Womi
Relative to my prior writings, this letter evinces an increased stridency in my commination of Crab Helmet's personal attacks. This is because all five of my senses indicate that what really gets my goat is knowing that Crab Helmet would rather talk about making changes than actually make them. And that's why I feel compelled to say something about warped, nugatory skinflints. His peremptory maneuvers reflect the moral and intellectual onanism that is accepted by unambitious ne'er-do-wells as a legitimate expression of faith. This is the flaw in his reportages. He doesn't understand that he ignores the lustrous ascendance and near triumph of the glorious potential of free Man. In view of that, it is not surprising that he insists that human beings should be appraised by the number of things and the amount of money they possess instead of by their internal value and achievements. How can he be so blind? Very easily. Basically, it is immature and stupid of Crab Helmet to destabilize society. It would be mature and intelligent, however, to look at our situation realistically and from a viewpoint that takes in the whole picture, and that's why I say that he is squarely in favor of nihilism and its propensity to consign most of us to the role of his servants or slaves. This is so typical of Crab Helmet: he condemns bigotry and injustice except when it benefits him personally. Was Crab Helmet just trying to be cute when he said that the world can be happy only when his peuplade is given full rein? I sure hope so because I like to say that I would like nothing more than to make this world a kinder, gentler place. Crab Helmet never directly acknowledges such truisms but instead tries to turn them around to make it sound like I'm saying that honor counts for nothing. I guess that version better fits his style—or should I say, "agenda"? If we let Crab Helmet force us to adopt rigid social roles that compromise our inner code of ethics, who's going to protect us? The government? Our parents? Superman? Probably none of the above. That's why it's important to take a strong position on Crab Helmet's remonstrations, which, after all, fuel inquisitions. If there's an untold story here, it's that his myrmidons are too lazy to confront and reject all manifestations of sexism while remaining true to those beliefs, ideals, and aspirations we hold most dear. They just want to sit back, fasten their mouths on the public teats, and casually forget that if Crab Helmet's plan to judge people by the color of their skin while ignoring the content of their character is to be discouraged then the wisest course of action is to reinvigorate our collective commitment to building and maintaining a sensitive, tolerant, and humane community. Before we start down that road I ought to remind you that people sometimes ask me why I seem incapable of saying anything nice about him. I'd like to—really, I would. The problem is, I can't think of anything nice to say. I guess that's not surprising when you consider that I unmistakably hope you're not being misled by the "new Crab Helmet". Only his methods and tactics have changed. Crab Helmet's goal is still the same: to rob us of our lives, our health, our honor, and our belongings. That's why I'm telling you that Crab Helmet focuses on feelings rather than facts. Sure, he attempts to twist and distort facts to justify his feelings, but that just goes to show that Crab Helmet's goal is to abrogate some of our most fundamental freedoms. How dictatorial is that? How exploitative? How malodorous? Let me sum up. Jacobinism is correctly defined by its maladroit style, structure, and methods, not by its stated or apparent ideological premises or goals. Guest
I read the topic title and saw the topic poster, and I was all like, "Hey, wasn't WiiOmi one of those YCMers who's normally so stupid that he actually likes me even while I'm calling him stupid?", and then I entered the topic to find that you'd just gone and dug up that old rant generator from over a year ago.
