Dark counterparts are DARK monsters that have an existing non-DARK counterpart.

Because of this, a DARK monster cannot have a DARK counterpart. usetheforcehan, I can't say your entry fulfills the card requirements. But I think Kenta wouldn't mind.

However, the exact defination I believe as a Dark Counterpart is:

1. A monster that is DARK, based on an existing Non-DARK Monster. The name must include "Dark" and then have the other places. For instance, Horus made Dark will be Dark Horus.

2. Dark Counterparts don't have the effect to become the same name as the original, unless it has a purpose. Well, in your card, it'll be accepted as Dark Magician has a lot of support.

3. The effects Dark Counterparts MUST be ones revolving around DARK Monsters, prefferably in the graveyard. Removing from play for superpower (DAD, D. Creator), or having a special ability to mill (Dark Grepher), or something like that. Dark Valkilia isn't like this, so I don't really consider it a Dark Counterpart-it depends on people, but at least in my opinion.

4. The pic must be dark virsions of the original.

 

From now on, it will be rejected, however.

Based on your explanations, i will change the card and will post a new card with a non-DARK monster that have a DARK attribute and has a "Dark" in its name, and have the effect contain a DARK Support or Graveyard Support (although mill and RFP doesn't quite represent DARK monster imo).

 

I will deleted the previous card and will post the new one when i have an appropriate pic. ;)

Thunder Dark Dragon

 

[spoiler=Lore:] This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing 1 DARK monster you control from play. During your Main Phase, by discarding this card, add up to 2 "Thunder Dark Dragons" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Level 5 or higher DARK monster from your hand to return up to 3 DARK monsters removed from play to their owner's Graveyard.

This cards name is treated as "Elemental Hero Neos" while it is face-up on the field or in the Graveyard. While this card is in face-up Attack Position all monsters in both players Graveyards are treated as DARK. This card gains 100 ATK points for each DARK monster in your Graveyard. Once per turn, by discarding 1 "Neo Spacian" monster from your hand you can select and destroy 1 face-down card your opponent controls. When this card is removed from the field Special Summon 1 "Elemental Hero Neos" from your Graveyard.

 

Well here it is hope you like :) i thought that neos was too much of a good guy anyway, so why not make him evil :p

This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your Graveyard  and Tributing 1 monster on your side of the field. This card's name is treated as "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" while it's face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can tribute 4 monsters on your side of the field to Special Summon 2 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" to your side of the field. You can Tribute this card and 2 "Blue-Eyes White Dragons" you control to Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes Ultimate  Dragon" from your Extra Deck to your side of the field. That monster is unaffected by card effects.

Most of the time, like Horus, the Black Flame Dragon becoming Dark Horus instead of Dark Horus Dragon, the other part is erased. Dark Neos is also taken... but I guess I'll accept it.

Okay so here is my card and i hope you like it:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 monsters when you have 4 or more DARK monsters in your Graveyard. You can remove from play 2 DARK monsters from your  Graveyard to destroy all other cards on the field. When you don't have any DARK monsters in your Graveyard, destroy this card. If this card is destroyed by its own effect, remove it from play and add 1 "Judgment Dark Dragon" from your Deck to your hand.

Okay here is my card even though i think Blue-Eyes Dark Dragon fits the conditions because if you look at Darklord Zerato you will see that most of his effect doesn't rely on Dark monsters in the Graveyard only the first one and that is the same thing with my Blue-eyes or you could look at Dark Simorgh as well and tell me what you see but it is okay i made a new one just for your pleasure and it has its very own non-inverted pic this time:

Actually that does not qualify as a Dark Counterpart monster for 2 Reasons:

 

1-It doesn't have anything to do with DARK monsters in the Graveyard.

2-It doesn't have the same ATK and DEF as the original Metal Dragon.
