No, for using "Splash", a thing only Shallow Water Dragons can do, a a lot of times.

What is that? How does it work? Why do it? What do it do?

It's called a "Breed specific action" or BSA for short. It is something only certain species of Dragons can have (like Pinks having "Influencing" and Reds having "Incubating") and can only be used by Shallow Water Dragons.

You use it by clicking it.

You do it because by doing it enough times you'll get a Magikarp trophy. A neat badge, that has no farther use then looking Magikarpish.
