Lugia vs Rayquaza vs Arceus

I say that raquaza would win since he could just use thunder on Lugia which is ultra effective, and arceus isn't that good overall. Also, since Earth power won't work up in the sky, and shadow ball sucks, raquaza could easily overpower arceus. Also, Raquaza is faster, so arceus probably couldn't hit him anyway.

Well, with an Icicle Plate and some nice Ice and Electric moves, Arceus could definatly win. It all depends on how Arceus is combined with certain plates and movesets.

ARCEUS IS FASTER THAN RAYQUAZA. NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.

You're confusing anime and game. If Rayquaza is faster than Arceus, either you're in the anime, in which case Arceus is God and can unmake Rayquaza with a thought, or in the games, in which case the advantage is purely the fault of EVs and is therefore utterly negligible, not to mention unconnected with accuracy.

Also, I see no connection among Arceus, Shadow Ball, and Earth Power. Mr. God is more likely to know Judgment (with a Dark, Draco, or *gasp* Icicle Plate), Stone Edge over Earth Power, and Ice Beam or Thunderbolt over Shadow Ball.

To be fair, Lugia is the storm god and is therefore probably equal to Rayquaza.

 

But yeah, it really isn't much of a matchup.

 

As for Rayquaza V Lugia, it depends on whether you're talking anime or game. Game-wise, Rayquaza can OHKO Lugia after a trio of Swords Dances; Lugia can't counter-buff fast enough for Toxic to work properly. Anime-wise, Imma cite the Chinese zodiac myth and hand the victory to Lugia.
