"Relinquished Spider" + 1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type monster
When this card is Fusion Summoned, destroy all face-up Defense Position monsters on the field and flip all face-down monsters face-up, without activating their effects. This card gains 200 ATK for each card destroyed this way. When this card attacks a monster with a higher DEF than this card, this card gains ATK equal to half of the target's original DEF before the Damage Step.

 

Generally speaking, nobody will ever use that one Spell Card that flips a monster to face-down Attack Position, so it is generally accepted that you do not need to mention face-down Defense Position. Feel free to add it in if you like, but it is really just extra.

OCG HELP:

1 Level 4 or lower Machine-Type Monster + "Relinquished Spider"

During the turn that this card is Fusion Summoned, destroy all monsters in face-up Defense Position and flip all monsters in face-down Defensive Position, without activating the card(s) effect. Increase the ATK of this card by x200 for each card destroyed by this effect. If this card attacks a monster that has a higher DEF than this card, increase the ATK of this card by half of that card's original DEF.
