Amazoness Boost before proxies

I actually used to run Amazoness in the early days, so it's strange I never bothered to think about new ones until after the Duelist Revolution ones were revealed.

 

 

I wrote up 14 so far, but I will only post a few right now to test how people even like them. I want to work on a little more support anyway (I define support as non-monster due to the ridiculous complaints that Machines and other types get "too much" support when all they have is a bunch of theme monsters).

 

Also, the likelihood of finding truly appropriate and fitting art for their proxies is slim.

 

 

 

(Please note the text is still tentative since the Errata name for Amazon Archer has not be revealed yet and there may still be a few typos and errors since I haven't worked on these for a while on cleanup duty.)

Amazoness' Lonely Prince

ATK 2500 / DEF 2000

EFFECT: This card can be Advance Summoned by Releasing 1 [Amazoness] monster ("Amazon Archer" is an [Amazoness] monster). This card can be Special Summoned by returning 3 [Amazoness] monsters from your side of the field or Graveyard to your Deck. If this card is Special Summoned this way, it is removed from play if it is sent to the Graveyard. During Battle Phases, this card cannot be destroyed in battle and is unaffected by your opponent's monster effects.

 

(Before someone complains about this being a guy and a Beast-Warrior, it's supposed to be different. Think of it like the Ganondorf of the Amazoness. The one male of the society not exiled or sacrificed because he's the son of the Queen. Beast-Warrior representing the more masculine spirit and he removes himself instead of going to Graveyard to prevent from interrupting Solidarity.)

EFFECT: Your opponent cannot activate Trap Cards during the Battle Phase. When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect, add 1 [Amazoness] or EARTH/Warrior-Type monster from your Graveyard to your hand.

Magic - Continuous

EFFECT: Reduce the Level of your [Amazoness] or Level 5 or higher EARTH/Warrior-Type monsters in your hand or under your control by 1. If [Amazoness] monsters you control battle an opponent's monster that gained ATK or DEF during or before Damage Step, your [Amazoness] monster that battles that monster gains ATK equal the same amount until end of Battle Phase. This effect will activate only twice per turn.

EFFECT: This card is also treated as a Spellcaster-Type monster on the field. As long as you control another EARTH or Warrior-Type monster, this card cannot be selected as an attack target. [Amazoness] cards cannot be affected by opponent's Magic and Trap effects that affect a single card.

EFFECT: When this card is selected as an attack target or is attacked, inflict 300 damage to your opponent for every card in their hand. When this card inflicts battle damage to your opponent from battling one of their monsters, discard 1 random card from your opponent's hand.

ATK 800 / DEF 700

EFFECT: Once per turn, the controller of this card selects the targets of their opponent's attacks (twice per turn if you control another [Amazoness] monster). If the only monster you control is this card when this card is selected as an attack target, return it to your hand and Special Summon 1 [Amazoness] monster from your hand (except "Amazoness Rogue").
