Right, Wero's cards are rather overpowered, especially the Tuner. Since you could simply select 1 copy of a Synchro in your Extra Deck, you can Special Summon it for free. Also, if it's used for a Synchro Summon, which it will be, you can return 2 cards on the field. Currently, only "Brionac, Dragon of the Ice Barrier" and "Raiza the Storm Monarch" have that sort of power, and both are Limited Level 6s. And the Synchro isn't much better, with a final effect that is also costless since it continues to either recycle the monster you choose or can dump monsters in the Grave for use with "Junk Synchron" or other reviving cards or RFP-Summons.

Nitro's cards are undoubtably much more balanced. The Synchro has low stats for its Level and has a more defensive effect, but I do not like the combo that sets itself up with all Level 3s or lowers immune to battle, keeping the Synchro's Spell and Trap effect active. What I am curious about is the Level increase effect. For Synchro Summoning I can understand, but why Tribute Summons? Did you mean Ritual Summons? Because then it would be a useful effect.

The Tuner has got too much ATK for a Level 3, IMO and it has both an uninteresting and not very useful effect. Why would you want a Tuner to increase in Level? You want it to remain low so you can use Level 4s + as non-Tuners. Look at "Emissary of Pandemonium". Level 7 and nigh-on useless, since you need a Level 1 non-Tuner and it can't be used in Level 9 or 10 Synchros, since they generally require 2 or more non-Tuners.

Overall, despite their broken-ness, I'll have to vote for Wero's cards because Nitro's cards have a huge number of OCG errors, while Wero's have fewer.

Oh.. <_< I missed my OCG with Tuner <_< D: It was meant to select 1 Synchro and you cannot summon it or it's copies <_< missed that

thanks for the CnC M.D.

1 Level 3 or lower Tuner + 1 or more Level 3 or lower non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned' date=' you can destroy a number of cards on the field up to the number of non-Tuner Synchro Material Monsters used to Synchro Summon this card. While you control this face-up Defense Position card, your opponent cannot select other monsters you control as attack targets. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Level 3 or lower monster you control to return 1 card on the field to the top of its owner's Deck. This card loses ATK and DEF equal to the Tributed monster's ATK and DEF.

[i'](Stat reduction effect replacement to balance it. Considering you'll blow up part of your opponent's field, it makes sense to make this barrier worse as time goes on.)[/i]

Ishikoro Senpuu

You can Special Summon this card from your hand by selecting 1 Monster Card in your Extra Deck. If you do, you cannot Summon any monsters with the same name as the selected monster until after your next Standby Phase. If this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of an EARTH monster, you can remove this card in your Graveyard from play to return 1 card on the field to its owner's hand. If you do, the Summoned monster's effect(s) is negated until your End Phase and cannot declare an attack this turn.

Again, balance in a total lockdown and a temporary negation.

Fayaz the Cute Prowler

1 Level 3 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monster

This card can only be Synchro Summoned with a Tuner monster whose original Level is 3. If this card would be targeted by a Spell or Trap Card, you can Tribute 1 Level 3 or lower monster you control to make this card untargetable by Spell and Trap Card effects, until the End Phase. All Level 3 or lower monsters cannot be destroyed by battle. (Damage calculation is applied normally.) If this card is in the Graveyard, you can remove it from play to increase the Level of 1 Level 3 or lower monster you control by 1.

Balanced by breaking the endless loop that was set up in the previous effect.

Fighting Lion

This card can only be used as a Synchro Material Monster for the Synchro Summon of a Beast-Type monster. When this card destroys a monster by battle, increase the Level of 1 monster you control by 1, until the End Phase.

Effect changed to be slightly more useable. You'd have to do all your summoning in Main Phase 2 though...

I vote Nitro Death, His card has a totally cute picture and gives TOTAL protection over 3 stars, yet with reasonable stats. The only thing to make it better is saying it couldn't attack.

As for the "no it's ok" thing, i was gonna put it a vote, but i had to leave... also i was just saying that you didn't need to provide fixes, its a contest not spell checker....=D
