I needed a ting anything to get me started again...

 

I had an idea for a card called shattered mirror but i forgot the damn effect...

 

It had something to do with converting monsters in your deck to light monsters.....

Basicly, my main goal is to "Reflect" card effects and Battles

Ehh, a little iffy about the bolded part. Might get abused with other cards, especially cards that have discard as a cost. What about a Life point cost added on or some other restriction?

 

|Swordfish of the Mirrors|x|xxxx|Fish/Effect|3||Dark|1200|1000|If you control no "Mirrors" monster when this card is Normal Summoned, add 1 "Mirrors" monster from your Deck to your Hand. If this card would be destroyed by Battle, discard 1 "Mirrors" monster instead.|

|Motor of the Mirrors|x|xxxx|Machine/Tuner/Effect|1||Dark|0|0|If this card is discarded by the effect of a "Mirrors" card, add this card from your Graveyard to your Hand.|

ACK! Infinite loop w/Dragon and makes many other mirror nigh invincible. What if added on to the end: "If this card is sent to the graveyard after you use this effect, remove it from play."

 

|Grand Mirrors Warrior|x|xxxx|Warrior/Synchro/Effect|6||Dark|2600|2000|1 "Mirrors" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters. When this card is Synchro Summoned, add 1 "Mirrors" card from your Graveyard to your Deck. When this card would be destroyed by the effect of a card, discard 2 "Mirrors" monsters in your Hand instead.|

Nice effect.

 

|Grand Mirrors Dragon|x|xxxx|Dragon/Synchro/Effect|8||Dark|3000|3200|1 "Mirrors" Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner DARK monsters. If this card would be destroyed by a card effect, discard 1 "Mirrors" monster in your Hand instead. If there are no cards in your Hand, draw 2 cards. This effect has got to go. Makes so many decks super broken.

Hm, i'm a little concerned, but we'll see how this comes out in testing.

 

|Mirrors Return|x|xxxx|Spell Card|Spell|||||Activate only when there is 1 card in your Hand. Add 3 "Mirrors" cards in your Graveyard to your Hand. You can only activate 1 "Mirrors Return" per turn.|

Thats like a +2 :( What if it's just 2 Mirrors cards? +1 I'm ok with.

 

|Mirrors Confusion Chamber|x|xxxx|Trap Card|Trap|Continuous|||When your opponent selects a "Mirrors" monster as an attack target, discard 1 "Mirrors" monster to negate the attack and inflict damage equal to half the attacking monster's ATK to your opponent. If there are no cards in your Hand, destroy this card.|

This is also why I wanted Motor of the Mirrors changed. The burn damage might be too much with all the hand advantage this archetype has.

 

 

 

I'm REALLY concerned about the speed of these cards. It's a cool concept but simply too fast for this CCG. It needs to be changed around and maybe even some effects entirely thrown out (Grand Mirrors Dragon)

Yep. Actually, it is going to be called "Chaos Milling", which does mill, but when LIGHT and DARK monsters are milled out, more effects happen.

 

I turned this card into YVD format

 

|Chaos Prism|X|XXXX|Spell Card|Spell||Continuous|||When this card is activated, place 3 Counters on this card. During each of your Standby Phases, add 1 Counter on this card. You can remove any number of Counters from this card to send cards from the top of your Deck to the Graveyard. If any of the cards sent to the Graveyard were LIGHT monsters or DARK monsters, you can Special Summon them. When this card has no more Counters, destroy this card.|

Atleast I got someone to think its good. Yeah, I made thoose in like 5 minutes/ And Chaos Prism is a good engine for my Mirrors.

You can only activate this effect one per Duel.|

 

|Mirrors Master|x|xxxx|Fiend/Effect|1||Dark|0|0|Increase this cards ATK equal to the amount of "Mirrors" monsters in your Graveyard. When this card is destroyed, add 1 "Mirrors" card to your Hand except "Mirrors Master".|

 

EDIT: I'm also haing a little trouble adding all the CCG cards to my set file. [basiclly im failing to find my set file]

Fine with all except Motor of Mirrors. 2 Possible changes are:

 

* When discarded it Special Summons itself (Which makes it better as a tuner too)

* What I said earlier

 

Also Mirrors master needs to specify how it gains ATK equal to the amount of Mirrors monsters?

 

Your set file is under C:/Program Files/Xerocreative/YVD/yvd.set.

Here's some more cards to finish the "morphers", but I do NOT want this to be an archetype though.

 

|Ethremorpher|0|XXXX|Fish/Effect|Wind|4||1600|1700|Once per turn, you can look at your opponent's hand, and select 1 monster from either player's hand. Change it's Type or Attribute as long as it remains in a player's hand.|

 

|Futuramorpher|1|XXXX|Beast/Effect|Water|4||1300|1600|This card gains 100 ATK and DEF for each Spell and Trap card you control. Once per turn, you can select 1 monster in either player's deck and change it's Type or Attribute, as long as it remains in the deck. That monster is also Flipped Face-up in the deck.|

 

|Pneumamorpher|2|XXXX|Reptile/Effect|Dark|4||2000|2500|This card loses 100 ATK and DEF for each Monster in your graveyard. Once per turn, you can select 1 Monster Removed from play and change it's Type or Attribute, as long as it remains Removed from Play.|

 

|Theiomorpher|3|XXXX|Insect/Effect|Light|4||1300|2000|Once per turn, you can Change the Type or Attribute in either player's Extra Deck, as long as it remains there.|
