Violet facepalmed when a lady came over, saying something about the rule about unsechdual duels. "Crap here it comes." She then looked at Zack and thought, I guess I forget to mention that little thing to him, because he was asleep. I mean it is a rule, it's just with everything going on I guess I forgot about it. Violet stood there quietly waiting for this to play out. The lady must've been new because she didn't remember seeing her. Maybe I just wasn't paying attention.

Alexis eyed Violet and shouted "what are you looking at?!" "Wanna duel?" "I'm the Detention Assistant and an Obelisk Blue. I'm the head security of the Obelisk Blue Girl's dorm" "I'm the army girl of Duel Academy and granddaughter of Tyranno Hassleberry.

The winner of this duel is the first one to duel in detention if you don't have a slip. So one of you needs to win already. Or if you make an exciting duel without flaws then I might forget this all ever happened. As for lockycard man, don't get so eager. Even the best locks have flaws. It's a proven fact.

OCC: Dude Strategist is going to tell you this so I will for you. You need 4 lines minimum.

 

IC: "Ugggh. Come on. When will you give up." Zack said drawing a card from his deck. "Now I play Lightning Vortex! And to get some real damage going I'll play Token Attack and tribute them to summon Infinite Lock to your side of the field. Now! I play the spell card invisible monster! This card allows me to make it like Infinite Lock is invisible in battle this turn. So I can attack directly. But first I'll summon Direct Lock for the second time. Now Direct, Monster, and Trap Lock attack your Life Points. Also Infinite counts so you can say hello to 6000 damage. Now I play Upstart Goblin and draw one card. Hey what do you know Its Infinite Destruction. Lets play it. so you take 4000 damage in total even though you only have 3000. So It looks like I win."

OOC: i think we should be required to show our cards to Strategist so we know that no one is pulling random cards out of their a$$es to win. Just a thought.

IC: Gaspard came out of his card and his spirit showed. This time it was the good Gaspard. Gaspard sat down and started watching the duel and said "Alexis, calm down. You need to try and have fun for a girl your age. Also, they seem to be having fun. that one with the low level monsters seems pretty good. Maybe we should take a whack at him. But Alexis, don't be too hard" Alexis nodded and gave a kiss on Gaspard's cheek."

OOC: Need pic first and if it does what is described then it needs a backlash like pay 1000 life points, half your life points, discard 3 cards from your hand, send 4 cards from the top of your deck to the grave; things like that.

IC: I'm not sure man. We should probably have a good look at that card to see what it does exactly. Pegasus wouldn't make a card too overpowered or he wouldn't have made it. Every card has a weakness, you just need to find it. I can probably beat it. If you have indeed lost or he's using a banned card then I can probably beat it anyway. Alexis smirked. Gaspard walked up to her side and activated his duel disk. He wondered if the students could see him or not.

IC: Joe Bob stared at the overpowered card.

'SPONGE PARTY!'

Then he picked up a random card off the ground and threw it at Zack, where it miraculously landed on his duel disk.

Suicide Bomber appeared on his side of the field, where it exploded, dropping both players to 0 life points.

Joe Bob burst into laughter as the holographics of their cards disactivated.

 

'Using the ability of Zeta Soldier, Your Ground Collapse Card is destroyed, meaning I can summon Pi Soldier. Direct attack! Pi Soldier, Zeta Soldier, Alpha, and Gamma Soldier! Wipe him out!'

Shade grunted and fell to the ground.

Zephyr smiled and replaced his deck, then turned to the others.

Violet blinked at Alexis, and shook her head. "No thanks. I had enough duels for one day." I hate to admit it but that Shadow Duel with the Wiken Eraser has me worn out. Not only that but my cards are still resting. They haven't spoken to me since then, so I won't use them until they let me know they're alright. She thought while watching the duel in front of her. She had stopped trying to figure everything out, and just watch. Suddenly Joe Bob threw a card, which somehow landed on Zack's duel disk, which caused both players life points to drop to 0. Finally, this duel is over!

Alexis took one look at Zephyr and laughed. Alexis walked up to him and jokingly said "Does someone need to go to the medical ward?" Gaspard laughed and faded into Zephyr's deck to check for shadow duel monsters. Gaspard found none and came out. Alexis's diversion held out long enough and she said "soooooooo, wanna help me get these two to detention or do you have their pass?"

[Corvidae]

Zephyr raised an eyebrow. 'I have no time for your games.' He turned back to the battle going on outside the main building.

'We have a war to finish.'

He began running back towards the battle, leaving Shade unconcious on the ground.

 

'Hades, direct attack! Wipe out that pathetic excuse for a duelist!' Zelkiax demanded.

Mark grunted and blacked out. Zelkaix turned to face Zephyr, who was running towards him.

'Let's duel!' They said in unison.

 

Agatha crumpled to the ground as Blade succesfully wiped out the last card in her deck. He looked around at the carnage, and saw that Nikki wasn't dueling at all. He began moving towards her, but found his way blocked by Daniel.

'You want her, you're going through me first.'

'Bring it.' Blade grinned. 'Let's duel!'

(nicholas) come on, fork over the card! and by the way, we were just dueling with eight thousand life points because we wanted to, most people duel with fourthousand total! that means you have an instant win card!!!!

 

(alex) i thought that you have five spiecial sychros? anyways, what day is it? i have a horrible sence of time. oh, and do you only read minds or do you hypnotize people too?

"Heh, try nine special Synchros." Jack stated getting on his feet and checking out his deck "And yes, I'm a special kind of Psychic, I can do both. And today's Wednesday, I believe that you rescheduled the promo duels to today, am I correct?" Jack asked "And you're not the only one who needs too get to Obelisk by the end of the year." Jack explained with a smirk "And this card will see to that." Jack stated while showing Alex the back of a card.

"Nick. One of the rules I heard was that you have to duel with 8000 Life Points, but anyways. Since I should have won I get to be the first to duel the detention person." Zack walked over to the detention lady. "So where is detention anyway?" Zack said. There was no answer. "Hey would you answer my question? Jeez. You want us to go to detention, but I don't know where it is." Zack ran back to Nick and toke is card back. "My card leave it alone. And who said it could always be a instant win card."

Alexis got tired of the guy talking and said "It's in here actually." She faced her side and asked Gaspard "you ready?" the good Gaspard said "yes" and phased into Alexis and she took on his form. Gaspard walked up to her side of the field. An armlet appeared on his wrist and a duel disk activated. His eyes glowed blue and purple (yes, it is the reincarnation of the Supreme King but as a card spirit) the he asked "Ready to duel?"

OOC: Gaspard's appearance and card is in my siggy just so ya know.

"Yeah I'm ready." Zack said walking over as he put his cards back in his deck. Then shuffling. Then drawing 6 cards. "Alright lets get this over with. I summon Direct Lock! Now I play Double Summon. Now I summon Spell Lock. So as long as this set is on the field you can't inflict any damage to my field or Life Points. Except you can with Trap, Monster cards. Now I set two cards face-down. Now to add to the defense I play Swords of Revealing Light. That'll end my turn."

Gaspard laughed and said, wrong idea my boy. "I set 4 face downs and I set one face down monster. Alexis's spirit came out of her spirit card and started cheering Gaspard. Alexis said "Alright, don't waste that card though Gaspard, it may be our last line of defense." Gaspard replied "I know but if he activates the card that I'm thinking of then he'll lose pretty fast." Alexis nodded and took control of the body again. Her armblade duel disk replaced Gaspard's. She told him "you're move"

"Ok." Zack said drawing one card from his deck. Now I activate the Trap card Bad Reaction to Simochi. So now when your Life Points gets increased it is decreased instead. So now I play Upstart Goblin. So now I draw a card and you take 1000. Now I summon Trap Lock. So now you can't use any trap cards that could effect my field or life points. Now I activate the trap card Gift card. So it originally gives you 3000 Life Points, but since Bad Reaction to Simochi is on the field you take 3000 Life Points of damage. Now I play Token Attack! So now you get three Lock Tokens. Now I tribute those for Infinite Lock. And that leaves me with one card in my hand. But what could it be?" Zack said flipping the card to show Infinite Destruction. Now to finish you off I play Infinite Destruction."

(nicholas) whatever. i don't want to duel the detention guy, i would rather duel the guy dressed up like an evil knight. so, whatever your name is, prepare to duel!

Alexis yelled "trap card activated in response to bad reaction to simochi. ATTACK REDIRECTION. I pay 1000 life points to activate this card and I send two cards from the top of my deck each time it activates. It is a Speed 3 due to its effect. It is a continuous trap though"

Gaspard took over this time. Gaspard said "now to meet your doom." Zack lost life points total equal to the amount Alexis should've taken. Gaspard said "oh, and my boy, spell lock, trap lock, direct lock, swords of revealing, and infinite destruction are targeted on you now. So now the effects that used to be on me are now on you. You lost, what? 4000 life points? And since you tried to attack Gaara my face down A Hero Emerges. Now I can special summon a monster to my side of the field. And I special summon Soldier of Thunder-Pikachu. I activate his effect and flip a coin. If heads, you skip your battle phase, if tails I take 1000 points of damage. The coin flips. Heads

Zack drew a card groaning. What do I do with this card? Zack read the card and found out it lets you draw a full new hand. "I play the spell card Hand Re-growth. So now this allows me to pick 5 cards from my deck and Graveyard. But I am not allowed to attack." Lets get Heavy Storm, Monster Lock, Trap Lock, Magical Mallet, and Upstart Goblin. Zack toke the five cards he thought off and continued his turn. "Alright now I summon Trap Lock. Now I play the spell card Heavy Storm. Now I play another spell card Magical Mallet. And put Monster lock back and grab a new card." Zack put Monster Lock in his deck and shuffled it. He drew Nightmare Lockable Cage. This card allows him to negate the effects of all cards on his opponents side of the field for 2 turns. "I play the spell card Nightmare Lockable Cage! This card negates the effects of all cards on your side of the field for 2 turns. Even the new cards you play. Your move Teach Assist."

Gaspard smirked and said "you never learn do you. Trap activate!! Attack redirection annihilates your field using heavy storm and nightmare lockable cage stops you from using cards on your side of the field. Remember, it has a spell speed of 3 so it is faster Trap Lock and now 2 cards are sent from the top of my deck to the grave" I activate Pikachu's effect. Tails. You lose 1000 life points due to Attack Redirection." Alexis phased out of her card and saw the other student. She appeared in her usual form and said "Alright, I will duel you with the same deck by sharing it. This is a tag duel now, that okay?" Gaspard looked at Alexis and said "Comrades will be comrades.

OOC: Try using an actual Counter if you want to destroy Attack Redirection. Seven Tools of the bandit can be activated once Attack Redirection activates again ^_^

".... It's not that simple...." Jack stated "First, he has to be defeated in a duel, then I'd be able to. But knowing him, he shouldn't be easy. We BOTH have deals with Seto Kaiba." Jack explained while using his psychic powers to show Alex the past.

"ACCEL SYNCHRO! Shooting Star Dragon! I activate the effect of Shooting Star Dragon! Now I reveal the top five cards of my deck! And Shooting Star Dragon can attack equal to the number of Tuner monsters revealed! First card! Tuner Monster: Junk Synchron! Second card! Tuner Monster: Effect Veiler! Third card! Tuner Monster: Turbo Synchron! Fourth card! Tuner Monster: Road Synchron! Fifth card! Tuner Monster: Nitro Synchron!" Jack yelled. "What?! Five Tuner Monsters! Impossible!" Seto Kaiba yelled. "Shooting Star Dragon! Attack the first Blue-Eyes White Dragon! Then the second Blue-Eyes White Dragon! Then the third Blue-Eyes White Dragon! Then Lord of D! Now! Attack directly! Shooting Star Flare!" 50/0. "You have talent kid, you're not the best duelist, but let me cut a deal with you, since you're going to Duel Academy since you defeated me, if you become an Obelisk Blue by the end of your first year, I will give you another Accel Synchro Monster." Kaiba explained. "Deal."

Perfect! "I set two cards face-down and end." God this better work. Or I'm in for a real beating. I barely even have a strategy. "So what happens if you lose this duel? Or is it just a way for the teachers to practice their duel skills?"
