Pokemon Paradox: Trapped in The Game [Need more trainers!!! Accepting,barely Started}

[spoiler=Plot] Nintendo made a mistake. The new Pokemon game had a fatal glitch. The newest remake of Pokemon red and blue pulled the player into the game and swooped them into an adventure of their own.

You find yourself playing the game and you are suddenly in professor oak’s lab with Red and Gary Oak. From there on your life takes the craziest turn imaginable.

Starter: Totodile

Appearance: Jason is five feet and three inches tall, and weighs 124 pounds. He has a lean body, thin but slightly muscled. He has high cheekbones, a round jaw, and a pointed chin. His nose is slightly large, and ends in a slight point. He has large deep blue eyes, set under thick brown eyebrows. He has brown hair, straight but unkempt, usually around shoulder length or slightly shorter. His outfits usually consist of a pair of jeans, a black tee shirt with the Pokeball logo on the front, a pair of red knuckle gloves, and black tennis shoes. On his head, he occasionally wears a red baseball cap with a Pokeball logo on the brim, or a blue bandanna with a Pokeball logo on the front.

Bio: Jason was an everyday nerd, or so he's told by everyone he knows. He spends all his time either reading books or playing handheld games. He especially enjoys learning about technology and computers and the like. Jason is quiet, shy, and hardly ever looks people in the face. Jason always got good grades in school, and never had any friends. Anyone who met him immediately disliked him, and bullied him. Due to this, he has grown a hard outer shell, and it can be difficult to show Jason's emotions.

Aspirations: Jason wants to capture all the Pokemon he can, and make friends with all of them.

Appearance: A brown-haired, pale-skinned boy. He always wore blue, until he was sucked into the system. Now, his long brown hair has been cut, and spiked in the back. His blue shirt has become lighter, and his navy blue pants have become red. His blue eyes hover over his nose and mouth. His smooth red lips top him off to be the cool kid in town... and his appearance isn't just that! His eyes are hypnotizing if you stare close enough... and any woman that stares directly into his eyes might be caught in love.

 

Bio: Before he was sucked in his brother's game, he was a straight A student that was hated by everybody. But when he got sucked into a pokemon game, his whole personality and appearance changed. His appearance changed from a dark appearance to a spiky haired teenager who has amnesia. His personality is now a calm person who will do anything to find his friend and get out of there.

Bio: He's always the one with the determination and the will to never give up. He was helping his best friend with the choice of which starter to choose for his last pokemon game, when he got sucked into it. Now he is determined to face the Elite Four and beat them. Little does he know that there are people out to get him...

Starter: (it has to be an actual starter right? If not I will change this.) Chikorita.

Bio: Although he was a fan of pokemon in his youth, he gradually grew out of it. His parents never noticed. For his 17th birthday they bought him the new Red game. So that his parents weren't upset, he started playing the game. Unfortunately for him, he got stuck inside the game. His parents have been looking for him, and he is declared missing. He just wants to get home, and believes completing the game will allow him to do just that.

Aspirations: To find away out.

IC: Nick looked at the game in his hand. He had never played pokemon ever and it would be awesome to get his pokemon adventure started now. His birthday was yesterday and he tried to hide his excitement from the party. Most people wouldn't think you would play it at 14. He had bolted up the stairs and sat on the bed. Charizard blew fire into the air and Nick swore the room got hotter. Welcome to the world of Pokemon Professor oak said. There was a screech as if the game had been pulled out and it sped up. Professor oak sped through the introduction as if Nick hadn't even chose. The name input was Red. Nick preferred something awesome like Rex, but he didn’t put it in his controls weren’t even working. There was a surreal swirling and then a blinding flash, and Nick hit the floor.

“Oh Yea, his name is Gary, right. I must’ve hit my head.” A voice said. Nick opened his eyes to see s a pair of torn shoes. There was a kid slacking beside him and Nick got to his feet. “Very well, here are your Pokemon.” The man said. The kid with the torn shoes stepped forward to take a pokeball from the table. Nick made a coughing noise as the grandson took the other, one that had a water drop on it. The man looked at Nick. “Oh are you here for a pokemon too?” Nick’s mouth only dropped as several more kids began to appear on the ground around him

Dylan groaned. Something had happened, but he couldn't remember what. The last thing he remembered was a flash of light, just after he had selected new game. He didn't even like pokemon anymore, proper anime was his thing. But when his birthday came along, his parents had been stuck for options. They had ended up bying him a new game, Pokemon. He had sighed, but turned the game on. He had selected new game, and woke up groaning. He opened his eyes to find he was in a small laboratory, surrounded by other groaning kids. One was on his feet, staring down at Dylan. Another was looking gobsmacked at the other kids. Dylan was perhaps the oldest person there. He stood up and brushed himself off. The boy on his feet was grinning smugly, and his face looked familiar. Dylan realised who it was when an old man asked him if he wanted a pokemon. He was in the game. Dylan shrugged and was offered a pokeball by the man. Dylan grabbed it and started staring at it. This was getting weird.

Jason blinked in confusion. Being the nerd he was, he knew exactly where he was. He just...didn't know why he was there. He gulped, and looked around Professor Oak's lab. Thinking back, he remembered what he had been doing before, and tried to imagine what might have possibly happened.

(Flashback)

Jason sat down by his small bed, and pulled the small gaming system out of a drawer. He sighed in happiness, and inserted the disc into the machine. Hitting the power button, he whistled a quiet tune while he was waiting. Suddenly, there was an extremely loud screeching noise, and a bright flash of light. The last thing Jason remembered was blacking out, and waking up here...

(End Flashback)

Jason looked around at the other kids who had appeared, and wondered if any of them were experiencing what he was.

Professor Oak looked at the other kids who had arrived. "Wait you ALL want to train Pokemon?" He asked looking at the others. "Well, I only have three but perhaps the other professors have Pokemon. But does anyone want this Eevee and Bulbasaur?" Nick had no Idea what he was talking about so he raised his hand. Professor oak tossed the ball at Nick who deftly caught it cushioning the ball in his hand and swinging it around his back and upwards catching it again. He was impressed by his own skill as Professor oak set the Bulbasaur down on the table (whoever chooses if we get one can choose him) and went to his phone with a Pokemon exchanger at the bottom. He first called Elm who was more than happy to send some pokemon over. HE infact sent four. "I have two chikoritas" He said with a smile at Oak before they turned off the monitor. Oak walked back to the table and set the balls down. The two chikorita balls and the totodile ball rolled down the table to the edge. "And I think Birch might have a few." He said going back to the monitor. Birch was brief and gave his three starters over since he always was out catching new ones. Oak brought back the Mudkip, Treeko and Torchic and set them on the table as well. "I couldn't get Rowan, so I'll call him later, there are more than enough pokemon here though. He said beeming at the kids in his room rubbing their eyes and wondering where they were. Nick was still looking at his ball before he raised his hand. "So where are we." he asked. "Why young man, Your in Pallet Town."

Name: Samantha (Sam) Quiten

Age: 17

Starter: *female* Mudkip

Bio: Sam was the average teenage girl that loved pokemon outside of the school. She had played the other games and bought the new Red and Blue Pokemon game with birthday money. When she started the game she was actually transported into it. After looking around she imedietly knew what was going on and where she was. Sam is a tough trainer that prefers water/ice type female pokemon but loves all types. Her persoanlity is useually very mild but she can turn firery at any momnet and never backs down from a challenge. Types also mean nothing to her and she believes in letting a pokemon fully evolve to reach it's highest possible potentail.

Aspirations: she wants to be a strong trainer and beat gym leaders. she also wants to try and find the legendary pokemon.

Ok so this is it then., she thought stopping in front of a place that looked like the pictre of Profesor Oak's lab from the guidebook. She walked in and saw several boys and Profesor Oak standing in the room. Being in the Pokemon game was wierd to her but at the same time she felt a thrill and curiousness that she just couldn't ignore. She walked over to Profesor Oak. She heard the previous conversation of what Starter Pokemon there were and she went with the type she always did in the games. "I would like to work with Mudkip.", she told the Profesor. Sam walked up and picked up the Mudkip which turned out to be a female. She loved water and ice types and they were always her strongest pokemon in the other games she played. The Mudkip looked at her sweetly, it was adorable. Just you wait. You and me are going to make an awsome team!, she thought before looking at the other boys. "Oh. My name's Samantha but I go by Sam. Who are you guys?", she asked still holding the Mudkip.

Leonard woke up, and found himself in a strange new world. He saw figures that looked like Pidgeys, then, eyes wide open, found a building that looked like the lab of Professor Oak. "Just what I needed!" thought Leonard. A Pokemon!" He walked inside of the lab and addressed himself. "Hello, Professor Oak, my name is Leonard. I am in desperate need a Pokemon, for my brother and I were separated by being, well let's say something strange happened. Well, anyway, yes, I am in need of your assistance. I must find my brother." Leonard was nervous. He HAD to find his brother, he just had to. Mom and Dad would kill him if they found him missing. He hoped his story was believable, he desperately needed a Pokemon.

OoC: Guys stop WALKING INTO the lab, you guys appear there, and Auralady I never accepted you, and you are rushing. But you're accepted anyway. so no need to delete anything but as an example noone should do that again.

 

Oak Smiled at the new girl and then looked at everyone else. Now, Red and Gary. I need you guys to goto Viridian City and get my package from the man at the store, here." He said handing them some Pokedollars. "Tell him you're going to need ALOT more" Red walked away from the professor but Gary stopped him. "Wait battle me first." Red sighed but threw out his Charmander. He was very handy with his pokemon and with a unique tactic of weakening the pokemon and scratching him Charmander was able to make the Squirtle faint. Red noted that he learned a new move as Charmander let out a small fireball when he won. Professor oak laughed. "And Gary, they have a pokemon center. Stick close to red so those wild Pidgey don't hurt you!" he joked. Gary ran out, telling Red he'd never get a map from HIS sister. Red laughed to himself as he noted that he already had a map and he ran out of the lab to go and deliver the packages.

 

Nick chuckled at the new pokemon trainers before clicking open his pokeball. Eevee was a small brown pokemon with pointy ears and a long bushy tail. He loved the way pokemon looked and was glad to have his own, even if it knew no elemental powers. Nick heard a fumble and a man grown as he dropped a screwdriver. Nick notticed for the first time the Aides that surrounded the place where Oak worked. HE was fiddling with a wrist watch device and he was replacing the cover before he set it in a box. Nick helped him pick it up and then handed it to the man. "Thank you. Would you like my new device, the Poke.D.V 2.0?" Nick pondered a moment before nodding as the man fitted the device around his wrist. "It has everything this device has aspects of every device from any reigion, all in one. It even uses Poketch apps." The aide smiled. A phone, a watch, a map, a fame checker, an item checker, and anything else you can think of. Oak made these special for new trainers and it even can Wirelessly connect to your Pokedex, which is what Red went to fetch from the Pokemart. Why don't you hand these to the other trainers. My friends and I will update you guys on new apps we complete later." Nick thanked the man before turning with the box to the other trainers who just recieved their Pokemon.

Sam took the new device from the boy that handed it to her. It was incredable and she couldn't wait to use it. She couldn't wait to battle either and watching that last battle between the Squirtle and the Charmander really got her going. Still she put the new device in her pocket and set Mudkip down on the floor. Then she sat on a chair nearby and waited to recieveher pokedex and five beginer pokeballs, which she knew they would also be getting soon. Looking at her new Mudkip sitting on the floor by her feet Sam looked up at Profesor Oak, "Umm I am sorry. But is there a pokeball I can have for Mudkip?" She tried to remember the different names of the cities from the guidebook to try and pick out a place to go first when they left the Lab.

Red zoomed in with several boxes. He had a new pair of shoes that were bright red and had small wheels in the bottom. There were also small rocket propellers in the back. "My mom loves pokemon trainers, so she has a bunch of shoes she made for the new generation guys." Red put the box on the table as Gary panted into the lab with another box. "Why didn't he get shoes?" Nick asked. Gary tried to regain his composure but it was hard with all the trainers smirking at him. "Your mom is so mean. I didn't punch you THAT hard Red!" Nick laughed as he handed both of them their Poke.D.V.s. in exchange for his pokedex. It beeped and noted all the pokemon in the room. Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Charmander, Chikorita, Totodile, Cyndaquill, Mudkip, Treeko, Torchic, and Eevee. Nick smiled as his pokedex filled up like everyone elses did with satisfied beeps. He looked down at his D.V. and it said he had seen 10 pokemon, and owned 1. That's pathetic He thought looking at the girl sitting in the chair with her D.V. and Pokedex in hand. She would make a suitable rival Nick thought walking up to her. Red and Gary said fairwell to Profesor Oak as he bid them farewell before sitting behind his desk, waiting for more Pokemon trainers to Arrive. The credit on each Poke.D.V was 3000pd which would be enough to buy items later at the Pokemart. Nick tossed his Pokeball in the air as he walked up to The girl. "I'm Nick, and you are?"

Ic: "Um, so where were we? Oh yeah, my starter, I'll choose Chikorita, is that Ok?" Leonard needed a Pokemon really badly, and in his mind he was praying. He accepted the Poke.D.V. and 3000 Poke-dollars. He reached out for the ball with Chikorita, and strapped it on his belt, but then, he decided his Chikorita should stay out of it's Poke-Ball and on his head. Instead, he let it out, and it quickly jumped on his head. "Hi, little Chikorita, you like it on my head?" "Chiko!" "Ok, now let's go find my brother!" "Chiko!" The Chikorita agreed. "Anything else, Oak?" asked Leonard.

Dylan landed on the floor of the lab. "Where... Where am I?" he asked the person in front of him. He saw that it was a boy holding a pokeball in his hands. "Hello, who are you?" he said to the 15 year old in front of him. Why can't I remember anything? And why does my back hurt so much? he thought as he had a million questions. He then considered to wait for a little while. "Is that a Treecko?" he said wondering amazingly how he knew what a Pokemon was but that he couldn't remember anything else.

Oak shook his head as he rearranged the Pokeballs. He had never really thought about it, but he didn't leave these kids with much. Nick looked at the new kid. "This is, Professor Oak's lab." Brian thought for a moment. "Were in a video game." He said mostly to himself. "Oh Shugar...." HE looked around him at the leaving trainers who were satisfied and leaving for their pokemon adventures. He guessed he should get going too. But first he had to battle this girl. "Hello, anyone home?" he said waving a hand at her.

 

Oak noticed the new kid had no pokemon. "Young man! would you like a pokemon, a pokedex, and a poke.D.V.? THat way you can collect Pokemon and record their data. Also red's mom has some very useful running shoes.
