Reserve me a High ranking Espada position. I'll be making a second character as well. A Hyuuga that uses a bo staff with his Jyuuken style. Awesome right? I'm not sure yet if I want him to be an Akatsuki or not though. What do you think Ryuujinn?

@Namelessk: Sure, but not an Espada.. he'd be pretty wicked here. lol.. :P. A Hyuuga that uses a bo-staff? Hmmm.. As long as he's taijutsu only (so that means you can't make him into ninjutsu type). and for the purposes of this RP, he can't become an Akatsuki, because Hyuuga and Uchiha are the main protagonist in this Arc as they are the Peacekeepers :)

Ah...oh no! I meant High ranked Akatsuki. Okay cool, and yeah the Hyuuga will use only taijutsu. For the Hyuuga, can I make him the Hokage or something, or is there already someone as Hokage? Also, I should have my app up in a few days. I'm still stuck with a huge makeup workload from my Europe trip.

For now, Kages are still out of the question.. Since the Kage Summit has yet to occur.. Once the Summit Finished, I'll open up the Kage Rank. Right now, Akatsuki are finding Gyosei.. so you can apply for an ANBU at most, and only as Hidden Sand Village, coz Hyuuga are members of Sunagakure in the RP's universe.. xD

If it's not taken by the 28(and my computer status is good...I'm starting to sound like a broken record lol) then it'll be up. If it's taken by then, then I'll have a low ranked member....I think with the character I have in mind it would be best for a low rank member anyway... If not then I may still put the app up, and if anyone comes along and wants it then they can have it. Is that ok?

Gender: Female

Village: Hidden Cloud Missing Nin

[spoiler=Appearance:] Sen has elbow length black hair with blond streaks shooting down the middle, and on either side of her head(For a total of three). Underneith her manditory akatsuki cloak, she wears a plain, form fitting, dark blue shirt with fishnet sleeves. The sleeves stops at the base of each finger. Her plain black pants. Her eyes, which seem to always be set in a blank stare, are electric yellow with a blue ring around the iris. Reaching the height of 5'3, and a weight of 138 she's quite short and is often looked at as being the weakest. During battle her eyes seem to be alive dancing with the very lightening she weilds.

 

[spoiler=Personality:] Sen can be described as very childish, and naive. She's always humming "Ring Around The Roseys" because it's her favorite song. Sen always follows directions, no matter what it may be. There's only one thing she's afraid of, and that's being unable to move as it sends an unconscious reminder of when she was younger. When fighting she uses taijutsu, and can only use lightening when using her Kekkai Genkai. However, when using her Kekkei Genkai she becomes insane, and looses all control of her emotions. She only seeks to kill the target and everything else becomes unimportant even her companions. She'll do whatever it takes to complete the mission no matter how many casulties.

 

[spoiler=Biography:] Sen was born in the Hidden Cloud village, with black hair and grey eyes, to two low paid parents who could barely get by with what they made. Her parents loved her, and tried to do there very best to provide for her. They couldn't afford school and had to home school her. At 8 she had the natural tallent for taijutsu, and got in countless fights with other kids in the village.

 

To keep her fed, her parents often went some time without food, and in the end they both died from fatige and mal-neutrition. At 10 years old she came to realize that in this world you are on your own, and no one will help you but yourself. There were people would could've helped them with money, and she knew that, but no one cared. As the day went on and she listened to their false sympathy she closed herself off, vowing to never be weak like her parents. For thats what she saw them as, weak pathetic people who refused to take matters into their own hands, and do whatever it takes to survive.

 

At 14 she kidnapped, and for the next five years it's pretty much a blur. The only thing she remembers is a shocking pain constantly running through her body like lightening. Next thing she knew she was in the Akatsuki hide out, with an entierly new look, and no memory of who she was or where she came from. There she was given the name, Sen, and a headband of the Hidden Cloud village.

 

Rank: Low Ranked Akatsuki

[spoiler=Kekkei Genkai Description:] When her Kekkei Genkai is active her body has a white glow, and lightening cackling around her. She can keep it active for 10 post, but after the 6 post the chances of her loosing control and self destructing is higher. After it's done it requires a 10 post cooltime, and it leaves her paralized for 2 post.

 

Secondary Type (Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu): Taijutsu/Ninjutsu(Only when using Kekkei Genkai)

Attribute Type: Focused/Speed

Element: Lightening

[spoiler=Kekkei Genkai Abilities / Jutsu:]

 

Thunder Fists - Focuses the lightening to her hands and feet, to enhance the power of her taijutsu. It the attack hits, it sends almost 100 volts of electricity through the person's body. It can only be used for 7 posts.

 

DrawBacks: No lightening based attacks can be used for 2 posts. It requires a 1 post of charging up, and a 3 posts cool down time.

 

Lightening wave - Just as it says. Slams her hands on the ground producing a massive shock wave that explodes from her in a 7 yard radius. Anything caught in the explosion has a 3out of 10 chance of exploding from the extreme electricity running through the object.

 

Drawbacks: Can only be used once every 15 post. The attack has a recoil and the user is paralized for 1 turn.

 

Thunderstorm - Just as it says. Creats a thunderstorm in a three mile radius with Sen as the center. This stays active for 10 posts.

 

Drawbacks: After the technique is used, Sen has no control over where the lightening may strike. She can get hit herself if she's not aware, however she will only recieve a quarter of the damage while anyone else will recieve the full brunt.

 

Explosion - Even though it's a drawback of her Kekkei Genkai it can also be used as a last resort. She condences all of her energy into a tiny ball of electricity between her hands, then seperates them for a massive explosion.

 

Drawbacks: It requiers a 2 post charge up, and after it is used the user is knocked unconcious ranging from minor to sevear injuries. She is usually out for 5 posts(Of the other users posts).

I hope it's ok, but the Kekkei Genkai is a generic one, and isn't something she was born with. If needed I can change it.

@Hotaru987: just a clarification on the drawback of your Explosion Technique. What do you mean she's out for 5 posts (of the other users posts)? Otherwise, You're Accepted. :)

 

Guidelines for Entering into the RP:

 

Since Sen is a low-rank Akatsuki, you have to start at the hideout, and either follow one of the high ranks (since the demon gate is still there), or talk to Zenosuke to get a briefing of what you're going to do.

 

If you follow a High Rank Akatsuki (i.e. You went to Konoha and followed Rekkin/Garanth, or went to Amegakure and followed Shuuhei and Matsushita), you'll have to choose which of them you'll be paired with.

 

Shado cannot be chosen anymore because he already have Daku as his partner (which is in the RP, his brother).

 

If you choose to talk to Zenosuke, you'd get a chance to improve your rank through a series of side quests he will give.. Your choice. :D

Just to ask, you do know Sen is like 19 years old...I just noticed you said "Little Girl" in the post. So I was just wondering if you just put that cause she's kinda short, or if you just miss read her info.

ryuujin, how did Daku hit him? daku was ducked waiting for one to come so he could liger bomb them (which is similar to a powerbomb) Shado was the one moving with the chidori..

no, it wasn't Daku that hit Suijiro. It was the bandaged figure NPC.

 

Tojiro was panicking when he saw his brother got hit by something, and he was all over the place, that's why when he turned around, he saw Daku directly in front of him.

 

Also, the mist was cleared away, so if you're wondering how come people can see each other, it was mentioned in the post as well..

Hey Ryuujinn, for my character, is it okay if he's a samurai trained by the Samurai from the Land of Iron. I'm not sure if that existed in this RP, so I asked. If it doesn't can I say that he was trained by former Samurai from the Land of Iron or something? or just former traveling samurai?

He's a Hyuuga right? He can't be trained by a samurai if so. It'd make more sense if you're from Kirigakure or Kumogakure and a sword-type user. But as a Hyuuga, I dunno.. it's a little too far removed from them. Samurais, after all, specializes in battojutsu and kenjutsu only, both a unique kind of taijutsu.

Oh no, the one that's a samurai won't be a Hyuuga. He'll be from Haku's dead clan which is from Kirigakure. He'll be a Hyouton user, and yes he will also be from Kirigakure, just he trained with the Samurai. I'll word something in there for how he obtained the ability even though Haku was the last known member of the clan.

Name: Reinako "Rei" Hyuuga

Clan: Hyuuga Clan

Gender: Female

Village: Hidden Sand Village

[spoiler=Appearance] She has short moon white hair, with white pupiless eyes. Her hair only reaches down to her chin curving under, forming a frame around her face. Surprisingly enough, even though she has been out in the sun for almost her whole life she hadn't gotten much of a tan. She's not a pale white color, but she doesn't have a tan...More like inbetween. Reinako is avarage size of a female, reaching around 5'5 and 139 in weight. She wears the typical ANBU/jounin outfit, with her mask being in the design of a wolf(If ANBU). She wears her head band either around her neck, or around her bicept.

 

[spoiler=Personality] Reinako is a person who follows the rules and tries her best not to break them. She also don't like taking to long on her missions, prefering to get them done as fast as possible. In the words of a previous Akatski member she "Hate's keeping people waiting". On missions she adopts a calm, caluclating nature as she tries to be as professional as possible. When not on a mission, however, her personality does a complete 180. She becomes very ditsy and surprisingly very clumsy for someone of her age and rank. You will most likely never catch her with out a smile, and can just about always find her at the hospital looking over her sister who has been on her death bead for the past three months.

 

[spoiler=Biography] Reinako was always a happy child, never failing to get into trouble. She enjoyed playing with the kids from the village and playing harmless pranks of people. However, after she recieved the mark of the side branch on her forhead she was forced, by her parents and others of the main branch, to focus more on her training and studying. She surprised everyone, as she was quick to learn the techniques performing all of the jutsus with flawless persicion. For the earlier part of her teen years she became closed off from the world, prefering to be alone than around others. Before she knew it she passed the academy, and seemingly flew through the ranks. The Main branch was astounded by the abilities of someone from the Side branch, and always kept a close eye on her fearing that she might try and over throw them. Reinako, however had no thoughts of trying to over throw the Main branch, and she could see the suspicious glances they would send her. She wasn't stupid, if she even tried anything this acursed curse on her forhead would kill her.

 

She would never admit it but as her parents, and main branch, tried to control her life she quickly grew to hate them. She dispised the fact that she was born into the side branch and because of that she was looked at as nothing more than a tool for protecting the main branch. As she grew up, she attended to her regular dutys, being a part of the side branch, but deep down she would always resent the Main branch, and her parents. As she grew her hatered fostered towards the Main Branch, but surprisingly she was able to hide it well. At the young age of 13, she was assigned to protect a Main Branch member on their travels to Konoha. She did her best to protect him, and when they came back to Suna she was beaten badly and in need of mdical attention. However, the Main Branch simply by passed her and focused on the return of their member. When Reinako was 14 her parents gave birth to her younger sister, and after seeing the small bundle of joy she seemed to have reverted back to her previous personality.

 

She didn't want her sister to grow up hating the world, because of how unfair it can sometimes be. Reinako chose to push herself even harder, focusing on her next big goal of becoming an ANBU/Jounin. She wanted her sister to be proud of her, and when it was made known that she had a fatal sickness it only pushed Reinako harder. She wanted to try and find a cure for her, but her sister, who was surprisingly mature for her 5 years of age, told her not to worry, and to promise that she would live out her life enough for the both of them. Reinako quickly agreed, and makes an effort to always visit her dying sister when ever she can.

[spoiler=GLT (If Jounin/ANBU)] Forbidden Trigram Palm Explosion - The user concentraits their chakra into either the palm of the hand or the tips of the fingers. You then hit every chakra point in the body, rupturing the chakra flow causing it to over flow. It can cause internal damage, as the internal organs aren't adapt enough to handle very extreme amouts of chakra. There is little hope to dodge, but it can be done.

 

Drawbacks: This technique has a 2 post set up time, and a 5 post cool down time for this or any other GLT. After this technique is performed the user cannot use any of the gentle fist style for 3 post. Her speed is cut down by half until the cool down for the technique is over. If the user misses then they are vounrable for 1 post, and will not be able to block or attack.

 

Forbidden Trigram Dark Rotation - This is similar to the Palm Rotation, as it can protect the user from all sides. The dome then explodes outward, 10 yard radius, and anyone caught in the explosion can be suspected to internal bleeding, or/and a cut off of 1-10 chackra points. It can be dodged only if the attacker can clear the explosion.

 

Drawbacks: This technique has only a 1 post set up time, but a 10 post cool down time. During this cool down only gentle fist can be used, and no other GLT's can be used. For 1 post the user cannot attack or defend.

Who does Sen have as an Leader? She's a low rank so I was wondering, if she's just gonna be under Shuuhei. Since that seems to be the only person she's been with so far. That and the other's, beside ANbu_Leader haven't really been on as much.
