NO EDWARD! Phoenix always wins because hes the main charecter of his franchise

[spoiler=JFA Spoilers]

Actually Phoenix loses the last case of Justice For All.

And Edgeworth was the prosecutor XD

[spoiler=Not to mention...]Phoenix would have lost the third case of the original Ace Attorney game were it not for Edgeworth switching sides and objecting to his own witness.

I'm an Edgey fan and all, but wasn't Phoenix going to say the exact same thing but he got interrupted by Edgey? Or was that 1-5?

[spoiler=Acually]

Phoenix was out of options, like he generally is at one point or another in a trial. He was ready to give up because he couldn't get Vasquez. Edgeworth saves Phoenix by objecting to Vasquez. At first he can't think of what to object about but then he objects again and gets more testimony that allows Phoenix to finish the case. Edgeworth's help was vital.

But yeah, you were thinking about Rise from the Ashes, the fifth case. Edgeworth stole what Phoenix was going to say for a few objections.

Yeah, I remember. That was 1-5. And Ema kept idolizing him.
