The only thing I'd say to that though is that although Bait Doll goes back into your deck, it only deals with one copy at a time. If you NoE a BTH it's over. If you Bait Doll one you have to wait to draw another before you can do it again. I guess it all comes down to playtesting and personal taste, but I'd say that NoE is a pretty safe bet.
