I fixed it. I just take a worthless Pokemon (Dustox) and get rid of all it's moves so that Talea can learn more.

Also, what would be cool if Latios and Latias appeared in a double battle.

 

Think of it this way: you are in a double battle with a Trainer, but you have your AR code that lets you capture a Pokemon, and the battle ends.

 

So Latios and Latias appear, you code a special ball that is effectively a Master Ball (that only works on Lati@s), and you have your choice of capturing either one. And it's cool beens, because it is a double battle. But that would be too easy, so instead make it as good as an Ultra Ball, have the player receive 30 of 'em, and work it that way. So when you are weakening Lati@s to capture it, both will be beating your ass up with Luster Purge and Mist Ball.

Also, I just finished putting Talea and Fortucris in the game. All their moves, stats, and Pokedex entries are finished too.

Ghost breaks the type circle though. The final stages of the starters have sub-type circle.

 

Fire - Grass - Water - Fire

Ice - Ground - Steel - Ice

Sounds simplistic enough.

Make a Blank trainer with no sprite, and have the title and name "Eon Twins LATIAS & LATIOS"

Set the Lati@s movesets and set it to a double battle.

Give the player a game-shark code that gives the player these "Laiti Balls"

Set the battle theme.

Set the location for the battle.

Done. Almost foolproof.
