Now obviously if you compare the sprite to this peace of artwork, you see that they share a lot in common. It's obvious that Ficko has used this design and idea for this contest.

Since I wasn't sure if maybe Ficko had gotten permission or if even by an odd chance they were the same person, I decided to message the deviantart user who made Thanatomb. He basically said that he didn't give permission and views this as a case of art theft. It doesn't help that even without permission, Ficko didn't bother to credit DarkSilvania.

Second contest that I've randomly jumped into to point out some theft issue. I don't know if I should consider myself lucky or cursed. I do apologize for the interruption.
