Effect: Shoots a electrical beam at opponent. Next turn normally effective moves does triple damage.

Description: Shoots a beam of light at opponent. Has a big drawback, but makes up for massive power.

This is what I will do, I will make it a TM. But also, I wont make its TM/HM lists untill after or near the end of the project. New attacks will be made and would include editing it each time.

 

 

Dont know which number to give the TM. So left it blank for the time being.
