Digimon: Interface [Started/Not Accepting]

[The Dragon Duelist]

Eli stood there holding his digiegg in one hand and his digivice in the other. "Azoth... We can't leave you!" His digivice glew brighter as his compassion did as well. "I won't let anyone get hurt on my watch!" He felt the warmth he did earlier grow in his chest. "Azoth... you said we can change right?! Then let us try!" He glared up at the digimon not understanding what exactly what was going on, but he knew that the creature was not good. He also knew that he felt devistated that the place was destroyed, he felt like his home was destroyed.

[Legend Zero]

Azoth grins lightly at the turn down of his orders, and escape.

 

"Great, so this is why I was told humans are idiots."

 

The boy pulls out his digivice pats his digiegg, attached to his belt, both sparkling gold in the sun. "Please, I need one now more than ever." Holding up his digivice in the same manner he did when first addressing the rest of the group he calls out loudly.

 

"Digiegg INTERFACE!" The device glows brightly in his hand. "MIRACLES!"

 

As the light begins to grow it abruptly halts and disappears in an instance. The device now beeping Azoth lowers it, putting a hand on his forehead. "Just my luck."

 

 

The evil digimon grinning wildly cannot help but burst into laughter.

 

"HAHAHA! You had me for a minute but of all things, the tough guy is a weakling."

 

 

Now hesitating Azoth turns to the others, his mind ablaze with thoughts and scenarios.

 

"What should I do now?"

All Eli did was smile at Azoth. He held both his digivice and Digiegg in his hands. "Azoth... have faith in us." His digivice glew brighter as he walked towards him. "Let us try to help." He spoke slowly eventhough he was faced with a creature that could easily destroy him. "..." His mind wandered back to the girl he once called his fiancee and back to her death. His eyes widened as he felt two hands rest on his shoulders. "So... this is what you ment..." He smiled warmly as he closed his eyes.

[Joey Miles]

"azoth we cant give up hope now if we're gonna save our world then we need to fight for it." joey said. he looked towords eli. "hey eli im not giving up and i dont think you are so lets go down fighting this thing." joey said as he raised his fists ready to fight. "im not gonna let some stupid monster stop me from believing in tommorrow!" he said as his crest now shined a bright yellow and his digivice responded.

[Guest Merciful Idiot]

Silver, as he was closest to Azoth, whispered something. "Hey, should I try that what you just did? I think I can figure out what this symbol means.... I mean, it's shaped like an infinity symbol made by a single line. The color purple represents a combination of red and blue, which represent good and evil in a sense. Not only that, the fat ends of each side represent some kind of balance." He paused for a moment, he was speaking rapidly but quietly. "So this symbol should mean......Destiny? Did I get that right?"

[The Warden]

Zac was almost blown away, but was just as perturbed by the blast. Seeing everyone defend Azoth, Zac instinctively walked in front of Azoth and shielded him with his own body. 'You may claim you are useless Azoth, but you are by far more valuable to us than you think. Your wealth of knowledge will keep us safe. So get out of here, I'll hold this guy off for as long as I can. Just please make the miracle of your escape a good one' he said to Azoth. 'This sense of reliability and the need to look after the others, it is a warm thing. I feel as if I must and can do anything to protect the others, and I shall' he thought as the crest and digi-egg glew with a grey light.

Haaris was shocked at everything that had just happened. Haaris was feeling rather timid until he looked at his Egg. It was glowing the same hue of purple again, brighter then every before. Haaris also saw something glowing in his pocket, when he reached into his pocket he had found his cell phone, in barely the blink of any eye it had turned into a Digi-Vice like the others. The screen on the Digi-vice and the insignia on the egg were glowing in perfect unison.

 

"This symbol, Azoth. Tell me does my crest represent Knowledge? I feel something in my head telling me what to do." Haaris exclaimed as he was no longer timid and ready to fight. Haaris stepped in front on Azoth and joined the others.

 

"Azoth, we'll hold him off, you get as far as possible." Haaris's Egg began to glow into a blinding light.

 

"The power of Knowledge..." Haaris though to himself.

[Joey Miles]

joey smiled at himself as the other kids joined in to try and protect azoth.

"see azoth this is what i was talking about how hope can do great things as long as we dont give it up." joey said his crest starting to glow a blinding yellow. "i wont let you get hurt and i wont be killed with out a fight. i will change the world i live in today and to do that i wont ever give up hope!" he yelled.

The other reacted while thomas Just did nto know what to do. There was this Demonic figure which the others Stood Up verus this Creature. Some of there crests reacted to this in a glow. His however did nothing, Just like azoths. Just there for show he thought. Feeling helpless he then Noticed somthing. That Digimon that azoth would have called it was standing in the middle of a Sturcture surronded by short plilars. Maybe they had a purorse? He desided that there must be somthing here that might help. Suddenly, somthing glissened to him in one of the ruined stuctures. Like a Large crystal diamond. Running to aid His comrads he noticed more of them in diffrent colours.

 

The crystals all in the colours of there crests on there digivices. Be before he could talk, Harris ege desided to interupt him with its crests glow.

[Legend Zero]

The crimson digimon is unnerved by their advance.

 

"How do you children think to beat me, Boogeymon?"

 

Seeing the others come to his aid Azoth breaths heavily, grinning all the while. Looking at the evil digimon he notices the glows on the nearby pillars. "So I've gotta give the speech, huh?"

 

"You guys really are idiots...What would it matter if I ran away? It is you guys who have to save this world."

 

The wind picks up out of no where, as Azoth runs his fingers through his hair. He now drags his finger across the gust, pointing at each glimmering light.

 

"Courage, Friendship, Knowledge, Love, Reliability, Sincerity, Kindness, Hope, Light, Destiny, and Miracles. These are the crest of the digital world, the qualities each of us posses. We cannot escape it, it is who we are. Powers beyond our understanding picked us, now you must choose your fate...You saw how I attempted you are no different, but it will not work unless you say the correct characteristic."

 

 

Azoth places his hands on Silver, the wind still gusting heavily.

 

"I think you however should hold on, your responsibilities are far different from the rest."

 

OoC: Who ever wants to can go for it. Merciful please hold on, I do have a plan. ;D

joey imiditaly understood what azoth had said and he decided to use this. for a second that seemed to last forever he saw his old life flash before him. that life was over now and he couldnt change that.

"Digiegg INTERFACE!." he yelled as he held up his digivice."HOPE!" as blinding yellow light sorrounded him and his body changed. his clothes tore off and were replaced by a samiris armor. his body started to get stronger he could feel it. in his hand a strange weopen formed.

the light faded and there stood what once was joey.

"I am Eggmon" he said with a comanding voice."I am The warrior of Hope and you are done for!" he yelled at boogymon.

the weopen in his hand known as a spinner spun at super speeds as he charged boogymon.

"Spinner Slash!" Eggmon yelled as the spinner glowed yellow.

"Azoth! Your really starting to tick me off! You call us fools, 'It is you guys who have to save this world.' you say. Why don't you stop for a second and realize that the crest of Miracles chose You!!!" Haaris exclaimed as his face began to turn red.

 

"I've always hated people like you Azoth, people that give up before they lose." Haaris stated calmed down. Haaris didn't even think about trying his Digi-Interface because before he knew it he was running at Boogeymon.

 

"Haha! You Dare to challenge Boogeymon!?" The crimson fiend exclaimed as threw Haaris at the others with a single swipe of his hands.

[Joey Miles]

"not gonna happen boogymon!" eggmon yelled as he swiftly abondoned his attack and knocked haaris out of harms way.

"you still have me to deal with! now Prisiom Beam!" he yelled sending a large yellow beam from his spinner hitting boogymon directly. eggmon felt slightly drained but he knew he had to keep going to stop the feind.

he charged once agian at the digimon. "Spinner Slash!" he said as he sweep his spinner across the digimon.

Sam had been hiding behind a piece of rubble after the explosion, but heard everything that Azoth had said. Pulling out his digi-egg and digivice h looked at the symbols etched into their surface. A green tear drop shape.

"What the hell is that? How am I meant to know what that is?" He tried to remember what Azoth had said "Courage, Friendship, Knowledge, Love, Reliability, Sincerity, Kindness, Hope, Light, Destiny, and Miracles." "... That doesn't help!" He shouted as another explosion rocked the area and he heard one of the others shot the same thing Azoth had before. He put his head over the rubble and saw the kid who had shouted transform into a strange thing. One of the Digimon that Azoth must have been talking about and so must the big red thing be.

"I have never wanted to go home more than I do right now!" The symbols glowed bright green. "Oh I get it I must have courage and my fear is reacting badly with it!" The glow started disappear.

"Well maybe not. Oh I get it, It's my destiny to die here!" The glow faded even further.

"Come on! This is starting to annoy me!" The glow appeared once again, "I feel theres something I'm missing."

as eggmon slashed boogymon he couldnt help but feel more alive then he had ever before in his life.

he jumped back allowing boogymon to get up. "you wont forget this human i will return and when i do you'll be sorry!" he said as he disipared in a puff of smoke.

As he did eggmon turned around and looked at azoth and smiled.

"Is everyone ok." he asked. he hide his surprise at how deep his voice had grown and how comanding he sounded. even though he was 16 his voice had never been deep but now it was and it almost made him laugh. he looked down at his chest plate and noticed that his crest now shone appone it." well looks like my crest is hope and now im stuck as a digimon." he sighed.

[Apocalypse Cards]

"Well that was...well...interesting to say the least...so how do we proceed from here since I am sure some of us dont want to be looking like an idiot like that guy, well at least I dont." said Miori, "Well does anybody have a plan or whatever? You said a bunch of characteristics of which none of them belong to me, I have none of those characteristics, unless solitude, greed, pride, or despair happen to be characteristics you forgot to mention..." finished Miori who was kind of shocked about what just happened, but didnt show it.

[Legend Zero]

After the digimon retreated Azoth makes his way to the others. With a nod and thumbs up in approval, he smiles at the newly formed digimon.

 

"Looks like he was ready."

 

As passes Miori, placeing a hand on her shoulder as he does.

 

"It seems you need to learn to look at the positives rather than the negatives... Well it looks like we need to get out of here and go with plan B."

 

Getting closer to the stairs his pace begins to slow. Without turning his back he makes yet another speech.

 

"I have lived in the Digital World since I can remember, always carrying this crest. Not once has it worked and I don't really expect it to. Through this battle you see what must be done to save this world, the choice is still up to you. I suppose it's my job to guide you across this world. Lets get some distance and then setup camp, I'll answer the rest of your questions then."

 

With that Azoth stumbles and tries to make it down the mountain.

joey...no eggmon he still wasnt used to his new name. followed after azoth and helped him from stumbling. he relised that he now had no choice he couldnt turn back from his decision and he would now have to live with it.

"azoth when we finish setting up camp i want to know a few things. one of them being what I must do now that i have changed like this." eggmon said.

Haaris was following Azoth and the others to camp. Ever since Boogeymon had threw him his mind had been filled with nothing but thoughts of what he would to him if they ever crossed paths again.

 

"Azoth... I'm sorry about what I said to you earlier. I know it must be tough being in this world for so long. May I ask, how did you get here?" Haaris questioned.

[Legend Zero]

Upon approaching a small clearing Azoth takes a seat on a nearby stump. With the sky turning into a yellow/golden sea in the afternoon light Azoth reaches into his back pocket and pulls out a small picture frame.

 

"The funny thing is I don't remember how I got here. I only remember waking up with my crest, digiegg, and this in my hands. I practically raised myself, along with the help of my digimon friends. Luckily I said my name in my sleep which is how I got my name."

[Skyfi]

"Wow, I'm sorry..." Haaris thought to himself feeling a slight pity for Azoth. Haaris thought to himself for almost an hour before he spoke again.

 

"Azoth, can I have your input on something? Why did the crest of Knowledge pick me? I know I've skipped a few grades, but theirs plenty of smarter people, This has been bothering me for a while."

[The Warden]

Zac had been put off by Eggmon's sudden transformation, but it didn't bother him too much as they later set up camp. He overheard Haaris asking Azoth about knowledge, he couldn't help but grin. 'You're being too literal about knowledge; the aspect isn't about knowing a lot of useless facts. It is knowing what is right and wrong, to put it simply, it is just knowing who you are' he explained.

[Guest Merciful Idiot]

"Great, I spent most of my thinking time trying to figure out what that symbol meant, yet although I figured it out, it wasn't helpful either way. I wasted most of my thinking time...darn!" Silver said angrily. "And what's more, the Boogeymon or whatever it's called was driven away before I could do anything! "NNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...............Soooooo....... what now? We go to that railway place or what?"

As they walked, the sudden Eggmon transformation by Joey was somthing Diffucult for Thomas to comperhend. But he was thinking. The Crystals around the ruins and then the Speach by Azoth seemed to spark a Thought in his mind.

 

"Could them crystals be connected with out crests?" he thought sliently.

 

But as they walked to make camp They noticed Outcrops of Large crystals which in the Human world would be Inpossable unless they were deep underground. All of them were in diffrent coulours but some matched the exact colour of there Crests; For example Harris crest was purple and there was several large crops of Purple crystals. Then He found a light red cropping, the same as his Crest. Taking a closer look he accidently broke a piece off. After a quick glance in both directions he took the shard and put into his pocket.

eggmon had sat quitly for almost an hour now deep in thought. He knew the others we're surprised by his change but he couldnt tell if they were scared or if it was just surprise. He looked down at himself wondering now if he would ever be just joey agian.

"azoth can you tell me this." he paused for a second the question stuck in his throught."will i ever be joey agian or am i stuck as eggmon for good. that and will this form im in ever change." eggmon asked as the symbol on his chest started to slowly dim.
