I'm having trouble with the OCG on a card that I need to enter in a contest because I've never seen a card with an effect that uses wording like I need. Can anyone give me a hand here?

This card cannot be special summoned. The tribute summon for this card must be a LIGHT monster. When this card is summoned count the number of LIGHT monsters that each player has removed from play and activate the appropriate effect.

-If no LIGHT monsters have been removed from play, the player cuts their life points in half. The player may special summon up to 2 Monsters With 1500 ATK or less from their graveyard in face-up defence position.

- If 1 or 2 LIGHT monsters have been removed from play the player may summon them in face-up defence position and increase their attack by 500 points

- if 3 or 4 LIGHT monsters have been removed from play the player draws 5 cards. They increase their life points by 1000 for each spell card drawn and then remove the drawn cards from play. The player may then special summon one DARK monster with 1500 ATK or less which has been removed from play to their field in face-up attack position and increase it's ATK by 800.

- If 5 or more LIGHT monsters have been removed from play the player must add their graveyard and hand to their deck, shuffle and draw 5 cards. Remove from play any monsters drawn. The player selescts 2 monster that have been removed from play and moves them to their graveyard. If these monsters are special summoned using a spell card they gain the ability to attack directly. This effect is negated if "Angel of the Shifting Plains" exists in the graveyard.

Increase the DEF of "Angel of the Shifting Plains" by 200 for every LIGHT, WIND or FIRE monster that has been removed from play.

 

 

I just know I did something wrong in there so any help would be wonderful.

Here is the fixed OCG:

 

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 1 LIGHT monster. When this card is Summoned this card gains the following effects according to the number of LIGHT monsters that are removed from play:

-0 removed from LIGHT monsters: Pay half of your Life Points. Special Summon 2 monsters from your Graveyard with 1500 or less ATK to your side of the field.

-1 or 2 removed from play LIGHT monsters: Special Summon your removed from play LIGHT monsters and they gain 500 ATK.

-3 or 4 removed from play LIGHT monsters: Both Players Draw 5 Cards and each Player gains 1000 Life Points for each Spell Card drawn by this effect. Then, Special Summon one of your removed from play DARK monsters with 1500 ATK or less to your side of the field. Increase its ATK by 800.

5 or more removed from play LIGHT monsters: Both Players add the cards in their hand and Graveyard to their Deck, Shuffle it and Draw 5 Cards. Remove from play all monsters drawn by this effect. Then, Select 2 monsters that have been removed from play and put them in your Graveyard. If those monsters are Special Summoned by the effect of a Spell Card, they can attack your opponent directly. This effect is negated if "Angel of the Shifting Plains" is face-up on the field. Increase the ATK of all "Angel of the Shifting Plains" by 200 for each LIGHT, WIND and FIRE monster that is removed from play.

 

Okay so i fixed the OCG but i highly suggest you to not Submit this card into the Contest because it is overpowered, make something more Simple and then Submit that.

Seems that way doesn't it. Theres a lot of costs in its set which makes it far less overpowered. I'll make sure to leave a link to the set so you can take a look at it when I finish it. Thanks all the same

Great card, excellent OCG. A bit overpowered, I only saw 1 small OCG error.

 

"If this card is destroyed by its own effect" It should be "If this card is destroyed by this effect" its a small error, but nothing much

Hey Guys what's up someone post in this Club already we have a new Topic,umm,most powerful Light Monster you have ever seen in the TCG Game, and not only by the Card i mean what is the most powerful monster you or your opponent has Summoned to the field, like i have Summoned Judgment Dragon and i increased his ATK to 6000. Now you try.

[spoiler=lore]When "Kuri" is summoned you can send any number of "kuri" monster(s) from your deck to the graveyard. Summoned "kuri" monster gains 100 ATK and DEF from each. When "kuri" card is discarded/destroyed and send to the graveyard ad it to your hand.

 

 

i made this card just for fun, but still i'd like to here comments from it.

Wow a lot of OCG Errors:

 

When you Summon a "Kuriboh", you can send any number of "Kuriboh" monsters from your Deck to the Graveyard. The Summoned "Kuriboh" monster gains 100 ATK and DEF for each "Kuriboh" sent this way. When a "Kuriboh" Card is and sent to the Graveyard add it to your hand.

 

Now that we cleared that up all i can say is that it is balanced and fairly Original and it might even be a little Underpowered.(haven't seen one of those lately.)Anyway 9/10.
