@Shion: You should wait till it genders. So that you can also give it a correct name.

No, it hasn't. It's been around an hour.

Then you can't release/Teleport it yet. Seeing as you need to have an egg for 7 hours before DC recognises it as yours. This does not count for bred or gifted/traded eggs though.
