But back on topic, MS Paint is really self-explanatory. You shouldn't have to ask for help on it. Even my dad can use it. I actually think there's a halp button in MS Paint...

You will need GIMP or Photoshop for those. GIMP is free, but Photoshop costs money. Maybe you could download GIMP and change this thread to a thread about GIMP?

First didn't you need help on how to make an avatar.

Second you can't make a good one with MS Paint.The program only has the basic drawing and colouring tools.Download GIMP and reed some tuts.

Seriously.

 

The paint tool is to make thick free-handed lines. While pain is selected, you get the choice of what brush to use and what color.

 

To draw straight lines, click on the line.

 

To put text, click on "A"

 

Paint is the easiest program in the world to use.

 

EDIT:

That isn't your own creation. It's a pic with text you put on it. Unless you did the pack effects too.

 

GIMP is of much higher quality than Paint, but if you can't figure that out, you'll commit suicide trying to use it.
