In this contest, the requirments are simple: just make a card with your favorite character on it! The cards don't need an effect, just your favorite TV or Anime character on it. After everybody makes their card by May 2, (PLEASE ONLY MAKE ONE) we will have a vote. The Top 3 cards with the most votes win 2 Reps and 20 Points for the creator of the card. Have fun! This card cannot be Special Summoned except by removing from play 1 DARK and 1 WATER monster on your field. When this card is Summoned, you can destroy 1 monster on your opponent's field. If you do, this card cannot attack this turn. During each of your Standby Phases, inflict 100 damage to your opponent for each monster in their Graveyard. MibeR Posted May 4, 2010 Report Share Posted May 4, 2010 lore : This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Tribute Summoned by tributing 1 Level 4 or higher WIND monster. When a card(s) in your graveyard is removed from play, you can send 1 card from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard to return the removed from play card to your Deck. Your Deck is then shuffled.
