Duel Academy - Rise of the Wicked Gods (Started/No Longer Accepting)

Jack ran into Joe Bob's office, when he noticed he wasn't there...... he decided to play a little joke....... which was yet serious, he left a note in the middle of the pile of cards on the desk, it read: 'I found the boy.......... but he got away...... he left another Sacred Beast behind..... Hamon, Lord of Striking Thunder.....' Jack wrote with on the note, ending in his almost impossible to read signature "Heh..... I wonder if he can read that signature...." Jack said to himself running out.

'I'll set a monster in defense mode.' Shade's advisor opponent said. 'End turn.'

'My go.' Shade grinned. 'I flip up Stealth bird, who'll hit you for 1000 points. Now equip Horus with Shooting Star Bow. Direct attack for game!'

 

'I summon Harpie's Brother! Take down his defensive!' Mace shrugged. 'Poison Mummy does 500 damage to you.' 7000/2500 'Now I use double summon to bring out Skelengal. I tribute him and Poison mummy for a defensive monster.'

'Okay then. I'll summon Harpie Lady #1, who empowers her brother by 300 points! Attack his defensive!'

Mace smiled. 'Sauropod Brachion! [3000 DEF] 7000/700 'I summon a defensive monster, and use his ability to flip Sauropod back facedown.'

'Attack the defensive monster, Harpie's Brother!' Mace's opponent said, certain the he was doomed.

'I flip up Magic Cylinder. I win.' Mace turned and walked out of the Arena, leaving five defeated advisors behind, one for each of them. The Emisarries had struck.

 

 

Joe Bob climbed in through the window, before picking up the note. He promptly threw it out the window, then picked up one of the Mokey Mokey cards on his desk. He blinked, and was holding Hamon. He put the card back onto the pile, on top of Uria.

'So.' He said to himself in a much more serious voice than usual. 'He's back.' Joe Bob grabbed the stack of Mokey Mokey cards, and put them in his pocket, before walking out, holding a banana peel between his teeth. He passed several students, who paid him no attention, and walked outside, before spitting the banana peel into a garbage can.

'Show yourself.' He demanded, which caused most of the students to walk away. Except for one. A boy, maybe 15, wearing a blue jacket walked up to him.

'So we meet again.' He said quietly. But nobody would have heard him if he had been screaming. Joe Bob nodded.

'I had assumed you were not coming back.'

'But I am.' The boy shrugged, and Joe Bob noticed that he was taller than he had been when they had begun their conversation.

'Indeed you are.'

The boy looked a year older now. 'You can assume what I'm here for?'

'Of course.' Joe Bob said brusquely. 'But I refuse to let you.'

The boy smiled, now looking like a young man of 19 years. 'If I beat you in a duel, you don't have a choice.'

'You assume you can win. I beat you last time.'

The boy laughed, now a grown man. 'Yes. Because you won and I lost, and because you are here, we shall eat cake. Do you not realize why you won? Destiny forbade my victory. All things must happen at their own pace. Now battle me. And we shall see the true winner, of both the duel, and this school.'

"OH COME ON! I NEED TO GET RID OF THOSE MOKEY MOKEYS!" Jack screamed, then calming down as he was exiting the main building "Oh well...... I'm just glad he won't take you.......... well.... even if he does, I'll get ya back...... or he'd just take a fake I made that looks realistic.... man I'm good.... HAHA!" Jack laughed, when he rounded the corner, he saw Joe Bob, ignoring who he was about to duel, he hid behind the corner, and watched.

'I will begin the duel,' Joe Bob said, drawing six cards, 'By summoning Hiracos, Lord of the Black Light!' [700/450] 'Now I'll activate Tug of War. You know what this does?'

'Only too well.'

'Our life points become a shared total of 50000. And whenever life points change in my favour, they decrease. When they change in your favour, they increase. If they hit 0, it's my game. If you manage to double them, you win.'

'Don't forget,' Joe Bob went on, 'That this card is immediately removed from the duel, meaning that there's now way to get out of it.'

 

'Quite.' The man said. 'My move. I'll start things out by summoning Hyperion, Chaos Gardna!' [2400/3000] 'Attack Hiracos!'

'Now I'll activate his ability, to remove from play Hiracos. You can't get rid of me that easily.'

Jack decided to show himself, Slifer glowing in his deck case, he pulled him out, his card started to shine brighter, then, acting like a magnet, attracting itself to the metal wall of the academy main building "WHAT THE!?" Jack yelled, just barely managing to keep hold of Slifer, then the pull got stronger, making Jack let go and fall backwards, the card attached itself to the wall a few meters away, Jack ran up to it, trying to pull it off, the card shining even more intense...... then when Jack finally managed to pull it off, a piece of the metal, shaped exactly like a card was still attached to Slifer's card "Huh?"

OoC : okay I'm just gonna put in my wn little moment here, and I'm in need of a duel something awful.

Matthias grabbed the red jacket that was lying on the floor. He fell through the wall! And the other kid just acted like it was normal and picked up a card more powerful than all my deck! Well. Am I not a thief? He said something about going to a dude named Joe Bob... who's insane wnough to name thier kid Joe Bob? He brought his deck from the jacket and leafed through it. Well. If I can't have my Beast Lord, I need another strategy, especially with what's seeming like some unseen force is trying to kill me. He put the deck back into his jakcet and thought for a minute. Why would they take my lighter fluid though...? Crap! Oh well. Not my problem anymore. But that card... He got up and balanced on one foot, something he had had contests at back home. His record was one hour and twenty three minutes. He hopped out of the infirmary, checking for opposition. Oh yeah, Joe Bob, that's like, the principal or something. So he'd have the high-end office. I'll check there first. He moved along the campus and into what looked like the main building. Well. Here we go. He had to move past a strange scene on the way there. It was what looked like phase-wall kid's older brother dueling... someone. But he hopped into the office.

Jack was trying to pry the metal off of Slifer, when he finally got it off "(Hmm, interesting...... I'll hang onto this......)" Jack thought while placing the metal in his pocket and Slifer in his deck case "(I just hope Joe Bob didn't see that..... or hear that...... wait a minute. WHO ON EARTH IS CRAZY ENOUGH TO NAME THEIR KID JOE BOB?!!?)" Jack screamed in his head "Ugh..... weird........." Jack whispered.

Joe Bob turned to look at Jack. 'I was hoping you would not come. But now that you have, it seems only right to introduce you to my opponent. Jack Fudo, heir of champions, meet Rav-'

 

'Shut up and duel.' Joe Bob's opponent growled. ' 'Cuz you're going down.'

'Yeah? Keep dreaming. I summon Tug of War Nightengale!' [1000/400] 'Now, since this is a Tug of War battle, I get to attack you an extra time for every 10000 points remaining. And Nightengale can always hit you directly. Quintuple direct attack!'

'Hmm...' The man sighed. 'Too bad your precious little birdy won't survive for long. I tribute Hyperion to summon Anubis, God of Death!' [4000/2000] 'Now I activate Asclepius' Gift spell card! Revive all monsters from the graveyard. Hyperion, say hello. Attack! Outgame his precious birdy! Anubis, direct strike!'

Joe Bob took a step back as the life point total decreased by another 5000.

 

 

 

When Matthias reached Joe Bob's office, he saw three people in it. A girl, and two older boys. One boy was wearing a yellow jacket, the others were Slifers. They were gathered around Joe Bob's desk, the Ra reaching over it to pick something up from Joe Bob's chair, on the opposite side.

"(Heir of champions? Well heir of champion..... oh whatever..... probably all the some thing........)" Jack thought while pulling the metal out of his pocket "I wonder what's inside this..... it's big enough to have a few cards in it....." Jack thought out loud "(MAN! I've gotta stop thinking out loud!!!)" then he noticed that Joe Bob was having difficulties "He-" Jack stopped himself, (No....... I can tell he doesn't want any help.....)"

'I summon Chionirzis, Bane of Shades. Use your ability, destroy Nightengale and Anubis. Now, attack Hyperion!'

'Nice try.' Joe Bob's opponent grinned. 'I activate my facedown card Chaotic Reversal! Now, I bring Hiracos back to the field. Ability activate! Destroy all monsters except for those who share an attribute affiliation with him. And Chionirzis doesn't.'

'Maybe so, but that also takes down Hyperion.' Joe Bob said, grinning slightly.

'Irrelevant. I summon Artemis, Huntress of the Moon!' [3000/2400] 'Direct attack! Hiracos, follow suit! And using Artemis' ability, I can also summon three of her Hunters from my deck!' [2100/1500] 'Triple Direct attack!'

Matthias waited about a second after seeing the kids and slammed open the door, making a large SLAM! "Well, that got your attention," He said. "What's going down in here?" Seriously. If there are so many people in Sir Bob's office when he's not around I should think myself not very much of a troublemaker. He pushed the door away second time as it almost hit him and one-hopped into the room.

Lyn jumped, before turning around guiltily. Dominic spun around as well, instinctively activvating his duel disk. Daniel, after finding whatever he wanted, slipped it into his pocket before slowly turning to face Matthias.

'Nothing's happening here. Nothing at all.' He said in his soft, lilting accent. 'Now if you will excuse us, we have more important things to deal with than a duelist who can't even walk into the room.' He walked out.

'Come on, Lyn.' Dominic said, and Lyn followed him outside. As she passed Matthias, she hung back for a moment, whispering, 'Looking for the Wickeds.' Then she hurried after Dominic.

Jack tried to pry the metal open, but it wouldn't work, then the metal floated out of his hands, glowing brightly....... until....... it opened....... and a card floated down into Jack's hand "(Triple Trap...... cool.....)" Jack thought while slipping the card into his pocket "(I just hope he can't change cards into Mokey Mokeys while dueling........)" "HAHAHA!" "(Stop randomly laughing Jack.......)"

Joe Bob groaned, before looking his opponent in the eye. 'Pop quiz. What happens when you divide a number by half itself?'

His foe raised an eyebrow. Joe Bob grinned.

'You triple it!' He laughed, as the life point total increased drastically. 'I activate Ancient City-Rainbow Ruins! Now I discard Colour King to triple my life points!'

Matthias growled as they past him. Looking for the Wickeds? They probably nicked the card! He swiftly turned around as swung back out side, yelling after them. "Get back here," he shouted. "I know you have something!" And it's something I'm gonna get. He began to move after them, not even needing to use the walls for support. He fingered the deck inside his jacket. If only I had my Beast Lord!

Gray sat on his bed running through his cards when a breez came in and his favorite card, Ice Emperor Dragon blew out of the window as Gray went running out the door trying to catch it. The card landed in the sand down on the beach and he picked it up. But something felt wrong he looked up and saw a man in a black hooded cloak smileing down at him. The man looked at him and said "That card has great power, don't let it fall into the wrong hands." and the figure dissapeared.

IC: Daniel turned around suddenly, and strode up to Matthias angrily.

'Do you? Do you really know anything about this mess your principal has gotten us into? So now families are torn apart? I've never met my own mother, and my sister is gone. Dominic is alone in the world, and Lyn's sister died years ago. You don't know anything about us. Anything. So why don't you go back to your dorm room, pretend everything's going to be all right, and leave the Wicked Gods to us who know how to work them.' Daniel said scathingly, before turning and stalking off, leaving Lyn, Dominic, and Jack behind.

Jack activated his Duel Disk, not knowing to join in, or to leave them be "(I-I don't know...... looks like Joe Bob is having difficulties...... can he do this on his own? Or does he need the power of some Stardusts + more? Well.... I'm kinda itching for a duel....... but...... I don't know.......)" Jack thought pulling out Majestic Star Dragon "(I don't know what to do...... I can't just sit around.... but I just can't hop in either.....)"

Zack woke up late once again. "S***!" Zack said as he looked at the time. "Late again!... This won't help my rep. Zack got out of his bed and got dressed. His green scar seemed to be itchy for some reason. Zack looked at his deck and saw that one of the cards was bright green. He pulled it out and it was "The Wicked Eraser". "The Wicked Eraser? But what could be so important about this card?" Zack put the card back into his deck and went out of his room to go to the Academy.

Gray moved on back to his dorm room and sat down stareing at Ice Emperor Dragon for at least an hour getting more and more angrey, he wanted anwsures and he intended to get them. Gray steped out of the dorm room and saw two students argueing, and what was that on that guys leg, then in mid thought he stoped dead. Suddenly his entire world seemed distant and faint. Gray colapsed on the stairs corresed with dark and twisted visions.

Violet yawned, just now having woken up from a relitively short sleep. I couldn't even go to sleep. I had to much on my mind. She thought, stiffeling another yawn. "I guess now I need to find Andrew so I can get this over with." She mumbed not in the mood for any nonsence right now. She was just too tired to be her normal happy self. All she wanted to do was sleep, and with how sluggish her movements were it was apparent.

Mr. Toshibo, on his way back to see how Matthias was doing, stopped when he saw Grey lying on the ground.

'Oh, not again.' He muttered, before he began the laborous process of getting him to the infirmary, where he would stay along with Brendan and Matthias.

'Well,' He said to himself, trying to put at least some humour into the otherwise bleak situation, 'At least now we've got somebody from every dorm.'

 

 

Andrew glanced at the freshman Slifer.

'Seriously, you want to duel me?' He asked bemusedly. Damian nodded darkly.

Andrew sighed. 'Fine, bring it on.'

Damian grinned slightly, as Andrew drew six cards. 'I summon Deep Sea Diva! Now I'll use her ability to bring out Mermaid Archer! Synchro Summon! Gishilnodon, rise from the abyss!'

 

'My move.' Damian muttered. 'I activate Black Whirlwind, and summon Blackwing - Sirocco the Dawn! Now I'll special summon Bora the Spear. Sirocco, thanks to Black Whirlwind, lets me search my deck for Gale the Whirlwind! Special summon! Now I'll use Gale's ability to half Gishilnodon's attack score!' [1150] 'I'll use Sirocco's ability to give Bora 3300 attack points, and discard Kalut the Moon Shadow to give him another 1400 points. Attack!'

Damian walked away, leaving Andrew sprawled on the ground.

Matthias thought about this. The way he puts it... He put a hand inside his jacket again and felt through his cards. "Well then," He calmly said. "What did you pinch from Joe Bob's office?" Before now he had been itching to get into the Wicked Gods thing. Now he was dying for it. Maybe this would be the best place to start, if I don't get run over agian. Matthias kept his face in a state of sadness, as if realizing what he was saying, he really didn't care much and wanted to punch the boy more than almost anything. But his top priority was to find out about these Wicked Gods.

Jack decided to draw a card "(Ok, Warrior monster, I help, Dragon monster I leave him to it unless he asks me too.)" Jack thought while drawing a card "(Stardust Synchron...... a Dragon....... looks like I wait and edit my deck.....)" Jack thought while editing his deck "(Ok, this Synchron goes here so I'd have a better chance of drawing him on the first turn, followed by these two, then those two..... ok, ready.....)" Jack thought while placing his deck in the deck box on his belt "(..... I feel a darkness coming this way.....)"
