Duel Academy - Rise of the Wicked Gods (Started/No Longer Accepting)

OOC: @AeroSynthetic: Really? I didn't know that you left. But that was just what my character believed, not me. I understood that your guy felt fine.

 

IC: Cal waited until everyone else besides he and Nikki had left the scene of the injury. As soon as the last person left, he turned to Nikki. "We're finishing that duel tonight. Eleven o' clock. If you're not there on the dot, I think you know what will happen. And this time, nothing is interrupting. See ya then." Cal walked away, thinking about what his strategy would be for that night. He went up to his room, and as he got there, he saw a package waiting for him at the door. Wondering what it could be, he took it into his room. Opening it, he saw it was a package with a note attached. "Dear son," the package said, "Here are a few of your cards that you left at home, and a new card that someone sent us in the mail. Enjoy, and make sure you win a couple of duels with them! Love, Mom and Dad." Cal ripped open the package to find six Ghost Heroes. "Cool!" he said. "I was looking for these!" HE opened the even smaller package that had come in the box to find another face-down card. "Wonder what this could be..." he thought, and flipped it over. "Wow!" he thought. It was one of the most powerful cards he had ever seen. "Wonder who sent my parents this?" he wondered out loud. Slipping it and the other Ghost Heroes into his deck, he flopped on his bed. Sleep was calling, and Cal was only too willing to fall into it.

 

He had the same dream that night, only his new Ghost Heroes and his new card were battling also. With the new numbers, the things attacking him seemed to have to fallen back, but they always came up again with another attack. His new monster hovered over him, throwing bursts of shadow energy into the enemies who were battling him. Cal had never seen such power, and the Ghost Heroes were working better than ever. Just then, though, the two attackers again backed away, then they starting creating a huge ball of darkness like they had the last time. "Oh no," Connor thought, "my cards are going to die!" The darkness energy ball grew bigger, then it shot at his monsters. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!" Cal screamed, then woke up to find himself screaming in real life. He sat up, panting. "The same dream, again?" he thought. "What is happening to me?" He sat there for a moment, thinking. Then a thought struck them. "Hey, weren't there three enemies last time?" He thought. He pulled out his new card. Why did it have such a resemblance to the thing that was attacking him? Unless..."They're one and the same!" Cal practically shouted. He looked at the card. "But why would you be defending me one second and attacking me the next?"

 

OOC: Cal has been sleeping until night time, so I won't be posting again until it's night time.

Nikki nodded, a rueful grin on her face. 'And why would I skip a duel I'm sure to win?' She turned and walked away, saying over her shoulder, 'After all, I never lose.'

 

Daniel sighed. 'Obelisk the Tormentor, okay? I took Obelisk from his office. And Crystal Beast - Diamond Chimera.' He glanced at Matthias to see his reaction, then reached into his pocket and pulled out the two cards, as Dominic felt... something. He turned and ran off, closely followed by Lyn, heading towards the Ra dorms.

Joe Bob crumpled to the ground.

Violet continued walking around. She wondered where everyone was, it was quite...Or maybe she was jst away from the people. She shrugged as she continued to look for Andrew. As she was walkin she saw someone lying on the ground. She smiled, "Guess I'm not the only one who's tired." She faltered in her step, and looked closer at the guy on the floor. It was that boy Nikki was with. "Great, either he is really tired or he got beat in a duel." She said running over to him, to see how he was doing.

 

Ooc: I wasn't sure, but he is still laying on the ground right?

IC: Andrew groaned and sat up, clutching his head.

'What? What happened?' He asked, extremely disoriented.

 

 

Lyn had run to the Slifer dorm, to get her laptop. But on her way, she was stopped by Mace and Shade.

'And where do you think you're going, Order girl?' Mace asked, slowly moving forwards.

Lyn took a step back, as Mace advanced, Shade moving to get behind her. He never made it. Lashing out with a powerful kick, Lyn got Shade in the stomach, and down he went. She turned to Mace, who had taken several steps back.

'You were saying?' Lyn asked sweetly. Mace ran.

Suddenly serious, Lyn walked into her dorm room, before opening her laptop and sending several emails.

Message: Zeph, we need help. Dan's found Obelisk and Chimera, but too many of the students are getting wise. And the Emissaries are here. I just got attacked by a pair of them. They've made it into Ra, if that's important. Also, a student was asking Dan about a girl, Nikki? Does the name ring a bell?

 

Dom thinks that some of the students have the gods. Triple Trap, Avatar, Eraser, Slifer, and his summoning. This is bad, Zeph.

Students will be too easy for the Emisarries to get the cards from. We're trying to get them now.

Gray began to slowly open his eye, the light seemed blinding as he slowly pulled himself up from the bed and he went into the bathroom to wash his face. When he first looked into the mirrior he didn't notice what was wrong with his eyes but when he turned around he saw it. His usual blue eyes had changed. His left eye had become a dark violet color and his right eye was now a bright green. He stepted back looking at his self in the mirrior as a scream came from his mouth.

Violet knelt down beside Andrew, helping him stand. "I was hoping you could tell me." She said making sure he was ok for the duel she was going to ask him for. I need to hrry up and get this over with, wearing two jackets makes me very hot. "What was the last thing you remember doing?" Violet asked, trying to help him remember. "Were you in a duel, or just very tired?" She said the last part with a small laugh.

Matthias was suspecting him to have the card he came looking for, Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder. The two students running off didn't help his initial feeling of fear. "Why'd they run when you told me," He said fast. "I'm going after them." His longing for knowledge failed him here, when he heard the Egyptian God's name he stopped caring, Daniel had given up too easily for him. He tried to push past Daniel to head after them.

Andrew groaned. 'A duel... Some guy used Blackwings... I thought one turn kills weren't allowed here?'

 

Daniel stopped Matthias, putting his arm out in front of him. 'Okay, look. I believe you, alright? We need help. There's too many Emissaries. Damian's guys. We can't hold them all off. We need help, and you're the closest we'll be able to get until Zeph answers Lyn's email. So help us, will you? Or not. After all, there's a slight chance we'll be able to survive until the rest of the Order gets here.'

 

Mr. Toshibo, hearing Grey's scream, ran into the room worriedly. 'What happened?' He asked, before seeing Grey's eyes.

'Oh.'

 

 

The man kicked Joe Bob out of the way. He looked over the school, before turning back into the same young boy, wearing an oversized Obelisk Blue jacket.

'So now that that's out of the way...' He said to himself, examining his surroundings. His eyes focused on Jack. 'I can get some real work done.'

A duel spirit appeared over his shoulder. Time Wizard. But behind him was another one, Mathemagician. Phoenixian Cluster Amaryllis. Guardian Klawdran. Winged Kuriboh. Skeletal Trooper. Amazoness Swords Woman. Sinister Serpent. Iron Chain Snake. Needle Worm. Blackwing - Bora the Spear. All kinds of duel spirits appeared around the boy, as he stared at Jack.

'Give me the Cards. Now!' His voice was lost in the chorus as the duel spirits around him said the same thing, in perfect unison.

'I am invulnerable.' They said in harmony. 'We are invulnerable.'

Gray saw Mr. Toshibo come in as the image in the mirrior changed to the man in the black coat he saw earlyer. "Glad to see you have awakened your powers now lets see if you can use them." then a duel disk appeared on his rist. "Fine lets see what you got." Gray pulled his deck from his pocket and set it into his duel disk. "Ill go fisrt," said the man "I summon The Magical White Hat in defence mode and end my turn." "My draw, I summon icicle dragon attack mode, destroy his Magical White Hat [monster is destroyed man now has 3600 LP] "I end my turn."

Matthias had noticed one thing wrong with Daniel's statement. "Who?" He said. "Did you say, Damion's men? That goth guy has something to do with this?" Well then, looks like I was right after all. And I'm gonna want in, there's no way I'm missing out on the only thing exciting in this school! Daniel saying Damion had sparked him a new interest in all this stuff. Maybe he'd be able to duel Damion and all the Emmisarries.

Mr. Toshibo backed away slowly, and as soon as he was out of the room, he said into a radio which he unclipped from his back pockey, 'Sir, I found one of them. Grey Alaster, Ra Yellow. Ice deck.' He replaced the radio, and walked off, trying to forget the image of a young boy dueling against the mirror image of that man. He shook his head, suddenly shivering in the heat of the noon sun.

 

 

Daniel nodded. 'Damian's their leader.' He paused, as Lyn walked out, evidentaly in a good mood.

'Hey,' She asked, 'Where's Dom?'

'Ra dorms.' Daniel muttered, and Lyn ran off. He turned back to Matthias.

'One other thing. There's this girl, Nikki. Do you know her?'

Do I know her? No. What's going on down here? What am I getting myself into? Trouble. That's why I came here right? And I'm about to be in big trouble. "No. Not that I know of. No, I don't know anybody by that name. And one other thing, I know Damian, I saw him and he just blew me off, just for the FWI."

Gray didn't notice Mr. Toshibo leaveing and waited for his turn. "My turn," said the man "I activate the backfire magic card, now when i take battle damage you take the same amount of damage i recived and i summon Black Kelster [100/100] and thanks to its effiect your life points become the same as mine, now destroy his Icicel Dragon." "Thanks to it's special effiect i can add the ritual card frozen rainbow to my hand," said Gray "I end my turn." Said the man "I activate my Crystal Resrection spell card, this allows me to revive my icicel dragon, now with the rozen rainbow in my hand i can summon Rainbow Ice Dragon [2400/2000] now destroy his Black Kelster!" [Monster is destroyed] "I activate sevear damage, now along with the orinigal damage we both because of my card this multplies the damage by two so we both lose, until we meet again fool." and he dissapeared.

it was a crisp and cool night as the boat sped towards duel academy, nicholas stepped out onto the dock and thought 'good now im here, all i have to do now is challenge someone' and with that he head towards the ra dorms.

Gray got back to his dorm room without decetino and tried to find a way to cover up his eyes. He got out a blindfold from his drwar and put it on. "How am I supoted to duel like this?" He thought to himself and after a while he found it was easyer so slightly top of the band below his eye so he could still see. He walked out to the hill and saw someone comeing up it. "Hay who are you?" Said Gray [to dragondestroyer]

nicholas sees somone at the top of the hill. then the stranger says "hey who are you?" nicholas responds by activating his duel disk and saying "im nicholas"

The metal glowed, it flew out of Jack's pocket and into the air, it opened, and three cards came out, one of them was blank, a sentence appeared on the card, it read: 'Thee who searches the final card, must show the cards.... if thee wishes to find the second card, thee must use the first card, to defeat the second card.' "(What does that mean? And the other two cards are blank as well, what does it mean by that? I guess I'll find out later.....)" Jack thought while putting the blank cards in his pocket.

Gray didn't want to duel until he knew exactly what this power the man spoke of but he couldnt resist a chalange. "I'm Gray nice to meet you, since you look new you can go first." Gray thought hard about what he could do in the duel, he needed to find out what his powers could do but if they were damgerous.....he was rady to take that chance and put his deck in his duel disk and took his blindfold off to reveal his green and violet eyes. Gray was begining to understand what his powers could do. Gray could see a faint blue glow ennimateing from Nicholas, not only that he could hear faint sounds in his mind, regrets, broken promices, and dark secrets. "I get it now, I can see into peoples hearts." he said to himself quitely.

(lvl 4 tuner monster 1000 atk 2000 def) "now i activate double summon so i can summon another monster and i choose vorse raider!" (lvl 4 1900 atk 1200 def) "now i tune them together to summon dark matter dragon!" (lvl 8 2800 atk 3000 def) "now i equip dark matter dragon with dark destruction blast! your move."

IC: Zephyr quickly showed the message to Richard, Daniel's father. He nodded slightly, before typing a reply. As he did, he told Zephyr, 'Get the others ready for battle. We've got to send some people in. I'm thinking Maria, Wayne, Mark, Agatha, you and me. Agreed?'

Zephyr nodded, hurrying off to tell the others. As he did, he passed another young man, and told him, 'Get a boat ready to send six to Duel Academy, Asap! And you're one of them.'

Mark nodded, and ran into a room off to the side, where he hastily turned on an old computer. Using the surprisingly fast computer with practiced ease, he opened a window and had the message preparing a boat sent within minutes. Then he grabbed his deck and slotted it into a duel disk. He smiled. Finally, it was time for some real action, not just on a computer.

 

Daniel nodded, looking preoccupied.

'This guy, Andrew, told me about her. So anyway, now I guess we'll have to wait for Zeph and the others to get here.'

"We have to wait?" Matthias said. "How long would it take to get the others here. And while were at that who are the others?" He was going through the deck in his jacket again. If Damian has anything to do with my card being gone, he's gonna get it! Matthias pulled the deck out and inserted it into his duel disk. I'm ready to go! I havn't even dueled since I got here! His mind seemed to explode, just a huge pain. Ah! What was that? He stumbled and almost fell over, but then the pain was gone.

Violet stared at Andrew surprised. "A one play win? Not only is that not allowed, it's almost impossible to do." Violet said still watching Andrew trying to determin if he was in a good condition to duel. She shrugged figuring it wouldn't hurt to ask. "Forgive me if I seem inconsiderate, but would you care to duel me." She smiled, "I need it for my promo duel." She wondered if Andrew would duel her, and she needed to get into the Ra dorms. She didn't want to have to call her dad to tell him that once again she failed at the Promo duels.

"I draw, thanks to the side effiect of dubble summon im also allowed to summon two monsters, so i chose Frozen Skeleton Knight [lv 4 tuner 1600/1200] and Tyria of the Northern Lands [lv 4 1400/1200] and i tune them to summon White Titan the Ice Golem in attack mode. Destroy his DARK matter dragon. [monster is destroyed] "Im a little supprised you havent at least noticed the eyes," said Gray "Their a little obisous."

Zack walked into the Academy to find no one there. "Wow what happened to everyone?" Zack said as he walked back outside. He saw Violet and Andrew. He walked over and asked: "Hey what's going on?" Zack sat down and listened as he heard something about someone using a blackwing deck and Andrew got defeated in one turn. "So Andrew you got defeated in one turn? By who?" Zack asked he heard Violet ask for a promo duel. "Oooooo I want to watch you two duel."

"noooo!" wailed nicholas as he drew his card. then suddenly his attitude changed. "since my dark matter dragon was destroyed i get my dark destruction burst added to my hand, now i activate monster reborn and revive dark matter dragon!" "next i equip dark destruction burst to my dark matter dragon!" and thanks to that i can pay 500 life points to attack directly! but thats not all it does! now you have to show me your hand and if theres a spell in there i can choose to force its activation! i pay 500 life points to attack directly!
