Question about toons

What are the rulings for toon monsters?

The one thats bugged me most was the summoning.

If Toon world is on the field. Do i have to tribute for them?(Ex.Summoned Skull)

Or do i special summon them?

I already know the basic rule about Giant turnade and toon world.

Yes you have to Tribute. Even though they're being special summoned with Toon World, they still need their required tributes just like a normal Tribute Summon.

 

For example, Toon SS needs 1 Tribute to summon it even though it's a Special Summon. Same goes for all the toon monsters.
