These are a few cards I thought of for the "Eccentric Boy," Hope you guys like them;

 

Name: Eccentric Magician

Type: Spellcaster/Synchro

Attribute: Wind

Level: 6

ATK/DEF: 2100/1500

Effect: "Eccentric Boy" + 1 or more non-tuner Spellcaster Type Monsters.

The effects of this card cannot be negated by the effects of "Eccentric Boy." Once per turn, you can remove 1 spell counter from a card you control to Special Summon from your deck 1 level 4 or lower Spellcaster type Monster in face-up attack Position. That monster cannot attack or be used for a Tribute Summon or Synchro Summon this turn.

 

Name: Eccentric Mage

Type: Spellcaster/Synchro

Attribute: Wind

Level: 7

ATK/DEF: 2500/1900

Effect: "Eccentric Boy" + 1 or more non-tuner Spellcaster Type Monsters.

The effects of this card cannot be negated by the effects of "Eccentric Boy." Once per turn, you can remove 1 spell counter from a card you control to destroy 1 monster on the field.

 

Name: Eccentric Sorcerer

Type: Spellcaster/Synchro

Attribute: Wind

Level: 8

ATK/DEF: 2900/2300

Effect: "Eccentric Boy" + 1 or more non-tuner Spellcaster type monsters.

The effects of this card cannot be negated by the effects of "Eccentric Boy." Once per turn, you can remove 2 spell counters from a card you control to destroy all spell and trap cards on your opponents side of the field.
