Raging Flame Sprite Deck

This deck (at least it seems like to me) is based around the card "Raging Flame Sprite". Unfortunately I have a limited number of cards to work with, and this was actually just thrown together with cards I had lying about, but so far I think it's pretty good.

Drop 2 cards. There's lots of filler in here, so you should be able to easily cut to 40. That's deck-building 101 for Pete's sake!

 

Anyways, You only seem to have one legal way to trigger Inferno Reckless Summon (Return from the Different Dimension). If I'm not mistaken, that's your only card that IRS can be used with (since it doesn't work with UFO Turtle). In that case, IRS should be tossed if I'm right. If I'm wrong, point out 5 cards that Special Summon Raging Flame Sprite outside of the Damage Step.

And let's see, IRS, UFO Turtle, Return from the Different Dimension. Okay, that's all I got, but if I had 2 more UFO Turtles, that would be 5 ways.

 

And I get cutting down to 40.

IRS cannot be used in the Damage Step. UFO Turtle's effect activates in the Damage Step. So it doesn't work.

Rulings are typically clarification of the rules.

 

Rules around the Damage Step say that only things that specifically change ATK or DEF or state that they activate after/during battle or during the Damage Step can be activated during the Damage Step.

 

Inferno Reckless Summon doesn't fall under any of those.
