Pluto is based on an Astro Boy - another manga I haven't read - arc, and it's really - really - good. You'll recognize a few characters (and names) from Monster when you read it. But i never read 20th Century Boys even though my friend is highly recommended it. But i did read Pluto. ;) For anyone that love Astro Boy, you should read Pluto manga.
