Fen.
*unwritten*unwritten Welcome to Lincolnton, England. Population: 72 Sixteen years ago, this small town to the west of London experienced a great phenomonon. Eight children were born at exactly the same time, all completely different from each other. Each born from different kin. But these eight children all shared a devistating and awesome....ability. As the eight chidren grew and prospered through the tiny little town, each of them discovered their powers in their own way. They realized that whatever they wrote down, no matter what they wrote on, whatever they wrote, would come to pass. It could happen that very second, or it could happen centuries in the future. The children figured that they each had a special and dangerous gift. Some went crazy, some went evil, some tried to deny it. But no matter what they did, the children took two sides. Four of then turned to the dark side, writing a dark history all on their own. The other four set out to find and kill the evildoers, and save the world. History has been written, dark times are a-comming. Can you survive? I will be accepting 6 people in this RP. Three good characters, and three villianous characters. However, I will be choosing your path for you, to make things interesting. YOU ARE NOT to tell your fellow RPers what side of the battle you are on. Not right away that is. Your character app must be well detailed for me to accept. I will accept over PM or you can just post it here. radio414
Name: CharityAge: 16... Ok, no option, but ok...Sex: FAppearence: An albino. In detail, has a lack of pigment in her body, thus giving her pure white skin, white hair, and red eyes (No iris pigment reveals the blood vessels underneath). Normally wears her school uniform, mostly drab, grey, clothing. How you discovered your power: Charity's only actual interest was writing. Stories just flowed out of her head. She always kept her noebook with her in case one of those stories might actually be a good idea. One time, she had an idea about a small-town murder, and it happened the next day. That's what ticked her off, and she now avoids writing mystery or horror stories.Description of your notebook: A small, spiral bound, notebook. It has a red cover, with Charity's monogram scrawled in black sharpie on it. It is small enough to fit in a pocket, but large enough to be able to be read. Notebook's special abilty: The ability to read, write, and understand any languagePersonality/bio: Being an albino, Charity was chastised at school. Her one safe place was at home, in her room, scribbling in her journal. She did this so much, it actually caused her greif, as when the technology revolution began, she was teased for not being caught up in technology. Addind a rules spoiler to the first post might help this thread not get Rinnelocked. This is a great premise, and I would hate to see that happen. Magnet Soldier
Name: Dylan SmithAge: 16 (Anyone know why this is here?)Sex: MAppearence: A 5'9 white teen with short and messy Dark brown hair, often mistaken for black. His eyes were a beautiful dark green and he's usually found in blue jeans and a white shirt, covered by a demin jacket. How you discovered your power: He was in school, and they were set a maths quiz. He finished very quickly and grew bored. When his friend finished, they started writing a story, each using there own name as the characters. When they were finishing the story, his friend was thinking how to finish the story. Dylan laughed and wrote that his friend was killed by a lightning bolt. After the test was finished, they walked outside to find a cloudless day, sun blaring at them. Then a rumble was heard, Thunder. People shrugged and said nothing, untill a lightning bolt came from nowhere and struck Dylan's friend. Dylan didn't know what happened, but soon realised that whatever he wrote happened in real life. And that was just after his dad had shouted at him and scared him half to death, and Dylan wrote a story about how his parents had horrible and painful deaths.Description of your notebook: A plain black book, with a golden spine and an empty tag on the front, where Dylan should have put his name. Notebook's special abilty: Allows the holder to turn invisible when touching the book.Personality/bio: [spoiler=This will be very short, but that is because most of it has already been said.]Dylan was, overall, an average boy. He grew up with a few mates. Liked comics. Relatively clever. A bit arrogant. As a teen he grew more intelligent, but more arrogant. He was still very popular, friends with most people. That was untill the incident when he realised his powers. (Enter How power was discovered.) After the incident, he grew colder and colder, and stayed away from most people. He started to hate life, and kept himself locked in his room. Without his parents, he had noone to restrain him, so he did what he wanted, and started to wreck his house. Anger started to blind him. But, he got through this phase, and he is back to being a cheerful friendly outgoing teen, albiet the odd loss of temper.

Aequitas
Name: Calder Huber Age: 16Sex: MAppearence: He was born with rosy cheeks, but as he grew, his cheeks became paler, along with the rest of his body. He has short, straight black hair which is often messy and uncombed. He stands at about 5'8", with a lean, slender figure. His clothes are unusually... blank. Most of his t-shirts have nothing on them and are a simple color. Most of the time he wears a dark red. For pants, he usually just wears jeans. How you discovered your power: Calder discovered his power at the age of seven. He had a diary at a time, an old rugged book he found in the attic in his house. Although he didn't write much in it, and the stuff he wrote in it was with crayon, he usually followed the same basic formula: what happened that day, what he liked/disliked, and what he hoped for tomorrow. It was wintertime, and he had a spelling test the next day. Like any student sick of school, he wrote that he hoped for a snow day the next day. And it happened. Someone else may have passed this off as a fluke, but with a curious young mind, Calder did a few experiments. Within a few days, he had the evidence of his powers and had a good idea of how to use them. Description of your notebook: After his first diary was quickly filled up with experiments, he decided to keep a true notebook for important stuff: a simple, dark blue, spiral notebook, 150 pages. Only when he discovered its special ability did he realize its value. Notebook's special ability: Allows the writer a stronger control of when the thing written in it will happen, compared to other things to write on, this applies only to one of the eight children with the ability, of course. Personality/bio: Calder has a photographic memory with a slightly above average intelligence. He does well in school, isn't considered popular but has friends and isn't hated. Ever since the discovery of girls, his life has been pretty good. But there is one major thing that makes him dangerous: he is bored.
