He has recently obtained the Sleeping Goddess Dragon, but has not revealed it yet. There are more powerful cards in the series he has yet to obtain.Appearance: A tall man, with a fairly muscular build and a slightly scarred face, although he is beginning to look just a little out of shape. He has fairly short blond hair and rather dark blue-green eyes. At least within the school, his usual outfit consists of a green version of the school's standard coat, along with a white shirt and black trousers.Biography: James grew up in the UK, where he was a junior champion in national tournaments and a strong contender on the European scene, however as he grew older he found less interest in the game and more in the cards themselves, eventually finding work conducting research for industrial illusions. This work meant he would travel frequently, and so he never really settled down much. He did, however, discover a series of legends revolving around the 'sleeping goddess' which were made into his own personal deck, including the 'Sleeping Goddess Priestess,' who serves as something of an advisor and friend. It was only recently that he decided he was getting too old to run around the world and needed to settle down, and so took up a teaching post at the academy.Special Because: Can see some duel spirits, and can prevent the spirits from his deck being seen even by those who can otherwise see duel spirits. Used to work for Industrial Illusions, and so has a number of contacts there. Was a professional, but it was so long ago and on another continent, so it's not something he's known for.
