Lolno. This thing is broken. Magical Stone Excavation + 2 of these = Horrible brokenness.

Ummm...eh. Once again, the costs almost balance out the benefit.

No. Too broken. Especially with what you have already.

 

Dark Magician Girl, the Advocator

Make that last effect once per turn, and it's ok. Maybe beef up the ATK also.

 

Dark Magic Consonance

This creates horrendous brokenness. Summon Beast, Summon Magician, Summon Apprentice, get all of your Spells in your hand. Make it once per turn.

 

Dark Magical Incantation

I dislike this card. Removing at max 10 cards from your opponent's Deck makes it a tad OP'd in that respect.

 

Dark Magical Curse

No. It's easier to use than Magician of Faith, who's BANNED.

A little over the top. Maybe disallow Normal Summons when you activate it?

Lore: Once per turn, during either players turn, if a Spell Card is removed from play from your opponent's Deck, remove from play the top 3 cards of your opponents Deck for each of your opponent's removed from play Spell Cards.

 

 

While this fits with the theme, I still dislike it.

No. Demise doesn't even have it that good. Too broken.

Eh... A slightly more broken Hand Destruction that doesn't help your opponent. Something needs to be done about this...

A lot of your cards are focused around returning Spell Cards to the hand. While that does make sense in context, that also breaks the game, especially for Casters, who are very Spell-heavy. 7/10.
