Yes, he can. Did you get the Ultima ability for him? Ramza has more abilities for the Squire class than normal units. He has to get hit with Ultima and survive in order to learn it - and there are only like 3 opportunities to get it also. Two are from those two female assassins and another is from Ultima Demons (near the end of the game). In the PSP version, there is a fourth opportunity when you fight the ghost of Albus. He comes with several Ultima Demons and the encounter is still before the last battles.

It took me a while to figure it out - and it happened on accident. I got hit with it, barely survived, won the battle - and found out that the class was mastered when I checked his status. I put 2 and 2 together, wound up with 5, hit myself, changed it to 4, and realized that was how to master Ramza's Squire class.

Reasons why I think I should be accepted:

1: I am well respected by many other members.

2: I have worked on my grammar since I first tried to join about a year ago.

3: I am a huge fan of Square Enix games.

4: I have tried to join twice over the past year and have been rejected for reasons which in my opinion were not valid. i.e. I expressed my opinion on the advanced clause when it was first introduced and was denied because it was considered unruly behavior.

I'm gone for two weeks and we fall back to page two because we're full of memes and and bad jokes.

 

God I love this place.

 

I have a system where I roll a 20 sided dice and shoot the person whose name comes up, but that doesn't seem to be working too well. I guess we're gonna have to break out the heavy artillery, Eros. >=3
