Name: Kaito Mizuno

Gender: Male

Village: Hidden Stone Village

[spoiler=Appearance:] Kaito is a boy of 15 years, with short black spiky hair and a pair of bright blue eyes. He still has his boyish appearance which causes a lot of the girls in his village to go head over heals for him, which he milks for all it's worth. He wears a black shirt underneth the manditory Chuunin Vest, and the regular ninja sandles. On his pants there are many pockets that always seem to have exactly what you need at the moment. Weather it be medical aid, small weapons, or food (0_o). Around his head is are goggles, that seem to never become seperated from his person. Kaito's right eye was damaged on one of his missions, so you can see how his right eye is dull compared to his fully working eye.

 

[spoiler=Personality:] Kaito is a typial 15 year old kid, that always seem to find himself in some type of trouble. Weather it be by his parents, or by the grown ups in the town he always end up having to clean up the mess he's created. Usually, helping repair a house or two...Or five. On missions he's heone that you have t keep your eye on, because he'll rush in head first with out a straetegy and normally have to get rescued by is partner. Dispite that he is actually a good fighter, and quite smart (When he wants to be...) capible of coming up with a good strategy only if you literally(not really) tie him down or if he's too hurt to move. Other than that he'll be bouncing around with his unlimited supply of energy...(Oy Vey)

 

[spoiler=Biography:] Kaito was raised in a normal family. His father was a highly respected ninja in the village, and his mother was loved by all in the village. He looked up to his father dreaming of one day becoming as respected as he was, and startd his training as soon as he could. His father was over joyed at the prospect of his only son wanting to become a ninja as well, and would watch him practice when ever possible. He was soon enrolled into the academy, and things started going down hill from there. All of the girls suddenly started falling for him, and well Kaito began getting distracted. His training began to slowly shorten as he focused more on his image the his training.

 

However, one day his mother came to him and told him that his father had died on one of his missions dealing with the Akatsuki. Kaito was devistated but didn't shut himself off like most people thought he would. Instead he used it as drive to train even harder than before, to get revenge on the Akatsuki. Although, he still seemed to have all the time to flirt with the girls but henever got in a real relationship with any of them. He soon became a Chuunin, and was one step closer to gaining his revenge.

Earth Style: Mud Dragon Bomb Jutsu- the user creates a dragon made of mud which fires off bombs at the enemy.

Drawbacks - Can only be used after Dark Swamp Jutsu has been activated. It can be use once every two turns, as it requires a 1 post cool down time.

 

Earth Style: Dark Swamp Jutsu- the user creates a large swamp under their opponent, this makes it almost impossible for the opponent to move leaving him open for another attack.

Drawbacks - This requires 1 post of getting ready, and it only stays active for 4 posts. While this is active he cannot use his Crystal jutsus, and

Earth Style: Crystal Cresent Dance - Does a series of hand signs, and ends with a clap of his hands. Crystals shoot from the ground, around him and forms into Cresent blades. It the flys towards the opponent, and can cut through almost anything. He can form as many has he likes, but the more he forms the more chakra it requires.

Drawbacks - It requires 1 post of getting ready, and it only stays active for 5 posts. While the technique is active the user cannot move from is spot, and is rendered vonruble. It the technique is stopped before the 5 post are up, then the use will require 2 post cool down.

Name: Kizashi Hyuuga

[spoiler=Appearance:]Kizashi's appearance is a weird one within the Hyuuga family. First off, his brown hair instead of being long, is cut short to reach down to his shoulders in a sort of bob while his short parted bangs hang down over his forehead. He has the featureless white eyes of the Hyuuga clan, though his own eyes seem to have a lavender tint about them. His face is of a pale brown color, a little darker than the normal slightly pale complexion of the Hyuuga family. In terms of clothing, he wears on his upper half a short sleeve shirt made of iron mail and over this he wears a light brown T-shirt with four straps across the front of it to act as buttons. There are also straps on his arms which wrap around his forearms and end at the elbow while bandages continue down his arm and wrap around the rest of it, covering all of his hands except his fingers. He wears a pair of black gloves over the bandages, with the right hand glove being fingerless. On his lower half, he wears baggy khaki pants and dark brown ninja sandals that cover all of his toes except for his big toe. Over all of this, he is usually seen wearing a gray cloak which reached all the way down to his feet. Strapped diagonally to his back on his hips by a black sash which runs across his chest is a black sheathe. This sheathe holds within it his metal black pole staff which lengthens to 5 feet when he presses a button on it. In the middle of the pole staff is written the kanji symbol for wind, but the staff itself cannot actually use wind.

 

[spoiler=Personality:] Kizashi's personality is one of a slightly upholding the law nature. He rarely shows emotion to anyone other than those in his family. He usually has an emotionless expression on his face except around his family because of this. Sometimes he will stray away from this, but usually, he is all about keeping up with the laws higher ups have passed down to him. He will do whatever he can not to stray away from this, and this can sometimes be his downfall. He will carry out whatever order he was given to the best of his ability. Sometimes he questions the orders that he is given, but he never utters these questions aloud for fear that he will be reprimanded. He is starting to change from these philosophies, but it is a slow and gradual change. In battle, however, his seriousness is shown even more. He is deadly in battle because he is relentless and never gives up. He continues to attack, making all of his attacks flow together smoothly in the same way that the wind moves smoothly. He will remain on his opponent until they are either extremely battered or death. His use of the bo staff makes him a counter and attack type, but if the battle begins growing boring, then he will finish it himself by attacking more instead of waiting for the attack to come to him.

 

[spoiler=Biography:] Kizashi's life started off well. He was born into the main branch of the Hyuuga clan and so he had a good life which consisted of training and upholding the standards of the family. The training was hard for Kizashi to endure everyday, but he wanted to be stronger to make his father, Kitashi proud. Kizashi trained everyday when he could with his father, and soon the training began to pay off for him. His father could see the potential that lay within his son, and so he pushed him even harder. One day while they were training, Kizashi showed an unusual ability within the Hyuuga clan. He could mold elemental chakra. Kizashi knew nothing of being able to do this, and so it came as a surprise to him as well. He and his father were training, and when Kizashi had gone for an uppercut palm thrust, he had accidently released wind chakra. Kitashi was able to avoid this, but it still struck him as a surprise. Hyuuga did not usually use elemental chakra. Kitashi wondered as to how Kizashi could do this and at first reprimanded him for it, but then after realizing the potential that could be unleashed with such a devastating chakra nature, he began to help Kizashi to utilize this chakra nature in the Jyuuken style that all Hyuuga were usually taught. He helped Kizashi as much as he could with the chakra nature even though he himself had never had a chakra nature. He helped Kizashi to master the nature somewhat in terms of combining it into the Jyuuken style attacks as well as the rotation defense techniques. Because of this, Kizashi grew exponentially, and his father saw that he had the potential to surpass him. He eventually trained him in all of the Hyuuga family main branch techniques, and Kizashi managed to master all of these.

 

Kizashi continued to grow, mastering his wind chakra nature even more. Some of the Hyuuga of the clan didn't like that he could use elemental chakra and discouraged his use of it, but he told them that his father had allowed it. They still disagreed however, on the basis that it was against the normal Hyuuga customs that had been laid out by the first Hyuuga, their ancestors. Kizashi, though he gave up use of his elemental chakra in front of any Hyuuga, continued to train in its use. His father helped him with this training. Because he continued to train in his chakra nature abilities, Kizashi grew exponentially in the ranks of the ninja. He was quickly double promoted to the rank of a jounin without hesitation upon becoming a genin. His story now continues from there as a jounin of the Hidden Sand Village.

 

More will be revealed later in terms of how he learned to wield a staff.

Eight Trigrams Wind Rotation- A stronger version of the Eight Trigrams Heavenly Spin technique. This allows Kizashi to spew wind chakra from his body in the same manner and then rotate it around him to block attacks without actually having to spin himself. This allows him to see while the shield of rotating chakra is around him.

 

*Drawbacks: Kizashi can only use this technique a maximum of three times in one day for it is very taxing on the body to spew so much wind chakra out at one time. It enters a cooldown of 5 posts after he uses it once before he can use it again.

 

Eight Trigrams Wind Blade Rotation- This allows Kizashi to form blades of wind in the air and either rotate them around himself for protection or use to attack the opponent.

 

*Drawbacks: Kizashi can only use this technique a maximum of two times in one day for like the Wind Palms Rotation ability, it is very taxing on the body to spew so much wind chakra out at one time. It enters a cooldown of 4 posts after he uses it once. He can only form a maximum of 22 blades of wind around him to protect him.

 

Eight Trigrams Thirty-Two Strikes- This is simply thirty-two strikes from his pole staff after he surrounds it with either normal chakra or wind and uses to attack in a flurry of jabs and strikes. When the wind hits the opponent at close range, it is able to enter the opponent's body

 

*Drawbacks: Kizashi cannot do this technique two times in a row when using it with wind. He needs a 3 post cooldown before he can do it again. This requires a 1 post preparation for Kizashi to build up the chakra into the staff.

 

Eight Trigrams Spinning Wind Gale- After Kizashi imbues his staff with wind chakra, he begins spinning it really fast. He then aims it at the opponent and sends a powerful gust of spinning wind towards them.

 

*Drawbacks: Kizashi needs a two post cooldown before he can use this technique again after using it once. He cannot do it three times in a row for it is very taxing on his chakra to continue to imbue the staff with wind chakra while spinning it for a long period of time. At the most, he can do it twice before having only half of his chakra remaining.

 

GOD-LIKE TECHNIQUE

Ultimate Technique, Eight Trigrams Sixty-Four Wind Palms- This is the same as the normal Sixty-Four Palms ability, except Kizashi now uses wind to execute the technique, dealing even more devastating damage with each hit that he lands. When he lands a strike on a body part of an opponent, the wind that enters their body as part of the Jyuuken style of taijutsu immediately severs the chakra network within that body part as well as the added effect of the user being blasted away slightly from the wind. If this attack hits, it will also disallow the use of the target's GLT. Also, he does not have to come near his opponent to use this technique and can instead use it from afar, sending gale like palms of wind at the opponent.

 

**DRAWBACKS: In order to use this technique, Kizashi must have 1 post for preparation and to build up his wind chakra. During that one post, he will set up his stance and ready himself while building up his wind chakra into his hands. After the technique, there is a 5 post cooldown for Kizashi to use any wind type techniques. He cannot use this technique 3 times in one day or he will lose the ability to use chakra in his hands, disabling him from using the Jyuuken style of combat. When using the long-range version of the technique, the gale-like palms of wind do not have the same effect of severing the chakra networks, but instead blasts the opponent away upon touching them.
