I'm actually right here, I just can't post because both of my characters are busy with people who aren't around.

Valarie stretched as she woke up. It was a bit early-- an earlier time then she usually woke up, though it wasn't too early. She walked into the kitchen slowly, a bit groggy from just waking up. She heard Cyrus make a comment about Twilight and she gave a quiet laugh, and he probably just only noticed her then. "French toast?" Valarie asked, yawning. She stretched her arms out again, and then she turned to Cyrus. "Good morning." She said quietly, her voice a bit hoarse.

[Compass]

"'Morning.". Cyrus said, deep in thought. "Valerie. You're a girl.". He stated the obvious as if he had just realized it. "Have you read Twilight? What did you think of it? I need some different thoughts on it before I try to review it.". He managed to finish the French toast. "Do you take jam or syrup? I think I have every jam known to mankind in this thing...". He stared at the wall of the refrigerator. "Prickly pear cactus jelly? Who in their right mind would eat this?"

[Pegasasu]

Valarie nodded. "Yes, I'm pretty sure that the doctor said I was a girl." Valarie said jokinly, and then she turned her attention back to Cyrus. "Yeah, I've read Twilight. I mean, it's a great book and all, Stephanie Meyers writes it beautifully, but the concept is a little stupid. I guess that the whole Vampire-falling-in-love-with-a-human thing is a bit old, but the whole sparkly thing is a bit stupid. Just really-- 'Bella, I can't go in the sunlight, because this happens to me!'" Valarie said dramatically, sticking her arm out. "THe sparkling ting is stupid, but I love how she writes it. The concept is okay."

Cyrus nodded sagely. "The vampireXhuman is a bit old...However, Meyer does write well. It has to have caught many people's eyes, as all over the place we have books that combine vampires and werewolves, as well as computor games and forums dedicated to the sole topic of: Team Edward or Team Jacob?" He took out a few random kinds of jelly, and walked over to the table, with a large plate of french toast, slightly burnt. "Of course, the question we should be asking ourselves is: Fueberry jelly or starfruit jam?"

Valarie laughed when Cyrus brought up the "Team Edward or Team Jacob" topic. "Well, I think I've decided on Team Dracula." Valarie said with a joking smile. She looked at the jam and jelly that Cyrus had pulled out, and said thoughtfully, "I think that I'll go with the Starfruit Jam. Believe it or not, I've had it before. Well, not that exact kind, but my Mom made it once a long time ago. A really long time ago." Valarie said with a smile playing along her lips, remembering childhood memories.

Cyrus chuckled at that one, getting out a pencil and a large notebook. "I think I'll make a t-shirt that says 'Team Dracula.' Would send Twilight fans into a rage..." He paused, looking at the jam. " Starfruit...Then I'll go with it, too. Sounds better then...Fueberry? Fue? What is a Fue? Sounds like something an old british person would say. By jove, I've become a fue in my wanker's crumpet! Cheerio!" He handed her a plate, and began to spread the jam. "Well..." He said, beginning to write his review. "What should we do now?"

Drake flipped the sign on the door of the coffee shop, they were ready for business, his mother was behind the scenes ready to take orders, his father at the counter along side him. Drake took a mouthful of his sweet hazelnut vienna. I hope SHE will be here today. Drake couldn't get Britney out of his head... or thier kiss yesterday, he was head-over-heels and there was nothing he, or anyone else could do about it. He closed his eyes and let his mind wander. He hoped the Deadly Beauties would be in today. Drake had talked to his mother and struck up a deal that he wanted the band, and most importantly, Britney to hear. The sound of a bell ringing at the door broke his concentration. The first customer entered. His father had it, but Drake's mind was scattered now.

Britney, Natalie and Tila all walked into the Yellow Rose, All wearing their bands graphic tee, Skinny jeans and converse. Britney walked up to Drake and leaned over the counter, Kissing him on the cheek. "Hi Drake" . Britney said, Her voice was fully in love, Her eyes even said it too Natalie just stepped awkwardly next to Britney. "WAZZZZZUP BRITNEY'S BOYFRIEND DRIZZZAKE" . Natalie said excitedly, She was happy that at least one of the trio was finally falling in love. Tila just gave Drake a sincere wave, She was happy that Britney was finally loving someone that was a total douche bag. "Yeah so can we get two iced coffee's, French vanilla with a little cream and sugar, And Can i get you to go" . Britney asked curiously as she gave him a small wink.

"Anything for you babe. I can take personal day anyway." Drake wrote down thier order and jumped the counter. "Dad didn't expect me to work long anyway. But listen. How would you girls like to play a gig here in about a week? I talked to mom and dad and they can open up the shop one night, we can charge some admission, you won't make much but you'll get noticed..." He'd locked his arms around Britney mid sentence, and now that he was finished speaking, he kissed her lovingly on the lips.

[Jake the Sage]

Having been typing in the "Yellow Rose" since noon Jacob was begining to face one of his worst enemies- writers block. He had sat the last hour and a half in front of a blinking computer screen with nothing coming to mind for his new book, though God knows he tried multipule times. He would drink something, stand up, sit down, fidget in his chair, listen to music, listen to other people, etc and yet nothing could spark his creativity again. Running his hands over his exhausted face Jacob was ready to call it a day when someone over his right shoulder mentioned something about a late night event that could possibly be happening in the coming weeks- adding in that it would be a local band.

 

"That might actually get some ideas going in the old nodging," he thought as he rested his chin on his knuckles.

"Awwww baby of course we could so do that, And we don't care how much money we get, As long as it involves publicity and some chill atmosphere we are so good, We can definitely get our own lighting, Smoke machines and maybe even a few bubble blowers to get the whole place looking like a Deadly Beauty concert stage" . Britney said as she gave Drake another kiss on the lips, While Natalie and Tila just rolled their eyes at each other. They knew Britney was in love but she was overly pushing it now.

Drake kissed his girlfriend back, and smiled, blushing, when the kiss broke. Yesterday had all happened so fast, Drake still wasn't used to it all... He blinked once or twice, than continued to speak. "What can we do about advertising?" Screw the advertising man...You've been chasing this girl since you got here and now you've finally got her all you're talking about is advertising? Drake gave his girlfriend. Who in his eyes was the most beautiful creature on the face of the planet, as corny as it sounds, that was really how he felt, a long, tight hug with one arm, using the other to run his fingers through her hair.

"Baby, We so got the advertising thing down, Natalie can make some signs, Tila can update the bands site, Great publicity for The Yellow Rose, And Me and you can go ahead and set the word out to town by driving around with a bull horn, Is that cool with you two" . Britney said as she gave Natalie and Tila a small glance, Natalie just giggling and giving Britney a small nod. Tila on the other hand just crossed her arms and gave Britney her signature death stare, Which meant 'Ok whatever' But also meant 'Im going to murder you when were alone'. Britney just gave an awkward smile and a forced laugh.

 

She was literally about to end up calling the cops right then and their. Tila just pointed to the door, Which Natalie franticly skipped through and waited outside. "I'll be back in a few Baby" . Britney said as Tila grabbed Britney by her hair and threw her outside, Britney finally grabbed onto a pole to not fall into the road. "What the hell was that back their, You basically took both of us for granted" . Tila began saying, Her voice getting louder by the second, Britney just stepped right up to her face and they both locked eyes. "Tila, This is not the time for this, What do you think your doing, I run this band so im the manager and as your manager I am saying the you are going to go and update the site, If you don't your out got it" . Britney said as she turned back into the yellow rose.

 

She didn't even give Tila an answer as she walked back and gave Drake a quick kiss on the cheek. The kiss wasn't full of love but frustration and anger, And it even showed in her kiss. Something hit Britney in the back of the head and she turned to it, Only to see Tila angrily staring at her in the doorway of The Yellow Rose. "And guess what Brit, As your band member you don't have to kick me out the band, Because i quit, Im taking my stuff and moving out to Uncle Renaldo's good luck with just two band members" . Tila managed to choke out before she let the tears out, She then just turned and ran away, Back to her newly former household.

 

Britney just stood their with her mouth wide open, She couldn't even believe what was happening before her eyes, She was overly shocked and lost for words. She just picked up the thing that was thrown at her, It was the bands locket that they all wore. She had just immediately collapsed from the sudden events. She had just curled up and began poring her eyes out, Because she was so in love she had basically ruined her family. Natalie just stood outside leaning against the pole, She was just as shocked as Britney was, But she was a bit more stable enough to keep her emotions to herself.

Drake kneeled down beside Britney, he was shocked, but he couldn't let it show, he had to be strong for Britney. He had to be there for her. After all it seemed like it was his surprise that had ruined everything and now he needed to be there to make it up to her. He didn't know what to say, could he tell her it would be okay? Would that make things worse? Either way, they needed to get out of the shop. Drake's father wasn't happy. "Come on baby... let's get out of here and take a nice long walk, it'll help make you feel better." Drake didn't know that for sure, and he partially doubted it. But he hoped dearly that everything would work out.

 

-----Meanwhile----

 

Erikah sat in her loft, still wearing what she'd slept in the night before. she looked out across the street. She'd seen the argument between the sisters. they were her favorite local band. They hadn't met her but she'd been to all of thier concerts. She sighed, hoping that everything would be okay, and began to play her harp.

Britney had finally gotten her head out of her legs, Her breaths were overly short and raspy. "Drake, I can't breath, I can't breath" . Britney said as Natalie ran over to her and held her close to her. "Drake call 911, Britney has anxiety and asthma, Their never a nice mix together but hurry call 911" . Natalie said as she held her older sister in her arms, She was cradling Britney even though she was about to pass out from all the drama happening. Britney was just shaking completely, She could barely breath and her anxiety was at an all time high.

Drake whipped out his phone and started to dial. "Hello, please state the nature of your emergency. "I need an ambulance, my girlfriend's having an asthsma attack, and probably an anxiety one too. We're at the Yellow Rose! Hurry this is serious!" Drake was crying now. he dropped his phone, not bothering to pocket it or anything. He looked in fear at Britney, the love in his eyes did little to hide his dispair. "It's gonna be okay baby. I promise you're gonna be fine..." You have to be fine...

"OK, Drake hold her and take her to the ambulance, Im going to get her meds so we can get another prescription at the hospital, And in the meantime while im their im going to try and stop Tila" . Natalie said as she carefully put Britney onto Drake, Britney was still quivering about the whole thing and she was still quivering. Natalie got up and began running to the house, Almost about to break down right then and their. Britney just looked up at Drake, Her eyes were full of tears and her lips were shaking at him. "Drake..... im scared" . Britney barely managed to let through her lips, Her voice was raspy.

[Kaisu]

Emma-Jane watched in shock as the scene unfolded. Well, this place is far to dramatic for a normal life. She thought to herself as Drake cried out into the phone. Gulping down a smoothie she was meant to give to some kid she ran over to where Drake was standing. "Aren't you meant to get some wine and cut her up or whatever?" She joked nervously.

 

Broken so easily... Edward thought to himself as Drake broke down after Britney had some sort of seizure. He walked over to the counter and pocketed a wrapped Melting Moment as Emma-Jane attempted to lighten the atmosphere.

 

"Hang tight..." She whispered as a distant noise caught her ear. "Hold on for five minutes.... All of you." She estimated as the noise grew louder to her.

 

Isolation hadn't done nothing to her.

[Skarlet]

"It's gonna be okay baby. The ambulance must already be well on it's way." Drake listened for the sound of sirens, he could hear the harp music, it was that Erikah girl. She was a regular at the shop and her music was normally great for helping to set the atmosphere, but right now really wasn't the time... Drake stroked Britney's hair It's gonna be alright... Drake heard the sound of sirens finaly pierce the music, he scooped Britney up bridal-style and carried her toward the door. Looking over the counter hoping that someone would think to open it for him as the ambulance came to a hault outside The Rose.

[Kaisu]

Ryan was biking when the ambulance almost ran him over. Skidding out to the side it sharply stopped outside the small cafe. He watched as Drake, carrying some girl, came out towards the vehicle with another two in tow.

 

The spectacle had created a crowd as Emma-Jane got knocked back as the medics ripped open the back doors and helped Drake up.

 

"Gee, thanks." She muttered as he rubbed her eye.
