was perfectly orchestrated and well played, and thus sticks in my mind.

 

4.) What is your desired position amongst our ranks?

As I'm rather used to solving conflicts and keeping rules, I am applying for the 4th Squadron Captain-Commander and Conflict Resolution Leader.

 

5.) Whom is your favorite BLEACH character, and why?

The King of Hollows, Barragan Luisenbarn. (Yes, I will use that spelling; the other one is a disgrace to the character and doesn't even work with the pronunciation.) As he says it himself, his power is absolute; he has power over aging itself. Barragan stuck in my memory for several reasons; he is the oldest - visibly - villain in the franchise, he has a skeletal Release, he's arrogant, and was the ruler of Hueco Mundo prior to Aizen's arrival. Everything about him screams authority and power over others, superiority; what is there not to like?
