Cetaphin is coloured blue and its fin on its back is quite small. While in the water, it can feel the movement of water within 20 feet of itself allowing it to know when there is danger. They are kind pokemon to all but in some areas, they are hunted but can get aggressive in groups when they sense danger but individually they usually swim away as they are small and not able to defend themselves.
