Sen nodded very quickly, and smile on her face again. "OK, pick a door, any door, but just not that one." Once he was gone she looked at the two doors she could choose from. "Hm...Zenosuke-sama said that Rekkin-senpai and Gareth-senpai are fighting...Nope don't wanna go there. Rekkin-senpai gets scary when she fights, that and she always smells from that bottle she always has." Sen muttered her finger unde her chin.

 

"So that only leaves one!" Sen giggled running through the gate while singing "Ring around the Roseys". "I wonder where they ar-Oh! There!" She ran over and skidded herselfto a stop in front of them. "Um...Hi, Zensuke-sama sent me." She grinned rubbing her wrist gently still feeling the weight of his chains.

After the short amount of time his eyes opened. He looked down seeing the new person on the ground. He chuckled as his eyes fixated on him and his replying. "I was simply preparing my Chakra for the next few moves." He sat there holding his arms back in the same position as before following up his statement with another. "So who are you exactly? And how is it that you are not able to be affected by the Space-Time Jutsu?" He stopped not really wanting to speak to this creature anymore.

 

He sighed as he sat there looking at him. His thoughts began to wander as he thought to himself. This person is dangerous.. If we have to fight him I might have to prepare my ultimate jutsus...

"Who I am, important it is not. What I represent is what you must ask for," the figure hissed deathly, the dark mist becoming more sinister, "I represent that which the Ashura Path represents. I represent the demon of the six, the malevolent destroyer."

 

The figure motioned around the space around them. The sun remained black, and the dark glow gave only dim light, barely enough for them to see each other. Cold currents of air bring about terror with every word the figure utters, and even the natural flows of chakra in nature seemed to stop again.

 

"Space-Time techniques, powerful as they may be, they are still techniques. Chakras or energies, no amount of them exist where my presence is felt. Come at me even with even the techniques of the gods themselves, and I will render them useless with one finger. This is the law of the demon."

 

The spine-tingling air around them swirled with intensity as the figure moved towards the two Akatsuki members. There was a feeling of dread lingering around the atmosphere now, and moans from the dead can be heard from all around the place.

 

"Now I will ask again. Are you not looking for a man named Gyosei?"

Meanwhile, over at the outskirts of Amegakure, Shuuhei has just sheathed his sword. There were more than twenty bodies lying around him, all dead. The rain has stopped pouring, and the surrounding clouds have cleared up. He turned his head, trying to find his partner, Matsushita, who somehow disappeared. There was a slight tingle in the air from the cold winds that resulted from the rain.

 

As he turned towards the town, he was surprised to see an Akatsuki member. It was a female member, and a low-rank too. She looked strangely familiar. There was no doubt Shuuhei knew her when the Akatsuki swordsman patted her on the head.

 

"Sen-san, what are you doing here? This is a dangerous mission," Shuuhei notices the burn marks on her wrist, "Tell me you didn't pissed Zenosuke-dono again. *Sigh*. You know that guy. He doesn't sit well with anyone. Hmm."

 

He listened to Sen's introduction, the junior member stating that she was sent by Zenosuke. Shuuhei nodded his head reluctantly, since if he was indeed sent by the leader, he wouldn't have any choice. He wiped the water from his brows with his sleeve, then turned his attention towards Sen.

 

"Alright. You can come. Matsushita-san has gone missing for some reason. Also, you're timing was just right. I needed an excuse to enter Amegakure. So start wearing these." Shuuhei said, handing over a pair of clothes to Sen.

 

The clothes looked like casual Amegakure clothing, with a black raincoat, and a wooden umbrella. There was also a pair of forehead protector in the set. Shuuhei stashed his akatsuki cloak and forehead protector on a nearby hollowed tree, and wore his clothes on top of his ninja gear. He also wrapped his katana in a sheet of cloth so as not to draw any attention.

 

"Unlike the rest of them, I prefer stealth. We'd be able to search the town if we're not attracting to much attention." Shuuhei explained towards Sen.

"It was boring at the hideout, there wasn't anyone there but Zenosuke-sama, and he doesn't like to play with me." Sen listened to Shuuhei as he somewhat reluctantly let her come, rocking on her heal a smile on her face. Once he was done she took the clothes he offered and the Amegakure headband, putting them on. She also stashed her close by the tree, then ran back over to Shuuhei. "I'll be good I promise! And-" She put a finger over her lips, "I'll be very, very quiet."

Shuuhei shook his head, clearly not approving of Zenosuke's decision to send Sen on such a dangerous mission. He turned his head around, seeing whether or not someone has seen them. Once he deemed the coast is clear, he tapped Sen by the shoulder, and ushered her towards the direction of the town. The rainclouds started to gather once again, but it looked like it would still take time before the next downpour. Shuuhei looked like he didn't like the rain, hurrying Sen and himself in the village. The town guards didn't looked at them twice, seeing them as Amegakure village citizens.

 

"Sen, we have to hurry. On the next downpour, we'll be easily detected by him. Amegakure revolves around him and his rain. Nothing can hide from it. Not even Zenosuke-dono's clone summons." Shuuhei remarked quietly towards Sen, making sure they weren't heard.

 

They walked for a couple of moments, Shuuhei approaching random people and asking seemingly trivial questions. He was making careful moves and approaching people naturally, trying his best not to draw the ire of any Amegakure ninjas. Finally, one of the people they were interrogating gave them an information regarding a certain man who just entered the town not so long ago. The man even gave them a map towards a circular alleyway towards the back portion of the village.

 

Shuuhei ushered Sen further into the village, finally stopping in front of a very dark alleyway. There was little light seen inside, and rain doesn't seem to reach the inside of the alleyway, as the ground seemed drier than the outside. Shuuhei looked around and when he saw the street was clear, he quickly pushed Sen inside, and hurriedly followed her, passing a glowstick to the younger member.

 

"Alright Sen-san, let's go." Shuuhei remarked.

 

The two headed towards the dark alley, going deeper and deeper, the darkness encompassing the entire alleyway. Shuuhei vigilantly followed his map, turning a few corners, and making sure Sen was following him. After another turn, he could feel a presence nearby.

 

"Going somewhere, Rain Ninjas?" a cold, robotic voice sounded off from somewhere in front of Shuuhei.

 

"You're not allowed in here." Another cold, and robotic voice sounded off from behind Sen.

 

As Shuuhei held up his glowstick, two figures wearing what looked like a black, steel-looking armor around their body appeared in front and behind them. The head is covered in a metallic helmet, with only a pair of red glowing eyes present. Both are carrying what looked like a pair of swords sheathed around the back.

 

"Intruders must be destroyed. Master wills it, it must be done." the armored man in front said, drawing a pair of swords. The blade weren't made of steel, and looked like they were made of chakra.

 

"Samurais." Shuuhei remarked, drawing out his katana using his free hand.

 

"Indeed." the one in front said, attacking Shuuhei with both swords.

 

The one behind Sen also drew his swords by now, and is preparing to attack the akatsuki. The red glowing eyes of this one looked sinister and meaner, eyeing Sen with malice and chaotic joy. The chakra blade of this one was colored red instead of the white pair his partner wields.

 

"Ikkaku, handle that tall guy. Hakoto will handle this one." Hakoto, the samurai behind Sen, remarked in his robotic voice.

Sen stayed behind Shuuhei as he lead the way through Amagakure. She hummed her favorite song, skipping every now and then and waving to random people. Most ignored her though, and continued on doing what ever it was they were doing. Soon Shuuhei got the informatin he wanted and took her to a dark passage way. "It doesn't look fun in there at all...It looks scary." She said before being pushed inside by the male Akatsuki behind her.

 

Sen was handed a green glowstick, which she happily accepted seeing it a a to to keep her occupied. The passage way was way too long, and Sen was getting easily bored with the glowing stick in her hands. However, she didn't want to get left behind in here so she made sure to keep up with Shuuhei, until two samurais appeared. One in front of Shuuhei and the other behind Sen. "Ooo! We get to play, Shuuhei-senpai!"

 

Sen raised her foot off the ground, using the metal under her shoe to block his sword. Her head tilted to the side as pain went down her leg from the sword. "Let's play tag, shall we?" Sen vanished from her spot coming from above with an ax kick to his head. Then imediately sent a barrage of kicks towards the samurai.

Rekkin felt dread and fear fill her spine as she saw the Ashura Path... person speak to her and Garanth. This thing could have been a demon whom the Uchiha had summoned, but the way he seemed surprised of its appearance... it could not mean he willingly summoned it. She opened her two eyes, looking straight at the sight of what seemed worser than death itself, but retained her calm.

 

"Yes. We are Akatsuki, and no matter what or who you are, we're not afraid of you. I am Rekkin, a High-Ranked Akatsuki member! You'd better not pick a fight with me!"

 

She boasted out loudly, not showing fear for this unknown creature. She had been through worser times in her childhood, watching countless people die and disappear in front of her, having suffered the ultimate sacrifice for the rest of her life. She knew no other fear than that; to see someone die in front of her again. She briskly shook her head to get some hair strings out of her face, before looking again.

 

"You know, you look extremely ugly. And yes, we are looking for this Gyosei dude, cuz' we wanna find out about the Rinnegan. You know of his locations, demon?"

Hakoto dodged the axe kick, and the next succeeding attacks, he parried most of it with his swords. He tried to turned around when a kick connected with his chin, sending him up in the air. He back flipped to stabilized himself in the air, then used what looked like a wall to propel himself towards Sen. He stretched out a sword, aiming for the female akatsuki. The tip of his chakra blade looked as if its getting longer and longer by the minute, heading straight towards Sen.

 

"You're dead! My nightvision allows me and my partner to see in the dark. You're helpless without light here!" Hakoto exclaimed, cutting Sen's glowstick with the elongated blade.

 

The only light was now coming from Shuuhei, who seemed to have little effort fending off his samurai opponent with his own blade. Upon seeing Sen's glowstick being cut, he tossed his own glowstick towards the junior akatsuki member.

 

"Catch!" Shuuhei shouted, then turning a completel 180 degree, turning just in time to block Ikkaku's unusual sword style.

 

Shuuhei caught one of the sword by the hilt of his katana, turning it in a circular manner, disarming the sword, then doing a quick roundhouse kick towards the samurai's chest, pushing him back. Shuuhei then stabbed his sword to the ground, causing massive surge of lightning to erupt from the blade, traveling the sides of the alleyway, causing it to light up briefly.

 

"You're in a world of hurt if you impede us further, samurai." Shuuhei remarked seriously.

 

"You're the one who's going to be hurt if you ever tried to proceed, Akatsuki." Ikkaku retorted, his disarmed sword suddenly flying back to his outstreched hand.

 

Ikkaku then moved towards Shuuhei in a zig zag pattern, moving faster and faster. His swords were moving in a blurry fashion, heading straight towards Shuuhei in an unpredictable manner.

 

"Die!" Ikkaku shouted, appearing behind an unsuspecting Shuuhei, landing a vertical sword strike to the head of Shuuhei.

 

The Shuuhei standing in front of him suddenly burst into lightning as the swords cut through it. Lightning suddenly sped towards Ikkaku, shocking him greatly. Shuuhei then appeared from above, landing downwards with a vertical heel drop on Ikkaku's head.

 

"Lightning Clone Technique. How do you like it?" Shuuhei said as his heels connected with the samurai's head, knocking the samurai out.

 

He then stared at Sen. "Finish him off, Sen." Shuuhei shouted, keeping the area lighted for the female akatsuki.

"Gyosei. So your kind is looking for the Rinnegan as well." the demon said in his deathly tone.

 

He moved forward towards Rekkin, moving slowly and hideously, as his legs seemed to move the wrong way. The mist around them heightened up in intensity, and the very ground has turned completely gray from being exposed from the mist. The sun remained black, but this time, there seemed to be a white dot in the middle, resembling an eye. It seemed to be staring at Rekkin and Garanth themselves.

 

"I am not here to fight you, Akatsuki. But do not be mistaken. If we fight, your chakra-based techniques are useless in the face of my black sun, and your life is forfeit in the embrace of my darkness." the demon remarked, motioning towards the ever growing darkness.

 

As he finished his statement, a trio of Konohagakure Ninjas appeared from behind him, their swords drawn out. They immediately launched an attack towards the demon using different technique.

 

Three massive fire-dragons rose from the ground, burning intensely. The dragons headed towards the demon with unparalleled speed and strength. From the other side, a massive pillar of wood erected from the ground, encircling the demon. The fire dragons plunged through the only opening, sealing the exit and burning whatever was inside the circle.

 

The ANBUs then proceeded towards Rekkin and Garanth, forming a triangular formation around the two Akatsuki members. They were forming a set number of handseals when the pillar of wood suddenly decayed and smoke issued from within.

 

"Insolence." a deathly tone sounded from everywhere.

 

The black mist suddenly became darker and darker, and the level of coldness in the air suddenly became greater. The demon emerged from the ground right in front of Rekkin, and three more emerged from behind the ANBUs.

 

"No one interrupts me when I'm in the middle of a meeting." the demon in front of Rekkin remarked.

 

The other clones extended their arms forward, and penetrated the bodies of each ANBU. They seemed to be grabbing something from within. As each clone pulled out their hands, what looked like transparent figures, souls of each ANBU, were dragged away, and was eaten away by the darkness. The ANBUs fell down on the ground lifeless, their body immediately rotting away.

 

"As I was saying," the demon turned to Rekkin almost as if nothing happened, "Gyosei and the Rinnegan. He's not here. I know where he is. But I am compelled by my master to only tell you under one condition."

 

The air turned rather colder and more denser. There was a hint of chakra once again, but it seemed to be coming from the demon himself.

 

"Show me Zenosuke."

Sen was surprised that he dodged most of her kicks but it never got through the smile that seemed to be plastered on her face. "I tagged you. You're it!" She giggled watching Hakoto go flying from her kick, but quickly recovering and coming back to attack her. It suddenely went dark on her end as he sliced her glow stick in half. Hakoto was still heading for her, and out of the corner of her eye she saw Shuuhei toss her his. Sen caught it then jumped back dodging his attack, landing on the wall using her chakra to stay there.

 

The allyway suddenly went bright as Shuuhei's lightening crawled along the walls, and he told her to finish off her opponent. "Aww! But the game just started!" She sighed frowning, "Oh, well he was getting boring anyway." She placed her hand on the wall, using her lightening abilities to call Shuuhei's lightening to her hand. Sen then pushed off of the wall, suddenly vanishing then appearing right in front of Hakoto punching him in the gut with her lightening covered fist. He hit the wall forming a dent, her fist still connected to his stomach.

 

"There! All done!" She smiled at Shuuhei, removing her hand letting the samurai crumple to the ground unconscious. Sen then winced looking at her smoking hand. "Your lightening is not nice..."

Shuuhei grabbed his katana from the ground as soon as he heard armor and wall collided, producing a sick, crunching noise, and the sound of a few bones breaking apart. He then sheathed his katana, and rounded towards Sen, just in time to hear her remarks about his lightning. Shuuhei merely approached the junior akatsuki member, and patted her on the head.

 

"My lightning is a little rough. You shouldn't have drawn them in haphazardly. Still, that was a nice blow. Not to mention, you didn't use much of your chakra. Now, lets proceed. If we're seeing samurais, this could indeed be the right path." Shuuhei remarked.

 

He ushered the way into the darker parts of the alley, moving slowly forward, trying to be careful as there might be more samurais present. To his relief, there was none, and instead, a light penetrated from up ahead. There seemed to be a circular area just ahead where light can pass through.

 

"Sen, let's go. I've got a feeling we're going to find who we're looking for up ahead." Shuuhei remarked, looking rather serious.

 

As they emerged from the dark alley and into the lighted circular area, the first thing that Shuuhei noticed was a set of metal bars above Sen. It was a cage of sorts. He pushed Sen almost immediately as the cage cascaded down their position. It immediately locked around Shuuhei as Sen hit a nearby wall.

 

"Brilliant, Akatsuki. You managed to free one of your own. I would've wanted to capture you both." a voice echoed from somewhere.

 

From the other side of the circular area, a man emerged from the shadows. His face is covered by a hood, and a black rain coat is draped around his body. The insignia of the Hidden Sound Village is etched on the forehead protector around his neck. He snapped his fingers and more than a dozen samurais appeared from all around them.

 

"What does the great Akatsuki want to accomplish by coming here? Has Zenosuke lost his mind? Akatsuki will be killed on sight by any Village." the man said in a soft tone.

 

He stepped further into the middle of the room, glancing at Shuuhei, who seemed to have drawn out his katana. The man approached the cage, then glanced over at Sen. He then got back to Shuuhei.

 

"Don't even think about it. This cage is meant to be opened only from the outside. No amount of force is going to do any damage to it from the inside." the man said, then he turned towards Sen.

 

He approached the female Akatsuki, looking at her through his hood. He then snapped a finger, and one of the samurais landed next to him, swords drawn out. They were the same as Hakoto and Ikakku's. The samurai looked at Sen through its red glowing eyes.

 

"I saw your fight earlier with Hakoto. I'm going to entertain myself and make a deal with you, Akatsuki. If you want that guy to be freed, you'll have to fight this man here," the hooded man pointed towards the samurai beside him, "This is Rairyuu, one of my personal guards. If you can knock him out, I'll free your partner."

 

The hooded man then vanished, reappearing on the far side of the room, sitting on a chair. Two samurais stood beside him, looking rather murderous.

 

"Begin."

 

Rairyuu sheathed his swords, and tightened his the gauntlets around his hands. He then lunged towards Sen, aiming an impaling kick towards her abdomen. The speed at which the samurai did this was fast. As he sent his foot forward, he gripped the ends of his katana, ready to draw them out should his kick misses.

Sen listened to what this mysterous man said, then looked at Shuuhei smiling, "Don't worry, I promise I won't lose this game!" She then looked at her opponent, Rairyuu, grinning. "I get to play two games in one day! I'm glad I came!" The second she was done, Rairyuu came flying at her faster than she anticipated, but she was still ready. Timing it just right she jump bringing her knees tightly to her body, then aimed a kick for his head.

Shado stops moving as suijin was knocked away looking at Daku. Daku grabs Tojiro about to Liger Bomb him as he sees the man appears letting go of Tojiro he looks over at Shado. Shado looks a\up at the man who appeared not knowing who he was. "That is the name of the man I am here to find, yes" he says coldly as he watches the man then running towards the tower and jumping as Daku appears to be moving slowly as he watches him. Shado then lands on the tower nearby the man a feww feet away watching him. "If you know of that man's whereabouts I suggest you tell me before I have to cause any damage to this village to find him". Daku helps Tojiro up as he looks at him, slight kindness shown in his eyes before reverting to neutral "I suggest you leave, it's not safe to be around Shado when he is angry like this" he says calmly watching his older brother.

Rairyuu was knocked away with the unexpected counterattack by Sen. His armor scratched the concrete floor around them, producing a grinding noise, leaving a trail of destroyed concrete. As he hit his third bump on the floor, Rairyuu flipped himself upright, landing on two feet. He then buried his finger on the ground, stopping his movement completely, then immediately placing his right hand on the handle grip of his katana, assuming a drawing form.

 

"Rai Senkuu!" Rairyuu shouted, drawing his katana in a fluid motion as he did a 360 spin.

 

As he drew out his sword, a massive blade, in the shape of a lightning quickly flashed towards Sen. It was very quick, and it tore down the earth it travelled on. The length extended onwards, slashing along the wall then heading straight towards Sen. It was cackling and sizzling, just like how lightning behaves in the sky.

 

"Is this a checkmate already?" the hooded man on the far side of the room said.

 

Shuuhei's eyes widened when he saw the technique. His eyes were filled with a reminiscent glow, as he saw how well Rairyuu executed the technique, as if he himself knew the roots of the technique. His eyes widened more as he saw the speed at which the technique headed towards Sen.

 

"That skill. It can't be. Rai Senkuu, one of ojiisan's four sky flashes. Who is this guy?" Shuuhei said, his face looking a little shocked.

Rai Senkuu (Lightning Sky Flash): The user sheathes his sword and assumes a drawing stance. He then channels chakra towards the ends of blade, and recomposes lightning element. He then draws the sword as he does a complete 360 degree spin, drawing the sword at the end of the spin ,producing an excessive amount of force that increases the speed of the technique. The blade elongates, and the chakra kept is released in an arcing line, hitting the target from melee to mid range. In case of samurais, they use Ki instead of Chakra, and the blade they use produces the element needed.

The mummy man nodded a few times as Shado spoke. He gave the Akatsuki a thumbs up when he finished, then doing a somersault, landing right in front of Shado. His bandages looked extremely ancient and worn out from up close. The mist seemed to avoid him altogether, dissipating completely to the sides. The puddle of water around him also seemed to shy away, as they move to the side as if pushed by an invisible hand. He then cocked his head to the side as he stopped right in front of Shado.

 

"Listen here. I don't give a damn if you destroy this village. Hell, I'd destroy their village if boss didn't tell me to find you guys." the mummy man irritatingly said, gesturing towards the nearby village of mist.

 

He cocked his head back to place, then pointed at this blank forehead protector, trying to prove the point about him having no care for the hidden mist. He then turned his head towards Daku, then towards Suijiro. He gave a deathly laugh.

 

"That fool didn't even see me coming. My taijutsu is the best after all. One heel kick, and BAM! He's out. Didn't even took an ounce of effort. Are all humans this weak?" the mummy remarked with a misty, deathly tone, staring at Shado.

 

It took a little moment before he remembered his purpose in meeting Shado and Daku. He pointed a finger towards his chin, and cocked his head to the side again, looking extremely silly.

 

"Ah yes. I represent what the human path represent. I am the what you'd call, err. Oh right! I represent the human of the six, the irredeemable one. I was sent here to tell you that you're wasting your time. That Gyosei isn't anywhere here. I know where he is, but I've got one condition." the mummy said mistily, his voice still sounding deathly, and empty.

 

The air blew in softly, generating a gust of chill and the mist seemed to come back, but only for a bit. There was a sinister aura coming off the mummy figure, the black bandages swaying loosely as black mist was oozing from inside the mummy's body.

 

"Bring me to Zenosuke."

[ANBU]

Shado looks at him as he ducks slightly taking a rest from using his speed ability, it still active though. "Daku, go tell Zenosuke that we may have a chance to find him, but we may need to have something ready, we'll have a guest" Shado says coldly watching the man. Daku then turns running back towards the mountain at a high speed, passing from his currenty position into the forest and out of view quickly. "all humans that weak? you say, a bit cocky considering that I could have sliced you in two with chidori on my way up". Shado then stands back up proerly his eyes betraying the slight amount of electricity in the bottom of them "and I saw your movements almost perfectly fine" he says pointing the the small electricity in his eyes for a second "and this is only 2 thirds of my max. speed so I'd suggest against trying anything, and once Daku gets back we'll go see Zenosuke." Daku then starts running up the side of the mountain as he arrives, moving as fast as he can as he puts his cloak back on which he recovered just before he left, then jumping for the gate just making it through before landing.

"Oho. Is that a challenge? A human challenges a well.. the irredeemable one. I would've said said challenges another human, but I'm not exactly a human. Just a representative of the human path. In any case, you caught my speed? HAH! Don't flatter yourself. If you think you can slice me up with your chidori, you're more than welcome to try," the mummy's bandages flared up with a dark aura, dwarfing the mist in its intensity, "Right now."

 

The mummy figure disappeared from his spot, reappearing on one branch of a tree, then another reappearing on another branch, the on another one, until there's practically an entire horde of mummies standing on each tree branch in the vicinity, and one on top of the broken down structure. Another one appeared right before Shado, and one on each side.

 

"They're not clones, human. I can move this fast, I basically leave an after image of kagebunsin quality. If you think you can cut me down with your chidori, you're more than welcome to try, if you can hit me, that is." the mummy's voice echoed all throughout, sounding dead and misty, yet a hint of malice lining his tone.

 

From within the head of the mummy, a sinister voice suddenly spoke out. It can only be heard by the mummy figure however. It sounded extremely evil and there was no hint of light in its voice.

 

Human Path, what are you doing? This is no time for playing around with him. Zenosuke is our goal. Get to him first before you do anything reckless. You cannot break them. Ashura Path has already started to work on his side, now you must work on yours. Are we clear? the voice said inside the mummy's head.

 

Don't worry, boss, I'm just going to play with them. I won't break them, I promise. Besides, if that demon manages to enter their hideout, he can just reverse summon me, right? In any case, I won't do anything stupid, boss. Really. the mummy thought to himself in reply to the voice in his head.

 

"So, you ready to take a bet?"

Raiyuu's counter was so smooth that Sen had to imeadiately move out of the way. At least that's what she ment to do. In reality, when she tried to move a sharp pain ran up the leg she used to block Makoto's sword earlier. "Crap." She muttered holding ot her hands, lightening cackling around them in an attempt to redirect or absorb most of the attack. Once the attack hit Sen was instantly pushed back and slammed against the wall. Sen stayed slumped against the wall, looking at her burnt and bloody hands. "I...I'm bleeding...That means....I got hurt..."

 

She slowly stood up looking at Raiyuu giggling madly, "Round 2!" Sen laughed, as lightening began cackling around her. Her body produced a white glow her Kekkai Genkai officially activated. She vanished from her spot, suddenlyon the celing using it to push off and gain more speed to the Samurai below her.

 

She flipped in midair so that her feet, which seemed to have a brighter glow than the rest of her body, were aiming at him. Sen gave an insane smile, "Ready or not here I come!!"

Rairyuu's eyes remained focused at Sen, even though something was really off. He knew that from the way his opponent moved, there would be a couple of dynamic changes he would have to adapt. He sheathed his sword once again, focusing his Ki towards his blade. Sen clearly meant business when she aimed a bright, glowing kick towards Rairyuu.

 

"Hiryuu Senkuu!" Rairyuu shouted, kicking the ground with both feet, drawing his blade moments before Sen landed kick, sending a windy strike to block the attack.

 

The impact was so great that the wind became thick enough, covering the area like smoke. From within the smoke, something shot out towards the walls, hitting it with extreme force. It was Rairyuu. His gauntlet around his right arm has cracked from the tremendous strain that Hiryuu Senkuu entailed when performed the wrong way.

 

"I must say, this armor is making my battojutsu rusty." Rairyuu remarked, removing his gauntlets, and his armor.

 

It took him a few seconds to completely remove his entire armor, revealing a long, black-haired man in his mid forties. He has brown eyes, and there was a lightning-shaped scar present across his right arm. The hooded man on the far side of the area gave a small gasped, as if surprised from knowing Rairyuu's true identity. But it doesn't compare to Shuuhei's surprise. He gripped the bars of his cage tightly, his teeth gritted.

 

"YOU! How are you alive?" Shuuhei shouted angrily, a certain layer of disbelief lining his voice.

 

"Yes, Shuuhei. I know you can see me from inside those blinders on your eyes. I tell you know, your eyes are not deceiving you. Who else can use Rai Senkuu and Hiryuu Senkuu but me? You didn't think you've really killed me before have you?" Rairyuu remarked.

 

Shuuhei looked taken a back. A ghost from his past has suddenly appeared before him, and it was the worse kind. He couldn't believe his eyes. He touched his blinders, trying to see if there was dust on them, but there was none.

 

"Gatou-Sensei. How? I decapitated you cleanly! I saw it with my own eyes!" Shuuhei shouted.

 

"You decapitated no one. I knew you were going to get stronger, and so I prepared. I made sure I set up a lightning clone just in case, but it was no ordinary clone. I used up all of my chakra on it, making it life like," Rairyuu looked extremely serious, "And don't call me by my old name. I now go by the alias Rairyuu. I will apologize, however, for taking this young girl's life."

 

Shuuhei would've done something but the cage proved indestructible from the inside. He tried to cut the bars and the roof with his katana, but not even a scratch was present. He watched as Rairyuu sheathed his sword, and this time, he knew which technique Rairyuu was going to use. The man was indeed serious about killing Sen.

 

"Sen! WATCH OUT! He's going to use his strongest attack! RUN AWAY FROM HERE NOW!" Shuuhei shouted at Sen.

 

"Too late." Rairyuu muttered. He took a step forward using his left foot, then bent low enough that his right knee was touching the floor itself.

 

"Tsuchi Senkuu!"

 

Rairyuu drew out his katana, the blade immediately touching the ground as it traveled outwards, sending massive wave of earth towards Sen. The wave split into three, the two outside waves cutting any escape routes, while the middle wave continued forward. The wave was as high as the ceiling itself, and there was little space to maneuver.

 

"She's dead now, Shuuhei. And you're next." Rairyuu jeered towards Shuuhei.

 

Shuuhei merely smirked at Rairyuu. There was something in his smirk that gave Rairyuu goosebumps. He immediately stared at his wave heading towards Sen. Something didn't feel right.

 

"I doubt she'd die from that, fool." Shuuhei remarked with a smirk.

Hiryuu Senkuu: The user sheathes his/her sword and assumes a drawing form. Chakra is focused inwardly towards the blade, and air element is recomposed along the blade. On the user's discretion, he/she jumps upwards, and executes an extremely quick draw of the sword, slashing horizontally, and producing a wall of razor wind in front of the user. If the technique is used defensively, the user must make minute adjustments in the movement of the arm, or else risk putting stress on it. In case of Samurais, they use Ki instead of chakra, and their blades handle the recomposition.

 

Tsuchi Senkuu: The user sheathes his/her sword and assumes a drawing stance. Chakra is focused outwardly to the ground around the user, and the earth element is recomposed along the blade. The user then bends low enough, and draws his sword quickly, making sure that the blade touches the ground upon drawing. The sword makes contact with the chakra-saturated ground, and produces a massive tsunami of earth. The earth-wave can split into multiple waves depending on the user's power and ability. This technique takes away great amounts of chakra, and leaves the user unable to use the technique for the next 5 posts. In case of Samurais, Ki is used instead of Chakra, and their blades handle the recomposition.

Sen did a series of arial flips when the explosion from the two attacks pshed her back. She landed in a crouched position. Sen looked through the smoke trying to find Reiyuu, and when she saw him again he looked differed. She noticed his armor was off, and her smile widened when he attacked again inteding to kill her. She only stood completely ignoring Shuuhei, throwing her head back and laughing insanely. "I'm going to kill you all!!"

 

Her body began glowing brighter, and her lightening began rapidly circling around her forming a sphere around her. It then exploded outwards in all directions causing a a bright light to engulf the room, and a cloud of obscuring smoke.

 

From with in the smoke you could see small bolts of lightening shooting off from where Sen stood, two small, white orbs of condensed lightening in each of her hands. Blood ran down her face from where the falling debree hit her, and on smoke issued from her most likely her skin undernieth her robes was burnt from her own attack. However, the look on her face made it clear she didn't even notice r care. "Tag, I'm it!" Sen ran towards Reiryuu with surprising speed, "Die! Die! Die! Die!!" She laughed maniaclly trying to thrust the two lightening orbs into his body.

Shado puts his hands on his stomach, charging electrical current into himself as he looks around the sparks in his eyes increasing slightly as the movements of the human path start tpo become slightly visible. "If you want to fight I could show you a little something, ofcourse we'll need Daku to get back but after all if you are fast enough to dodge it you'll be safe, quite safe". Daku walks across the Akatsuki hideout before looking up at Zenosuke, "Zenosuke-dono we have found one which calls itself the human path, it says that it knows where Gyosei is, but will only talk if we bring it to you.." Daku says softly, bowing. Shado then looks at the Human path catching his eye for half a second as it then moves out of his view as he sees the many afterimages that it has left around. "If i have enough time no matter how fast he is he'll be finished, and forced to tell us where Gyosei is, that is if that little mist nin down there doesn't try anything" he thinks to himself as the lightning covering his eyes goes to halfway over them.

Rairyuu looked shocked when he saw Sen broke through his attack. It was his strongest, his ace in the hole, but somehow, the young female akatsuki broke through it. He stared at her with a gaping mouth, mostly in shock. His sword arm cannot move, but it was not the result of shock. Consecutive uses of his Senkuu has rendered his sword arm nearly at its limit. He can barely move his wrist anymore as he watched Sen inched closer to him.

 

"Impossible!" Rairyuu remarked, bringing his left hand forward, assuming a drawing form with his left hand.

 

As Sen run at him with increasing speed, he readied himself. He has only one technique left, and it's his last resort. His Ki is nearly spent, and he will sacrifice his left arm. It's either his left arm or his life.

 

"Dai Senkuu" Rairyuu muttered under his breath.

 

He unsheathed his sword seconds before Sen made contact with his chest. The blade produced an intense blinding flash as it collided with Sen's lightning orbs. Intense shockwave rattled the circular area, blowing away dust, and even the hooded man's chair, prompting him to stand up. From within the shockwave, Rairyuu's left arm held the blade in place, but something was wrong. The intensity of Sen's attack was far greater than Rairyuu's own move. He was blown away with such force that when he hit Shuuhei's cage, the cage broke open, freeing Shuuhei. Rairyuu was knocked unconscious, with the whites of his eyes showing. His left arm looked extremely burnt, and his right arm didn't looked better.

 

"Sen, enough! You're going to kill yourself soon." Shuuhei said, drawing his sword. He knew the excess lightning needs to be taken care of. It was a good thing Kaminari Ken is built for such things. He waited for Sen to make her move towards him.

 

Come here. Sen. That lightning is dangerous enough. Shuuhei thought to himself.

Zenosuke looked at Daku with heightened interest. He was surprised at the news that the akatsuki member has brought him. From within his covered face, a smile formed. He was getting closer to the Rinnegan, and it was only a matter of time. There could be no delays. He turned his back from the stone statue, and faced Daku properly.

 

"Excellent. Well, bring him in. I'd love to have a chat with this human path you're talking about." Zenosuke grinned. There was a sick, and menacing sort of aura around him. His chains seemed to be resonating with a light ringing sound.

 

Meanwhile, back in the outskirts of Kirigakure, the mummy figure gave Shado an approving look from within his blinded eyes. He gave another thumbs up at the akatsuki before disappearing from his spot, appearing near the demon gate almost a few hundred meters away. His after images suddenly vanished in a blur one by one.

 

"Well, Akatsuki, I would rather prove myself through actions than this pathetic talk. However, time is running. When is your companion coming back? I am way behind schedule." the mummy said mistily, both hands on his waist.

Sen laughed happily at the unconscious Reiryuu her lightening shooting off in random directions. She abruptly stopped turning to face Shuuhei when he drew his sword. Sen grinned holding out her left hand forming another orb, her rght hand hanging by her side, the sleeve of her Akatsuki uniform burnt off showing the raw and scortched flesh on her arm. "Ok! You're turn too play!! And your turn to die!" She giggled running at him, but by now it was obvious the self inflicted injuries were having an effect as she wasn't as fast as before.

Daku then turns "Once I make sure Shado hasn't started anything ill bring him in Zenosuke-dono". Daku then walks back through the gate then seeing the human path almost immediately he almost fals down. "what are you doing over here?" he asks slightly supridsed while Shado runs through the forest. Shado jumps up landing next to the Human Path and looking at him. The sparks in Shado's eyes die down a bit as he looks towards the gate "Daku, is he allowed in?" Shado asks, quickly replied by "yes..". Daku then enters the gate and stands to the side ready if the Human path tried anything. Shado stands outside looking at the human path "well I guess we shouldn't keep him waiting" he says before steeping through the gate and standing to the opposite side of the gate than Daku.

Shuuhei gave a massive sigh. He knew from the get go that there was a possibility to this happening. Unlike Zenosuke, Shuuhei is quite gracious towards the other members of the organization, and he detest having to face each of them in battle, no matter the reason. He gave out another sigh, and positioned his sword to his left, the blade pointing towards Sen, and his face nearly touching the sizzling lightning.

 

"Sen, forgive me for this." Shuuhei remarked.

 

He rushed forward, doing a shukuchi maneuver, placing his right foot to intercept Sen's left foot, then pushing forward with his entire body, completely invading Sen's maai (personal space), allowing him the advantage of the element of surprise. He then placed the face of his Kaminari Ken flat on Sen's forehead, absorbing the lightning from her body. He could imagine how it unpleasant it must feel, but he has no choice. It was either that or Sen dies.

 

He then left his blade on Sen's forehead, flipping backwards. While in the air, he pulled out a scroll from his back, opening it completely on the ground. As he landed, he made several sets of hand seals, finally biting his thumb to allow a small amount of blood to pour out. He smeared the blood horizontally on the circular space on the scroll.

 

"Summoning: Guardian of the Northern Winds Technique" Shuuhei said loudly.

 

The scroll disappeared in a puff of smoke, covering even Shuuhei. The smoke quickly subsided, revealing a tall, white-fur tiger standing on its paws. It smoked from a pipe as it stared at Shuuhei with its golden, tiger-like eyes. Its ears twitched a little, then stared at Sen. The tiger wears a black forehead protector similar to Shuuhei, signifying he's also from Kumogakure, but with the slash across to also symbolize his master's outlaw status.

 

"Byakko, I---" Shuuhei started, but Byakko kicked him on the stomach, silencing him.

 

"I Know. I saw Sen, so it means I've been called for one thing. *Sigh*, seriously, when is this kid going to learn? Why don't you set a better example, you oaf." Byakko growled.

 

He then assumed a hadouken position, cocking his right foot backwards along with his two hands. He gave a sigh, sending some smoke out from his pipe, closing his eyes, and filling his hands with chakra.

 

"Cleansing Wind Technique" Byakko roared, opening his eyes, and sending a wave of white chakra towards Sen, hitting her squarely on her chest.

 

"There, that should calm her down. I suggest you become a better example, you damn Akatsuki outlaw bastard. Honestly." Byakko said before vanishing into a puff of smoke.

 

Shuuhei stood up and retrieve his Katana from Sen's forehead, sheathing it before turning towards the hooded man at the far side of the room. From within his blinders, he gave the man a furious stare.

 

"So when are you going to lose the charade," Shuuhei fixed his clothing and assumed a combat stance, "Gyosei?"

 

The hooded man laughed, removing his hood. He revealed a bandaged face similar to Zenosuke, but his eyes were not covered, revealing a pair of ruby-red eyes that stared with malice. His mouth curved into a thin smile.

 

"Shuuhei. So you do know me." Gyosei remarked.

Summoning: Guardian of the Northern Winds Technique: Shuuhei uses a summoning scroll to summon Byakko, the white tiger, from the Northern Mountains. This technique can only be used once every 3 posts.

 

Cleansing Wind Technique: Byakko's own technique, the wind produced from the tiger's paws can be used to soothe, dispel, and blow away certain techniques, even Kekkei Genkai effects. This forces Byakko to return to the Northern Mountains a few moments after he uses the technique.

The mummy figure gladly entered the gate, humming mistily in his dead tone. As they exited the gates, he stared around and when he saw Zenosuke, he immediately jumped with glee. There was a hint of aggression around the mummy, as if he was going to attack Zenosuke. But he did not, and instead, he walked forward casually, greeting the Akatsuki Leader with thumbs up expression.

 

"Zenosuke-chan! How long has it been?" the mummy figure said mistily, tapping Zenosuke's shoulder.

 

Zenosuke quickly swatted away the mummy's hand with his own, rounding towards him. Massive chains suddenly made their way unnoticed, wrapping around the mummy with such force.

 

"Now, I didn't let you in here for trivialities. Where is Gyosei and my Rinnegan?" Zenosuke asked with such malice.

 

The mummy squirmed in the clutches of the chains. It seemed that even minute movements make the chain tighter. Zenosuke forced the chains around the mummy figure more and more, constricting the figure tighter.

 

"I will.. uphold my end... of the bargain.. Gyosei is.. in Amegakure.." the mummy stammered, trying hard to breathe.

 

"Excellent. My Rinnegan is near at hand. Shuuhei won't let me down." Zenosuke pointed a palm towards the mummy, "You're no longer needed here. Perish."

 

He closed his hands, and the chains completely wrapped around the figure, obliterating the mummy within seconds. Zenosuke let out a satisfied laugh, echoing throughout the hideout. He can feel it. The Rinnegan is close within his grasp.

 

"Since when did the Rinnegan belonged to you?" the mummy's voice echoed throughout the cave. "Don't mistake my master's intention, fool. The only reason I pointed out Gyosei's direction is so that we can find this hideout. You trust too easily to people that can give you what you want, Zenosuke-chan. Its your loss."

 

The mummy figure suddenly reappeared on top of the stone statue. He was sitting on top of it, watching the three Akatsuki from the distance. He gave another thumbs up towards Shado, Daku, and Zenosuke, mocking them openly.

 

"So, what're you going to do now?"

Shado then runs along the wall landing immediately behind the mummy "well I could show you some speed but that would be rather wasteful wouldn't it" he says softly before moving backwards and dropping from the statue. Daku watches his brother wondering what he was going to do, "Zenosuke-dono, should we eliminate this one or just kick him out?" Daku asks. Shado then sits using chakra concentrationg to keep him on the wall as he sits resting. "If that mummy knows anything he should know that I am not one to let hide". Shado then pushes electricity into himself through his chest again starting to charge himself as he sits there motionless waiting for the tell-tale sign that the mummy moved, the very slight sound made by the movement of the wrappings.

Sen was taken off guard completely freezing up when Shuuhei cut her off. Her eyes widened when she felt the flat part of Shuuhei's blade against her forhead, but by then it was too late for Sen to make a counter. "No! No!! Stop!" She screamed in raw pain trying to push Shuuhei away but he wasn't moving at all. "Please Shuuhei-senpai!! Stop it!!"

 

Her screams quickly died down to choked sounds of pain, as she fell to her knees and with Shuuhei quickly obsorbing the lightening from her Kekkei Genkei, which also numbed her nerve cells so she didn't feel pain, the damage done to her skin hitting her with a force. Sen didn't even notice Shuuhei moving away nor the giant tiger he summoned.

 

Next thing she knew, something hit her square in the chest and she fell forward curling herself into a ball, the pain too much for her. "I...It hurts..." She whimpered quietly on the ground not noticing anything but the excruciating pain that seemed to burn into her very core.
