The era of Japan's civilized aristocrats has come to a violent end. On the horizon is an era of warriors, where force of arms will be the nation's supreme power. The Heishi clan, led by Kiyomori Taira, has defeated the army of Minamoto Yorimoto and put an end to the Heishi Rebellion. It is clear that Heishi is the strongest of the samurai clans. Taira's victory was not do to the force of arms alone, but with the aid of warriors who wore divine stones. Each stone glowed with a mysterious inner light....

 

[spoiler=AMAHAGANE]

Amahagane are mystical jewels betowed upon the people by Shukenten, the god of smithery.These stones bring their owners a godlike power called Kamui. It is said that when an evil person uses one, it brings forth the power of evil. Many of the Amahagane have fallen into the hands of the Heishi.

Kamui is a special feat that uses the power of Amahagane. A Kamui manuver summons a magical space in which you can avoid enemy attacks while simultaneously executing a devastating attack of your own. There are some attacks that cannot be avoided using Kamui.

Led by Kiyomori Taira, this army's warriors use Amahagane. They also employ Yourenshu, who control demons. Its forces currently are in control of Heian-Kyou, the city that will one day be called Kyoto.

Name:Yoshitsune Minamoto

Race: Samurai

Appearance: 5'9", always wears white, dark short hair, red headband

Bio: A young swordsman who is only sixteen years old and the son of Yoshitomo Minamoto, the late leader of Minamoto clan who fell during the Heish Rebellion. However, Yoshitsune never knew this. Instead he came of age after a lonely childhood at the remote, sacred mountian shrine Mt. Kurama. (Noone in his family knows he is still alive)

A grat destiny awaits Yoshitsune.

Fight Style: Yoshitsune wields a katana in each hand, and overwhelms his enimies with superhuman speed and agility. Using graceful, dance-like motions, he swiftly combines his attacks into long, devastating chains that overwhelm his enemies.

Special ability: Superhuman Spped and Agility

Clan: Minamoto

Weapon:Fox Fire

Weapon History: Forged by the Fox Samurai "Yakatshi Hoshatini", Lost in the Mt. Kurama then later found by Yoshitsune Minamoto.

Yoritomo Minamoto: Yoshitsune's brother, leader of the Minamoto clan to its former glory ever since the defeat of his father Yoshitomo at the hands of the Heishi.

 

Kiichi Hogen: He is the chief of the Tamayori clan, who are charged with guarding the last of the Amahagane. It is the duty of this clan to see that they are not used for evil purposes. Kiichi Hogen is a master Buddhist mystic, and has enchanted Shizuka's hiding place to help hide her. He is the one who asks Yoshitsune to help the Tamayori retrieve the Amahagane that have fallen into the possesion of the Heishi.

 

Hidehira Fujiwara: Hidehira leads the Fujiwara clan and governs Oushu, the second-greates city in Japan. He has refused to become involved in the battle between the Heishi and the Minamoto.

 

Kiyomori Taira: Kiyomori is the leader of the Heishi. He used the Amahagane to defeat the Minamoto clan's army during the Heishi Rebellion, and now gorverns Japan according to the whims of the Heishi. Not satisfied with his victory, he wishes to become the sole master of the Amahagane and spread his power even farther. He also seeks the Priestess Gozen Shizuka, the only one who has the secret Yosegane magic.

 

 

[spoiler=Yosegane]

Gozen Shizuka: Known as the "Priestessof the Tamayori", she is the only person who can use the magical power "Yosegnae" right to enhance the power of the Amahagane. She is targeted by the Heishi, who wish to take advantage of Yosegane. To evade them, she fled far from civilization and now lives quietly in hiding with Kiichi Hogen.

Kagekiyo Taira: He is the single most powerful warrior of the Heishi. His power is rumored to exceed even that of Kiyomori Taira. Kagekiyo rarely shows emotion and executes his orders in calm and ruthless manner. With Amahagane in his hand, he possesses the power of a thousand men in battle. He was not on the front lines during the Heishi Rebellion and his prowess played a great role in Taira victory. Kagekiyo wields a special weapon that combines two blades in a single pommel, and with it he tirelessly hunts down Yoshitsune.

Name: Volke Skirata

Age: 18

Race: Samurai

Appearance : pale complextion, gold eyes, jet black hair with strips of dark red (one side covers half of the face the other half has 3" spikes), and he has a long crescent shaped scar that runs over his right eye.

Bio: A young swordsman who's parents were killed in the Heishi Rebellion. The urge for revenge against he Heishi clan has led him to train in many fighting styles. He thirsts for the chance to kill Kiyomori Taira, and extract his revenge.

Fight style: He wields a single Katana, a Tsurugi, and Yumi (in case its needed), he overwhelms his opponents with precision and speed. He uses swift graceful strikes, often combining his swordstrokes in chains of attacks that seem endless.

Special ability: Super Human Speed, and Accuracy

Clan: Minamoto

Weapon: Last Exile(Katana), Akuma's Fang(Tsurugi), Yumi

Weapon History: Both the Last Exile, and the Akuma's Fang were forged for his father. Volke obtained the Yumi from a fallen Samurai comrade.

Name: Koganei Tachibana (also "Miori Hideyoshi" his female alter-ego)

Age: 16

Race: Ninja

Appearance (Description only): He is young boy, with feminine features like his fair and delicate skin. He isnt very muscular as most men and has a very feminine figure, but in more of a tomboyish way, basically a gender neutral figure. He has jet black hair, and emerald green eyes.

Fight style: He prefers to use brains and speed to decide a fight. He lacks much physical strength, so much in fact that he might as well be a girl, so he developed a fighting style that is based on his two best qualities his speed that is greater then even most ninja and his superior intellect. He fights using real-time tactics to get the advantage over his opponent. He uses acrobatics like moves to confuse and attack his opponent so he is quite unpredictable in battle.

Special ability: Speed and Acrobatics

Clan: Tamayori

Weapon: Twin Black-Blade Katana, as well as many small knives, daggers, and other ninja weapons. (is that right?)

Weapon History: He got his Twin Black-Blade Katana named "Black Midnight" from his father a ninja whose name has been lost even to Koganei himself.

Here's the app. Changed the name and blade/ability though.

 

Name: Yonituke Inayuke

Age: 18

Race: Samurai

Appearance: Tall with blackish hair and dark blue eyes. He has a scar running from his right ear to his right shoulder. He has a black cloak with unknown symbols on it.

Bio: Yonituke was found on the Mountain, Mt. Kurama, as a boy. He was raised by an old samurai there. He soon got bored, and enrolled in the army. During the war between the two clans, he killed many of the Heishi's army. This caused him to be well known, and for the Heishi to want him dead. They hired many ninjas to find and destroy him. They trapped him in a cave. A kunai flew past his head and knocked a rock loose, which in turn revealed the hilt of a Muramasa. Yonituke grabbed the blade and turned to face the ninja's. They came at him, but were blown away by the wind. He later realised that he caused this wind, with the power of the blade, which he later learnt was the legendary blade Colthono, and traveled back to Mt. Kurama, because he knew that the old samurai could teach him to control his powers and the blade.

Fight style: Fights carefully, planning every move thoroughly. However, he still insists on getting every fight finished as soon as possible. He also prefere's lances and spears to swords, but can weild a blade brilliantly.

Special ability: Control over Wind and super human agility.

Clan: Minamoto

Weapon: Colthono

Weapon History: Colthono is a legendary sword, supposedly forged by a god. It harnesses the wind and can use the wind as it's own, aswell as giving the wielder extraordinary powers, including them of the blade. It also has a unique power allowing it to transform into a Lance(Spear like weapon) which enhances it's skills. Yonituke found it when running from a group of Ninja's. They trapped him in a cave. A kunai flew past his head and knocked a rock loose, which in turn revealed the hilt of a Muramasa. Yonituke grabbed the blade and turned to face the ninja's. They came at him, but were blown away by the wind. He later realised that he caused this wind, and traveled to Mt. Kurama, because he was told that an old samurai living there could teach him to control it.

Other: Unknown cousin of Yoshitsune. He was found alone in the mountain as a child and was thought to be dead. Now he is a friend of Yoshitsune as they grew up on the mountain together like brothers.
