1) Seriously? Wow, that's awesome. I guess that's one more reason to like Voldo.

2) They didn't have it this time. Instead, it was a commercial for the Deadliest Warrior Season 1 DVD. I do know that the next match is the Somalian Pirates vs. the Medellín Drug Cartel.

Which reminds me, when the bets open, 200 points on the Colombian drug dealers. Time to represent my country, amigo! *snorts crack*

Just figured I'd put this up to entertain people. The trailer for the match-up between the Somalian Pirates and the Medellín Drug Cartel is at the end. *I find it humorous that Geoff pronounced Medellín wrong; it's pronounced "meh-deh-yeen", like the way the announcer said it, not "mih-dee-yen".* I know this because Medellín is my mother's birthplace.

Go Colombia!

I'll compare it the way I think it'll be compared and with the little knowledge I have.

M-60 vs. AKM: Not sure, since I don't have knowledge in in-depth gun statistics

Uzi vs. .44 Magnum: Gonna have to be a tad more specific with the .44 Magnum, but IMO, a rapid-fire Uzi will have an edge for me.

Machete vs. Grappling Hook - The Machete is more of an actual weapon and is more likely to make a clean hit, but I think the fact that the Grappling Hook can be thrown and retrieved (or can yank of some body part should it latch on to something) will give it a slight edge.

RPG-7 vs. Dynamite: If this was one of the first episodes I saw, I would have said that the Colombian Drug Cartel wouldn't stand a chance purely because of the RPG-7 Rocket Launcher. However, the Taliban also had the RPG-7, and they lost to the IRA (albiet it was a very close match). While I would imagine that the rocket launcher has considerably more range, I think the Dynamite can be used more effectively at multiple ranges (assuming it is thrown).

Somalis have firepower, look at the first post of this page.

And the weapons:

M-60 vs. AKM: I prefer the AKM because of reliability reasons so I think that one will get the edge.

Uzi vs. .44 Magnum:

Magnum:1 shot 1 kill.

Uzi: 1 clip 1 kill

Machete vs. Grappling Hook: Distance against an actual weapon. I think Machete might get the edge on that one.

RPG-7 vs. Dynamite: RPG is a long distance dynamite so I think that one gets the edge.

Turns out that the Somalian Pirates got the AK-47 (Wait. Isn't that the same gun the Taliban used? So they get half of the Taliban's weapons. lol) If the M-60 turns out to be anything like the Armalite, it'll probably be a dead draw between the two.

I'm still not very convinced about the Magnum vs. the Uzi. Sure, the Magnum takes less ammunition to kill, but it's more of an accuracy weapon. The Uzi can be sprayed, allowing for a higher chance of getting hit. To me, it's like Jesse Jame's Colt Revolvers vs. Al Capone's Tommy Gun, 'cept the Somalian Pirates don't have the quick-draw that Jesse had.

Also, like I said before, the RPG-7 is long-ranged, but perhaps a bit too long range. At close-range, it's worthless. I would imagine that the Dynamite, despite the fact that you can't use it at a super far distance like the RPG-7, is more of a versatile weapon and can be used both up-close (assuming you ran like hell as soon as you dropped it) and thrown at slightly farther distances. I dunno, maybe I'm just being biased towards the Drug Cartel.
