In truth, bad choice of words, but you know what I mean. I don't use it to belittle women who are untalented, but the things she displays generally are that of more slutty nature. Not trying to belittle, but just saying what I see.

Her lyrics are meh, I give you that, but you have to realize that Ke$ha is still amazing. She doesn't bring anything too too special, however, a lot of her songs are really catchy. Blah Blah Blah is a great example. It's about her going to a bar, and looking to score, except every guy sucks. This is really contrasting to every other female artist out right now(save Gaga, who is just as good), as they focus on the actual love part of the relationship.

 

Her beats in the song bring to mind a techno rave song you'd hear in a club, which helps.

 

Also, even if she is a whore, doesn't mean she isn't talented.

Yes her voice isnt the best but most pop artist arent that good at singing. Thats why pop has auto-tune and all that voice changing stuff. You dont see that much in other type of music that often. Uh.....what? I can name plenty of pop artists who have perfectly okay voices. No need for auto-tune and s***. I really don't get your point. The fact that her voice sucks EVEN with voice changing technology is bad.

 

Lyrics are terrible to you but to someone who loves RnB and pop music, they would like the lyrics. Your reasoning is basically because you dont like Pop. You can tell when someone has put actual thought into their song lyrics, and when someone stole some cliche s*** and threw it together with some uncreative concepts. R&B & Pop can have creative lyrics, too. Second off, didn't I state I like most genres, or at least branch out? I like a couple pop bands, not many at all, maybe two, but I still can listen to them. I said "Most artist" i can name some to but almost all off them use some sort of voice editor its the way Pop and RnB is.
