Duel Academy - Rise of the Wicked Gods (Started/No Longer Accepting)

OOC: Im a bit offended by the halls of Infamy. I did post and i have not been posting alot recenly because of exams coming up and im starting my GESE's. Life takes up more time then i use to have around 2 years ago when i was in my prime years here.

 

Ryôtarô Had left after the duel. As allways Nikki won when she was challenged. No suprise for him but he cared more for them drawing in his notebook. One notable one was A figure pointing for a attack by a Large, armored purple dragon. That image was supose to be his Uncles best card and him Controling it. Though he will never get to it, theres only one copy in existance after a fire at industeral illusions. Taking a corner to the Ra dorms he walked into his room and Sat down on a slightly worn out sofer which he got "Second-hand".

 

"-Sigh- I wonder whats on. Bet nothing good until Doctor who's on..." He thought.

ooc: Well, You never did post until now.

IC: Tim's eyes widened. 'Uh... I'll set a monster facedown and flip up Des Lacooda. Now I can draw a card. Now I'll use his ability to switch back into defense position. Go.'

Aiden frowned slightly. 'I'll summon Alien Warrior[1800ATK]. Cosmic Fortress, attack Sade. 300 damage. Now, Alien Warrior, direct attack! 1800 more damage!'

Damian glanced at the boy in the Yellow Jacket, who was stopping off on the same boat Damian was leaving on. He glanced at Darren, before climbing onto the boat, stowing his deck, now including The Wicked Dreadroot, into a pocket on the inside of his coat.

Violet closed her eyes, a drew her card which could possibly be her last. She peaked a look at the card before smiling sadly. I guess the winner of this duel has already been chosen. She looked at her hand of three cards. "Ok, let's see what I can get out of this hand shall we? First I activivate my trap, Soul Sacrifice. By sending Discarded Puppet from my hand, out of play my life points get increased by 1000." Violet put the card in her jacket pocket then continued her turn, "Next I play Vengeful Doll. If I sacrifice one card from my hand," Violet Showed Crazed Ventriloquist, "I can bring back one card that has be sent out of play." She then played Discarded Puppet. "Thanks to Discarded Puppet's ability the sacrificed card's atk and def points become his(2400/2000). Now Discarded Puppet attack his Alien Worrior!"

When this card is Special Summoned by the card 'Vengeful Doll' the atk/def points of the card sacrificed become this cards.

Aiden nodded in approval. 'But the A Counter on Discarded Puppet drops him 300 points down, meaning I only take 300 damage. And when Alien Warrior is destroyed, he puts two more A Counters on the monster that kills him. That means that your puppet loses 900 attack points whenever its fighting an alien. Gol'Gar, attack!' 900/6400 'I'll end my turn by summoning Interplanetary Invader 'A' [0,500], and activating 'A' Cell Breeding Device.'

 

Dante stopped Andrew at the door. 'And just where do you think you're going?'

'Well,' Andrew began, 'See, I'm here to challenge for my Promotional Duel.'

OCG: Sorry I toke so long to post.

 

IC: Alright I really need a "Heavy Storm". Zack drew a card from his deck. Wow that is way better than what I was wanting! "Spell Lock" can really shut him down. "Alright I summon Spell Lock!" Zack yelled with pure happiness. "Now Sangan, Attack Lock, and Spell Lock! Attack his Life Points directly!" (Zack's LP: 5600|Phil's LP: 3600) Haha All I need is a new monster and he's out of Life Points! "And that will end my turn!" Also if he summons a new monster my mirror force will destroy him.

Phil frowned slightly. 'I'm going to summon Water Trooper, and use Frothing Whitecaps to special summon a Froth Trooper in defense mode. Now, I'll flip up this! Skill drain! Now by paying 1000 life points, I can fry all your card effects, meaning I'm free to activate A Legendary Ocean, and Flip up Tornado Wall! I'll end my turn by setting another two cards facedown.'

 

 

'If you're looking for an Obelisk Student to face in a Promotional Duel, there's a bunch of them in the Arena.' Dante said bluntly, closing the door. But Andrew stuck his foot between the door and its frame.

'No. It has to be Johnathon.' He said stubbornly.

'Yeah?' Dante was unimpressed. 'John's busy. Come back later.' He kicked Andrew's foot out of the doorframe, and shut it behind him. He shook his head, leaning against the door. 'Pathetic.'

Violet knew she wasn't winning this duel once her life points dropped below 1000. All of her best cards had already been used, and any hope of using Puppet World had been crushed flat. In order to use that card I have to give up 1000 life points just to play it. Thanks to Aiden, though I'm falling a little short. Right about now I just need a monster to put in defence mode. Preferably Apprentice Puppeteer. It made her wonder why he hadn't been in Obelisk blue, but she shook her head drawing her card, only to draw the card she needed last turn, "Puppet World......Now you show up!?" She yelled at the only card in her hand. She glared up at Aiden not exactly mad at him, just at the way fate's hand played out. Violet crossed hr arms waiting for the unavoidable. "I end my turn."

Ok I all I need is Heavy Storm. Because I have a monster, a spell and then Lightning Vortex. Zack thought as he drew a card. Yes! Heavy Storm!"Alright lets start by playing Heavy Storm! Now play Lightning Vortex! Now that your field is wiped I attack you with and my monsters for the duel!" (Zack's LP: 5600|Phil's LP: 0) "Yes! I win! Anyway good duel Phil."

Zack walked off the arena and went outside to see if anything was happening since he is a Ra Yellow now. Zack walked over to the Red Dorm to pack his stuff and move into the Yellow Dorm.

Phil smiled and watched Zack walk away. A friend of his walked up to him. 'Hey, what's up? You lost to a Slifer. What's with the smile?'

'Well,' Phil said, a smile spreading across his face, 'Just look at this facedown card.' He showed it to Greg, who's eyes widened.

'Dude, why didn't you play it? You'd have won!'

Phil shrugged. 'He was a good duelist. He deserved to win. If I had activated this, he'd have been cheated out of his only chance to advance.'

'Well, but...' Greg spluttered, 'But you aren't supposed to duel like that! You're supposed to try and win!'

Phil shrugged. 'He's a good kid. Besides, this card is kind of overpowered...'

'So you just let some Slifer Slacker into Ra dorm?' Greg was outraged.

Phil got a thoughtful expression on his face. 'Mm... No. If I hadn't had Catatonic Pulse facedown, he'd have won anyway. And I don't believe in luck. I don't intend to keep a capable duelist out of Ra 'cuz of luck.'

'But, but! Your Tornado Wall would have made you unbeatable!'

'I don't care.' Phil crossed his arms resolutely.

Greg had a furious look on his face. 'You had Trap Reclamation! You could have reused that every turn!'

'I don't care.'

Trap/ Counter

Pay 1000 life points to destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field, and end your opponent's turn. Your opponent loses 300 life points for each card destroyed by this effect. Also, whenever a card with the same name as one of the cards destroyed by this card is activated, you lose 1000 life points.

 

 

 

 

Aiden nodded. 'Attack for game.'

He began shuffling his cards back into his deck.

'You did good. If it weren't for Planet Pollutant Virus, you'd have won.' He said meaningfully. 'You could probably have a chance for Ra eventually.'

Violet sighed, before smiling and re-shuffling her deck. "Thanks for the duel. I can't see why you're not in Obelisk Blue." Violet said placing her deck in her jacket pocket. "I wish I had drew my card earlier in the game but," She shrugged, "Can't worry about what's in the past. I think I'ma head back to the dorms now, nothing else to really do around here till class starts." Violet began walking away but stopped and tured back to Aiden. "What are you going to do?"

Aiden shrugged. 'Maybe you're right. I might just challenge somebody for a Promotion.' He got a preoccupied look on his face, as he tried to decide who to battle. A Ra or straight up to Obelisk?

 

Dante jumped as he saw Joe Bob staring at him. Andrew grabbed the chance and slid through the door, in search of Johnathon. Dante started after Andrew, but stopped when Joe Bob threw a bow of cards at him. Dante grabbed the box, and looked at it.

'Open it!' Joe Bob commanded. Dante opened it, and looked at the cards inside. Mokey mokey, what is this? Ancient history? Some dinosaur card. He smirked. Mokey Mokey's a fairy-dinosaur. Extinct, and it's a fairy. He looked at the next card. Another one? What the?... He looked at the third card in the box. Same result. By now, Andrew was out of sight. Dante frowned in annoyance, then turned his attention back to the box of cards Joe Bob had given him. Mokey mokey, mokey mokey, mokey mokey, what is this!?! Joe Bob laughed, and walked out, leaving Dante standing in the doorway holding a box of Mokey Mokey cards.

Violet grinned, "Well, I'll be rooting for you! Good luck if you decide to duel." She waved animatedly before walking back down the halls, and to the Slifer dorms. On her way there she saw Zack. She smiled and ran over. "Hey Zack." She blushed slightly, until she noticed the bags in his hands. "Uh...You leaving or something?" Thats when it hit her, "Oh! You must've won your duel! That's....Great..." Violet bit her lower lip. That means he'll be in the Ra dorms now, and I'm still in Slifer...

 

"Thanks for leaving me behind." Violet said smiling playfully.

Zack was packing his stuff. He was so excited. He was becoming a Ra Yellow! Zack saw a yugioh card on a his deck. It was "The Wicked Eraser". It was a very strong card. He had never really used it before though. So at that moment he added it to his deck.

"Oh hey Violet. Yeah I won my duel you mind helping me pack?"

He started on his clothes. He toke out his shirts and put them into a bag and started to pick up his extra Duel Monster cards.

"Sure thing." She said walking over, "Uh, what exactly do you want me to pack for you?" Violet asked watching him pack his shirts. She shrugged and walked over to a different dresser and started taking out his clothes. "How do you think it's going to look? Over in the Ra dorms I mean. I bet they look much better than these."

"Yes the Ra Dorm will be way better. To bad your not coming too." Zack said as he was packing his gens into another bag. "Oh just put that little fridge into one of the fifteen bags. Then we get to carrie it all." replied as he finished puting the last of his clothes in his bags. Zack picked up the bags full of clothes. "Well what are you waiting for take something. Oh and after we finish wanna duel?"

Violet blushed, "Oh right, sorry!" She quickly did what he said and grabbed a few bags. "Yeah, I'd love to duel again. Hopefully this time the out come will be in my favor." She said adjusting the strap of the bag she's carring. "I would've thought you would be kind of worn out after your promo duel." She waited for him at the door, tapping her heal against the floor.

Zack walked down the path to the Yellow Dorm. Zack pretty much figured Violet had something on her mind. He could tell when she tapped her heal against the floor. "So Violet whats up with you lately. Why'd you leave my awesome duel? I totally destroyed him. I still had 5600 Life Points left. Anyway did you leave to go for a promotion duel?" Zack saw the Yellow Dorm up the path. "I wonder which room I'm in?"

"Oh um..Nothing really." She quickly lied. "Just glad that you finally got moved up is all, and sorry about leaving your duel." She smiled, "I saw the begining of it, though. You were awesome, but a few times I though that Ra had you cornered." Violet scratched the back of her head, "I ended up leaving because while watching you I got hyped up and wanted to duel, and I did...But I lost against a last year Slifer named Aiden." She sighed. "I'm kind of glad it wasn't a Promo, would've lost in front of everyone."

 

"Oh yeah, I ment to ask, but what card did you beat the kid with?"

Aiden walked into the Obelisk dorm, looking for somebody to battle. After a few minutes, he found someone. 'Hey, Griff, let's duel.'

Griffyn glanced at him coldly, before slotting his deck into his duel disk. 'I'll begin this,' He said, 'By summoning a defense position monster, and setting two cards facedown. End turn.' A grin split Aiden's face.

 

Greg walked past them, regarding Zack coldly. 'Look, Slifer.' He hissed. 'Phil should have destroyed you. He had the cards to do it. You don't belong here.' And with those cheerful words, he stalked away.

 

Dante sat on the floor of his dorm room, going through the pile of cards. Every single was was the extremely worthless Mokey Mokey. In annoyance, Dante packed all the cards and put them back in the box. Maybe he could drop them on Joe Bob from a window or something.

Forza stirred from his nap and woke up. "Aaah . . . Now that was a good nap." He stretched and rolled over before remembering that he was in a tree. "Oh cra-SMASH!" Forza laid face down on the ground for moment. "Well now I know what its like to be a face down defense position monster." He grumbled as he stood up and stretched the kinks out of his back. "Aah, much better. I should find a place better suited to naps. I've greeted the ground enough times with my face already." Forza picked a random direction and headed towards it. "I need to duel. Get my blood flowing with some action. Now, who shall I duel?" Forza said as he passed some new students. "Too young." He entered a building and some teachers walked past. "Too old."

 

Forza smiled as he walked down the corridor. By logic the next one should be just right, right? Forza rounded the corner and bumped into a smiling Joe Bob, the school headmaster. I couldn't be more wrong. "I had a box mokey mokeys" Joe Bob said as though it was the worlds greatest acheivement. Forza blinked before slowly backing away. "Good for you sir, good for you." Once Forza had retreated from the headmasters line of sight he sprinted away from there as fast as he could. "Must . . . escape . . . deranged . . . weirdo." He said as he sprinted full force into someone wearing a blue jacket.

 

"Hey! Watch where you're going slifer slacker!" Forza looked at the guy he'd just ran into. "My bad. I didn't look before I leaped" Forza said to the obelisk blue boy. The boy just stood there and smirked. "Yeah, well 'my bad' ain't gonna cover it! You damaged my jacket!" said as he pointed to the perfectly undamaged jacket he wore. "My name's Brendon and now I'm gonna kick your ass!" He shouted as he raised his fist to the sky.

 

Forza stared at brendon, then his jacket, then to whatever the hell he was pointing at in the sky then back at the him. "Your jacket's fine, you point at the sky and you're a jerk. I smell a generic academy duelist that I'll never see again but who cares." He said with a smile as he prep his duel disk. The obelisk blue kid smirked and did the same. "This slither's got spirit. I like that. Gives me something to crush! Hahahahaha!" The boy laughed as Forza ignored him and looked around at his surroundings while waiting for the boy to start.

 

I ran without looking and now I'm here with this weirdo. By the look of it I'm behind a dorm. Maybe a backyard or something. And since I dont recognise it, it must be either ra's or obelisk's. Oh well, the scenery has a nice big oak tree. So if I get bored of wonderboy's rantings of claimed yet not proven superiority I have something pretty to look at.

IC: Dante, frowning slightly, walked out of the Obelisk blue dorm, and heard the telltale sounds of a duel. He walked around to the back, and saw a slifer student beginning a duel with Brendan, who was one of the Obelisks with the worst attitude to Slifers. Dante paused and got an idea.

'Hey, can I join? Nobody's taken a turn yet, so how 'bout a three way duel?' As Dante said this, he switched his regular deck for Joe Bob's stack of Mokey Mokey. This is probably a stupid idea. I'll probably get owned. But hey, why not? He thought to himself with a mischevious grin.

 

'I'll summon Alien Warrior in attack mode. Now I'll pop out Swords of Revealing Light.' Aiden said, as three shining swords impaled themselves into the ground between him and Griffyn. 'Now reveal your facedown card.' Griffyn obliged with a smile. 'Crystal Beast - Emerald Tortoise!'

"Oh all I did was use Heavy Storm and Lightning Vortex to clear the field and e had 2600 life points left so I attacked with my 3 monsters on a direct attack. They all had 1000 attack points. And I really think my Attack Lock really put his whole deck down the drain." Zack answered the question as he dropped his bags and went to ask the Ra Dorm Teacher which room he was in. He had also told him he had just won a promotion duel and hadn't gotten his Yellow Uniform yet. The Teacher said Zack was in room number 4. "Alright Violet I'm in room 4 lets go" Zack said as he picked up the bags he was carrying and went to room 4 with Violet.

Joe Bob was waiting for them.

'Guava!' He screamed, then he threw a plastic spoon, a stick, and a Ra yellow Jacket at them, in quick succession. Then he jumped out the window.

 

A few minutes later, Frank walked in, then stopped. 'Do I know you?' He started thinking abou that extremely difficult question. Then it dawned on him. 'Oh yeah. You were that guy who found that card I dropped... What was it called again?' Then he saw the Ra Yellow jacket he was holding. 'Oh, you're Ra? Welcome to the greatest dorm on Campus!'

Violet followed Zack looking around in awe. This place was huge! If the Ra dorms looked like this then inside of the Obelisk dorms must be a freaking castle. "Joe Bob is so funny." Violet laughed when he shouted 'Guava'. "Nice room..." She mutter looking around, and dropping the bags on the floor. Minutes later some guy walked apparently knowing Zack. Violet decided to stay quiet feeling a bit, a lot actually, out of place in the Ra dorms. "
