Genex?

Lol. So I have controllers due to Duel Terminal. Now I feel like researching them, but I'm so confused as to what their style of play is.

 

Anyone wanna clarify? And maybe include what cards are recommended for the Archetype?

Genex, at the moment in the US, arent really good.

 

The rest of the Genex cards are in Japan still.

Oh I know that they're all OCG as of right now, but OCG included, what's their basic strategy?

There are many strategies. You can play specific attribute deck with instant fusion, you can play Genex Monarchs, Ally Genexes etc. there is no "basic strategy" for genex

I know R-Genex like to do a lot of deck searching, but mainly they seem to have a little swarm to summon synchros and an occaisonal attribute messing.

Then again, almost every tuner has potential to be genex controller, wait, check that...

Effect:

Once per turn, you can select 1 face-up Tuner monster on the field. That monster's name is treated as "Genex Controller", until the End Phase.

They ALL can turn into controller...

Genex-Burn is horrible. You want the deck to support Thermal as a massive beatstick.

Skreech and Treeborn Frog, in addition to Undine, provide a nice bit of self mill.

Giant Rat can search out level 3 non-Tuners, in addition to Genex Turbines. Creature Swap helps provide a nice bit of field control, while also offering some decent ATK bonuses.
