Here's the app. I notice I've been playing a lot of girl characters recently but RPs need them and I don't mind so whatever. And it fits for the 2nd squad captain. Enough talk, here's the app. Oh right, tell me if anything needs changing and I'll do it.

 

Character

Name: Tsubame Koizumi

Gender: Female

Age: 800

Faction and former shinigami Rank: The Hidden Brotherhood / Former 2nd Captain and Covert Opps Commander-in-chief.

Height: Five feet, eight inches.

Weight: 210 lbs.

Skin color: White but with good color. Meaning it's not pale.

Hair color: A dark blue that reflects light well making it seem very shiny.

Hair style: Tsubame's hair reaches to about the bottom of her shoulder blades. It is straight and moves very freely. Despite this freedom it never really gets tangled or messed up. Tsubame wears a dark red ribbon to keep the hair off of her forehead.

Eye color: A light green.

Facial Hair: N/A

Upper body: Her upper body is very thin but by no means fragile. There are muscles but they aren't defined greatly. Nothing really stands out, it's a typical build.

Lower body: Tsubame's legs give her slightly more height than her upper body but she's pretty close to half and half. It's similar to her upper body in that her legs do have muscles but they aren't huge.

Others: (Guess I'll just put clothing here.) Tsubame has made it a habit to wear as many dark colors as possible. She generally wears either a black or dark blue version of the typical shinigami get-up. There is one difference, the sleeves seem much larger and a good foot longer than normal. Tsubame's hands are generally obscured by them. She wears what looks like a captain's haori but there are clear differences in it. The inside of the jacket is the same dark red as the ribbon in her hair. The outside is still white but the symbols for the second squad are not present. In it's place is blue kanji that runs down the back. The kanji is "殺害はしかし死なない" which means "Kill but don't die." As the jacket comes down roughly to the floor there is plenty of room. Tsubame wears the usual wooden sandals and black socks. Tsubame wears a locket that she keeps hidden under her shinigami outfit, the significance will be explained in the bio. Tsubame's zanpakuto is not normally visible if one was to look at her while she was not on guard or ready to fight.

 

 

Zodiac: Dog

Bloodtype: B negative

Personality: Tsubame is a very driven individual. She knows what she wants and does what she has to get it. It's not common to see her anything other than serious or angry. She does care a great deal for her subordinates and hates to lose anyone. However she is quite strict with her men. She views members of other shinigami squads as cowards and tends to look down most of them. The only way to prove your worth to her is through excellent performance in missions or fight her yourself. Tsubame is not above killing to get what she wants but she doesn't do it, or order it, on a whim. She carefully calculates most, if not all, of her moves.

Tsubame was born to a rich family that was not satisfied with simply being rich. They wanted to be a noble family but couldn't as they were just newly rich. There had been a long and detailed plot to kill their way into nobility. They began using assassins to kill nobles. Of course they would have to get children of their family married into noble families before assassinating members to get any benefits.

 

Tsubame had always been planned to marry a noble man as her looks had never been lacking. Her family expected her to marry a noble and then take over the home when they assassinated her husband. She would then just be a means for them to become nobles. She always hated her family for this plot and never wanted to go along with it. Regardless the time came when she was forced into a marriage. She wasn't ever in love with the man she married but she didn't want to see him killed. She quickly warned him of her family's plot. He didn't listen and when the plan was enacted he was killed. Her family came in as they had hoped and took over the household. A great anger and hatred of her family developed as Tsubame saw them move in on the house of the man they had killed and laughed about it all.

 

Tsubame quickly left the estate to her family and left. She didn't want to be around them anymore. She sought out someone who could train her to fight. She wanted to make her family pay. She eventually entered the shinigami academy. When her skills quickly showed that of an assassin the second squad captain brought her into the secret ops. She was trained from that time forward by the Second Squad captain who apparently saw some great potential in her.

 

Tsubame progressed quickly and was made the second squad's lieutenant. It was then that she told her captain about her family and how she wished to kill them. He told her it wasn't wise to kill simply out of desire. Each assassination must be done because it benefits some greater cause. She followed disappointedly but then he promised he would investigate the situation. After the investigation her family was convicted and imprisoned for their plot. Tsubame quickly came to greatly respect her captain.

 

After a long time of training with her captain, Tsubame had not only learned her bankai, but felt she was in love with him. That was when her captain was promoted to be a guard for the king of Soul Society and she never saw him again. All she had to remember him was a locket with a picture of the two of them that she wears to this day. As she had her bankai, Tsubame was made second squad captain and commander-in-chief of the secret opps. She made a good captain and won the respect of her subordinates.

 

Not long ago, Soul Society collapsed after Gin's attack. The different squads separated based on various ideas but Tsubame took the second squad and the secret ops off on their own. She felt that Soul Society had fallen because the other captains were fools unsuited for their jobs. She felt that if she could take control, she would be able to restore the Gotei 13. With the support of her subordinates, now called the Hidden Brotherhood, Tsubame now makes calculated strikes at the other squads in an attempt to gain control.

 

 

Family: Rich

Dream/Future goal: Tsubame's main goal is to reunite the scattered squads under her rule and make the shinigami what they once were. She feels that the others were not suited for the job and that was why the squads were scattered in the first place. She feels she can do much better.

Abilities

Swordsmanship: Being the head of assassinations and secretive operations, Tsubame had to be incredibly skilled in using a sword. She strikes precisely and for death blows. Of course, this training is for killing so long drawn out conflicts don't fit her style very well.

Flash Step: The 2nd squad has always been praised for their outstanding speed and flash step abilities. Tsubame is the fastest in the squad meaning she is incredibly fast. She can use many flash steps without tiring and cover a lot of ground with relatively few.

Spiritual Pressure: Being captain level, Tsubame's spirit pressure could become incredibly oppressive, that is if she wanted it to. Assassins can't be giving themselves away with their power so Tsubame always keeps it incredibly concealed. Tsubame's power can only ever really be felt when she uses her bankai. This sometimes misleads more naive opponents into thinking she isn't nearly as strong as she really is.

Strength: Her physical strength obviously has to be good but it's nothing to boast about among shinigami. She fights well at hand-to-hand but that doesn't require inhuman strength.

Endurance: Do to her training to extensively use the flash step technique, Tsubame has built up a lot of endurance. Her own abilities have to be used for extended periods of time before they'll start tiring her out.

Durability: Tsubame has been trained to never be hit. The main reason being is that if an assassin gets hit, they die. So Tsubame does not take hits well.

Kido: Tsubame is rather skilled in bakudo, being able to use most without incantations, but struggles with hado.

Zanpakutou

Sealed Zanpakutou: Tsubame's zanpakuto is four feet in length and is kept at her right side as she's left handed. This means that her haori generally obscures it from view and because of her sleeves, it is seldom seen where she actually draws it from. The sword's name is Totsuzen no Shimo (means Abrupt Frost in English).

Release Phrase: "Strike, hidden from the eyes of the world, Totsuzen no Shimo!"

Shikai Appearance: When she releases, Tsubame draws her sword, the actual motion not clearly visible to the opponent. She calls out the release phrase and the name and suddenly the surrounding area gets very cold. Her sword has turned into a swallow. (A swallow is like a double bladed sword. There is a long staff like handle and at either end there is a blade that curves out from the beginning. Each blade is about one third the length of the pole. Each blade faces a different direction meaning it's meant for spinning attacks.) Her zanpakuto is now a swallow, five and a half feet in length. The handle is a crystalline blue and each of the blades are made of very clear ice.

Shikai Special power: While the weapon is out there is a dense, cold fog, surrounding the battlefield. It partially obscures vision. Aside from allowing ice manipulation in conjunction with her attacks, Tsubame's shikai also makes her various movements all look the same to her opponent. So they may see one thing but have to guard another.

Bankai Name: Totsuzen no Shimo Niyoru Shi

Bankai Special power and overall Appearance: Releasing her bankai is the only time Tsubame's spirit pressure can really be felt and it is felt in great abundance. After calling bankai, Tsubame's zanpakuto disappears and she becomes encased in a large block of ice. This glows to a point where she can no longer be seen and then the ice shatters. Tsubame emerges with her clothing completely changed. She now wears a dress that is colored various shades of blue. It still has long sleeves and it comes almost to the floor. There are diamonds in many places throughout. After this, Tsubame declares her bankai's name and that shattered block of ice surges up to her hands. The ice forms two larger swallows, each about seven feet in length, but Tsubame can now easily use one in each hand. The ice also forms intricate armor on her body. It's special power allows Tsubame to encase whatever she strikes in a block of ice. The ice quickly shatters so on its own it cannot kill. It has two specific functions however. The first is to create stress on the opponent's body from the extreme cold. The actual power is that it restricts speed and reaction times. The diamonds on her dress serve another purpose. When they shine with her spirit pressure she becomes harder to detect and appears to be moving faster than she really is.

Relationship with Zanpakutou: 100%

Zanpakutou Soul Appearance: Totsuzen no Shimo's appearance is that of a man. Everything except his eyes are covered by his light blue clothes. He appears to be an assassin much like Tsubame.

RP Begins

Act 1: Greet the New Day

"Our little conversation is over." Gin said as he turned on his heel and sat down on his elegant throne made of glittering crystal. The morning sun shone through the walls reflecting, Gin sighed. "What are you waiting for? dawn is already here. " the soul siervos captains bowed by placing their right hand on their left shoulder and disappeared, leaving only a a glimpse of the dust. "Hehe, creepy.." Gin laughed silently to himself. The battalion of Soul Siervos moved out towards Rukongai, in lead of a certain Soul siervos captain. The rumors spread along rukongai and the shinigami villages, people panicked but their were no place to flee, their only hope was the shinigamis.

Soon enough the news reached the Captain-commander, who decided to deliver the terrifying news to the other bases. Gin's throne room was all in silence, The only sound was a gobbling of an apple. He threw the apple on the ground as soon as it were eaten, He turned his head to a servant who has just crossed the hall. "Slow down." Gin said to the servant with his eyes tighter and with the terrifying smirk. The sweating Servant stopped as he was being paralized by only his smile, "Y-yes my lord?" he stammered. "What do you think about the upcoming attack on rukongai? Gin asked while tossing his hair aside from his forehead. The servant was just about to answer as Gin interrupted him, "Well, To put it simple.. I enjoy watching moving objects. It's boring when things stand still, Don't you agree..?" He paused a few seconds "A Motionless pinwheel isn't worth watching. Then again, When it's stopped it can sometimes be sentimental too. Either way i want to make the pinwheel spin with the destruction of Soul Society and Rukongai" He smirked evil. The servant broke into a cold sweat, feeling as he was being torn apart. "Let's make the pinwheel spin."

I assume that my character is still unaware of the meeting with the Frontline captains. and also, that the Defender's colony is a little bit far from Rukongai, and also that I can speak with my Zanpakutou Spirit. :)

Reasons:

1. I did not see anything in the plot as to where the colonies are exactly located, or if they are near Rukongai, so I safely assumed we're far, because we were "exiled". :D

2. Defenders are allied with the frontlines, but it was not stated if we are near them, thus the assumption that my captain is unaware of the meeting.

3. Shinigamis can talk to their Zanpakutou spirit, just like Ichigo, thus the third assumption of being able to speak to my zanpakutou spirit. :)

 

I sure hope these are well within the bounds of a non-GM RP-er. :) You can always correct me if I am wrong. :D

 

 

"I am appalled."

 

A slender, fairly muscular captain stood on the edge of a cliff overlooking a small town. A gentle breeze blew to his direction, gently caressing his face with its cool temperature. His short, layered black hair swayed slightly, and his bangs that covered the right side of his face exposed a pair of hazel-brown eyes. On his right hand, he held a heavily tinted, black sunglasses with a silver frame and pointy edges. Beside him, a human figure stood, wearing some sort of eastern armor. However, its head seemed rather odd, as it resembled a dragon. It stared at the captain with inquisitive eyes.

 

"You're still not thinking about what happened at Seireitei, are you?" the dragon being said calmly, his eyes turning towards the town below.

 

The captain smiled thinly, glancing at the dragon, then staring back at the town again.

 

"No, I am simply appalled that those people down there had to live poorly. Had they been in Rukongai, I would've been able to do something, but out here," he motioned around the near-barren location at the foot of a mountain. The forest sticks out a bit, but the rest of the surrounding area was dust-barren, "Had it not been for the forests, we would've been lacking food."

 

"Interesting. All our years being partnered up, this town was the very first thing I've ever hear you care about so much," his dragon looked serious all of a sudden as a painful memory surfaced, "Except perhaps Lt. Sakura, whom you've valued so much."

 

The dragon figure stared at the captain with saddened expression. He felt some sort of unexplainable remorse at the memory.

 

"Yes."

 

The captain's eyes were lined with tears as he replied to the dragon figure. He closed his eyes, as if trying to remember something, then slowly opened them again, this time a strong look of determination present.

 

"Chikyuu, I've heard from a reliable source in the frontlines that the captains over there are planning something. I hate to leave this colony right now, though. What do you think?" the captain's voice suddenly sounded very adamant and strong.

 

"For the time being? I think its best if you wait for their official announcement. The colony needs you more," Chikyuu remarked casually, then he held out his right hand, grabbing the katana handle around the captain's waist, "Besides, Hisashi, we really need to eat, and I have yet to defeat you at shogi."

 

Chikyuu gradually merged with the katana, his body turning ethereal then the handle started to siphon him in, until he completely merged with the entire katana. It glowed a faint brown aura once, then it returned to normal.

 

"Well, might as well go down now. I need to eat." Hisashi remarked, slashing a slab of earth from his feet, turning it into a compact snow-board shaped object, which he rode towards the entrance of the village.

 

He took one glance at the direction of Seireitei, then gave a sigh before entering the colony's entrance.

Sukai laughed. All around him were screams of terror. He loved this Job, and it got him one step closer to his goal, to kill Gin Ichimaru. But at the moment nothing mattered but to kill. After all, that was there orders. "Siervos, attack." Sukai shouted, thrusting his index finger at a group of Shinigami. A hundred Soul siervios ran at the Shinigami, instantly annihalating them. "How fun." Sukai said, blocking a sword strike from a surviving shinigami with his wrist, the sword snapping in two. "Well now, that's just impolite." Sukai said, smiling a fearsome smile. The shinigami was frozen in terror, just before a hand punctured his lungs. Sukai smiled, and ran off.

 

Tero sighed. His Vice captain had just report the sounds of screaming coming from the Rukongai. "Who hasn't?" Tero asked. As the vice captain was about to reply, Tero raised his hand. "That was a rhetorical question." The vice captain bowed. "Sorry sir. But do you wish for us to send someone to help?" The Vice captain asked. "Not yet. I hate it as much as you do, but we wait. Do not attack unless another squad fights."

Personality: A kind and friendly person. He is obedient and loyal, and befriends most people. He is protective of many people and is always the first one into the fight.

Biography: He was born into an average family, the eldest child. He had a younger sister, who he always teased and life was good. Then he was found to have high Reiatsu, and was sent to the Academy. He returned to rukongai five years later, to be greated with a happy welcome back. Soon he became the Third seat to the ninth squad, and was going to his old house to tell his family the news, when the Siervos attacked. At the end of the fight, his parents and sister were declared missing, and the Vice captain was dead. He was promoted, but couldn't find his family, only having a small photo of his sister, hidden inside a ring.

Family: A decent family, enough money to feed each other and very kind people.

Dream/Future goal: To find his family again, if they are alive.

Abilities

Swordsmanship: He is a very good swordsman and tactitian, able to fight most foes.

Flash Step: He is very fast and can Shunpo great distances. His speed is enough to keep up with most people.

Spiritual Pressure: he has average Reiatsu for a Vic-captain, but it is usually hidden.

Strength: His physical strength is average.

Endurance: He trained in the middle of a desert, and can survive for days without food or water, while fighting.

Durability: He can take many hits, aslong as his reiatsu keeps up.

Kido: He is skilled at Kido, able to do up to 50 without a phrase, and 70 with one.

Zanpakutou

Sealed Zanpakutou: His sealed Zanpaktou is a normal katana.

Realese Phrase: "See, Bijon(Vision)"

Shikai Special power: His shikai transforms into a chain wrapped around Rick's hands. This chain can extend to any length, and is controlled by Rick's mind. The chain is encased in a liquid that paralyzes anyone that touches it, besides the user. It also allows Rick to see the moves of anyone with less reiatsu, allowing him to dodge most of their attacks.

Relationship with Zanpakutou: 90%(Frequently has arguements with him.)

Zanpakutou Soul Appearance: Bijon is an old man in purple robes. He has a third eye in the centre of his fore head and has a Katana laid across his knees. He is usually floating with his legs crossed, his hands chained together.

The Soul Siervos attacked Rukongai with violence, the defending Shinigamis guarding that certain district were soon devastated by the outnumbering. Chaos spread within the district, Blazing flames spread along the houses. The people were forced on their knees and put in chains. One of the Soul siervos captain walked towards the people, "My understanding is that we're done here" He laughed out. The citizen were jailed in sorrow and fear. Back in Gin's palace, "How's it goin' down Rukongai ?" He asked tiresome. The Soul Siervos assistant updated him with their current status, Gin smirked as he received the update. "Well, well it seems were moving forwards.

[The Dragon Duelist]

He sat on his throne like seat looking out at the room. "I need to start planning..." He sighed as he thought back to the day that the Soul Society was taken over. "Damn Gin and the Servios." He thought back to the captains splitting up and becoming their own organizations and how this affected the outcome of the first battle then suddenly his thoughts popped back into reality. "Okay... I need to call a meeting so we can discuss the plans." He looked around and yelled out for a messanger.

 

The younger kid appeared looking at him. "Sir, what did you need?" The kid smiled warmly as the Captain-Commander did the same. "I need you to go find the other Captain's and tell them to report here soon." The kid nodded as he dashed off at a great speed.

 

The Captain-Commander smiled lightly as he rested his chin on his right hand. "I love this time of year." He spoke quietly as he saw the cherry blossoms through the window.

Haru stared out of the window in his quarters. He was reflecting on the last few days, and how this new Enemy had appeared out of nowhere. The questions were on all the captains' and lieutenants' minds. 'When will they attack?', 'How will they attack?', 'Where will they attack?'. All these questions and more sped through the Captain's mind as he stared out over Sereitei. He fiddled with his Zanpakuto, pulling it in and out of his sheath slightly. This became annoying to him, so he stood and walked to a desk a few feet away. He figured,
