Pokemon: Hunter VS Pokemon (PG-13) (started/acepting) *PLEASE POST AGAIN!!*

Driply was struggling to go free, but he couldn't budge. he tryed to struggle some more, but once again, he couldn't budge. "nuh.....nuhg..... AHHHHHHHHHHHH LET GO OF ME GRAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Driply then tucked his head into his shell and then. WHAM! he smash Swampert with his skull bash. "now how do you like that and now IRON DEFENSE!" the Swampert tried to grab Squirtle, but he couldn't lift him up because of his iron defence. "Maybe you should think twice before messing with a Squirtle!"

"Now why would you think that you could order us around like that? We don't obey anyone but ourselves!" Quaila submerged herself into the water to sool her burn from the Ninetale's fire fang before reappearing at the surface. "You're a fire type. What chance soes a fire type...even a fully evolved one...have a chance against a water type like me?" The water in the river began to receed with Quaila untill she was riding a huge tidel wave and headed for the Ninetales on the shore,"Surf!"

 

"Raz use earthquake!" Raz didn't need to see who gave him the order. Right away he reared and slamed the earth with his front feet, causing rocks and boulders to fly up into the air. It rattled the earth around the whole camp and he watched the Ee steadily as his trainer walked up and stood next to him. "I see you have found a strong pokemon. Good Raz.", the women said to him,"Now let's just weaken him a little." The Swampert noticed his trainer pulling out the black Capture Ball (types of pokeballs Hunters use). "Of course Madam.", Raz nodded. He looked at the squirtle,"So you are strong to then." Raz waited and finally,"Blizzard!" The wind picked up and the snow came.

 

Viena sighed,"You want to battle me then it's fine by me! Physic!" The water Quiala was riding gained a faint pulsing purple light around it and it began to twist in on her. Viena's eyes were once again bright purple like they always were when she used physic moves. She knew the water wouldn't harm Quaila but she also couldn't use elecktrik moves without hurtung herself unless she had the volt absorb as an ability which was useually rare. "Ee. There is a Hunter's pokemon here..a female Lanturn. Be carefull.", Viena sent Ee the telepathic message right away. Hunter's useually keep two pokemon so then where is the other one?, Viena wondered.

Ee stumbled as the Earthquake rocked the ground, but he managed to stay on his feet. It'll take more than a few pebbles to take me down! he screamed silently to himself. On a whim, he tried to contact Viena through telepathy. "Is everything going on alright there, Viena? I ran into a little trouble in the form of the Swampert, Raz. I'm taking care of him now, but hurry back if you can!" Sighing, he looked at Raz. "You really don't want to make me angry, now, do you? Let me tell you, bad things happen when I get angry."

Any other abilities: She's an anthro Umbreon.

Bio: A scientist that was trying to understand the bonds between humans and Pokemon, she was cut from funding when the war broke out, but continued her research on Pokemon that wanted the war to end as well. Her favorite subject, a male Umbreon named Pitch, was more than willing to cooperate, even though e knew that he was betraying his kind. Brianna finally derived a retrovirus that could allow humans and Pokemon to understand each other by rewriting their DNA, but before she could test it, a group of hunters burst in, and set the lab on fire.

When she awoke, the lab was in ruins, but she had transformed into a humanoid Umbreon. Scared for her life, she fled into the wild, hoping to find some sanctuary, until she was captured by Viena.

Now she wants to simply be accepted instead of treated as a slave. Plus, she has a bit of a crush on Ee, though she doesn't whether the feeling is mutual or if she should have these feelings at all...

So then there is another pokemon., Viena thought. Viana let her mind wander slightly back to the night she was laying on the ground badly injured, the pokemon she had picked up and slammed into the rock...it was a male Swampert. Raz must have been the Swampert she fought and if that was true then he was strong and a fair opponent. "I'm in a battle with a Lanturn right now but be carefull. Remember that story of me facing that Swampert? Raz is the Swampert I faced. Watchout for water arrow Ee." She wanted to get back to the camp and give Ee and Driply some back up so she slammed Quaila into the water with a loud slap,"Confuse Ray!" After making sure the Lanturn was down for the count by using mind reader Viena raced back into the camp.

 

"Raz return!",Armani orderd aiming the Capture Ball at Raz. When Raz returned to the ball Armani laughed,"Enjoy your freedom because you guys aren't going to be free very long." Armani took of into the forest. She stopped by the river and returned Quaila to her ball before leaving. Raz and Quaila had done well and Armani was pleased with their work. Her pokemon had found the perfect place that was full of very powerfull and unique pokemon. Just what I need., she thought to herself, Now all I need is a fail-proof plane.......

 

OOC: Driply appeared in the camp and is staying with Viena and Ee for now. Raz and Quaila showed up because their mission was to find powerfull pokemon Armani could capture and use to become the boss of the Hunters. Raz challenged Ee and Driply and Quaila challenged viena. Viena beet Quaila. Armani showed up and returned both pokemon to their pokeballs and ran into the woods.

Bri watched from nearby, trying not to attract attention. She had been experimenting with her new attacks, and had a basic understanding of how to use them. The questions was if she could control them. She saw Ee take a tumble, and hoped that he would be alright. Part of her wanted her to forget him and continue attempting diplomacy with Viena, the apparent leader of the pack and the one who had captured her, but another part was in love with him, because he was a dominant male and/or he was compatible with her, but also because he was actually caring and wasn't mean to her. Come on, Ee! She thought as loudly as she could, hoping he would hear her in his head. You can do it!

Ee heard a strange voice in his head, and looked around. "Who's there? he cried mentally, hoping that whoever it was wasn't hostile. Ee blinked. To himself, he thought, If that's another hostile Pokemon, I'm just gonna be stuck. And where's Viena?! I hope she's okay. It's surprising that she hasn't returned my thought yet. Ee shook his head, bewildered, and watched, waiting for the Swampert to make its move. Come on already. I'm going to fall asleep before you attack.

I'm Bri, remember? The 'Umbreon-woman' as Viena puts it. I'm really getting a headache trying to talk to you. Just letting you know. I was just wishing you luck and hoping that you don't die a gruesome and horrible death! Do you think that you could actually conenct with my mind so I don't have to concentrate so hard on sending out this message? I've seen other Psychic-type Pokemon do it before the war.

Ee blinked, still eyeing the Swampert warily. Seeing that it wasn't making a move yet, he took the opportunity to leap over to the trees where Bri was hidden. He connected his mind to hers, so she wouldn't have to struggle so much to talk silently with him. Of course, that also meant he had to be careful what he thought to himself. "Sorry I forgot who you are. But, this sudden battle confused me a little. I wasn't expecting to leap up right in the middle...I should have known better."

Bri breathed a sigh of relief as the mental conenction was made. Thank you for doing that!And you should've known better! Taking on such a strong Pokemo- Did you say a Swampert? Oh come on! Everyone knows that Swamperts have a soft spot underneath their chin! Just hit it there and there's a chance that it will go down like falling Metagross! Of course, aim wrong, and it will get really, REALLY mad!!!

Ee looked at her (with a sort of -.- look). "You really think I don't know that?! Or do you just seem to forget the fact that I'm a Psychic-Type. I'm not usually the one to get up close and personal with another Pokemon, unless it's not battle. Besides, that thing is fast, too fast for me to hit with my psychic moves. I try to think of some other way to take it out, but it keeps attacking before I can come up with my thoughts. It's obviously been trained to fight Pokemon that possess psychic abilities. I'm thinking that my only option is to fight physically, using my Dark moves instead."

Viena returned to the camp seeing Raz was suddenly gone she reminded herself to stay on her gaurd. When the scene replayed in her mind of Raz beeting her before she vowed do the best she could to make sure every member in the camp was well prepared in case of another attack like this one. After all, it was only when I used physic that I managed to beet Raz, she thought before spotting Ee and one of the newest members Bri who was a human-pokemon hybreed. Viena narrowed her eyes. My past had made me untrusting of humans....even Bri. Still... Viena gave into logic over instincts. The wild pokemon needed a powerfull team to get rid of the Hunters and this Umbreon-Woman kept talking about making diplomacy between the two of them....so why not give her the chance to prove herself and ideals? She padded up somewhat close to the pair,"Bri it looks like you need help learning about your new abilities. Why not a mentor? We all need to be prepared in case of anouther attack like that." The Ninetales tilted her head.

Ee sensed Viena behind him. He turned, and saw that Raz had disappeared. "Hey...what happened just now,?" he mentally asked Viena. Then, for some reason, he felt drawn back to Bri, and turned back to her. Speaking vocally now, he wondered if he had ever introduced himself. "Um...did I ever tell you what my name is?" He blinked, embarrassed to be asking that question, especially considering that he was a Psychic-Type Pokemon. He closed his thoughts, hopefully forcing her to talk vocally too. I really hope I haven't. That would just be the worst.

Bri cringed at Viena's sudden appearance, wanting to get away from her former captor. "Why are you being so nice to me all of a sudden? You convinced a Dugtrio to dig a 20-foot-deep hole and shoved me in! Only by figuring out how to use my retractable claws was I able to escape! And that's just at the top of my list of reasons why I can't trust you!"

"Those were definetly the pokemon of a Hunter. I fought Raz before and he nearly beat me to before I used physic. It seems their trainer recalled them and ran off." Viena then turned her attention to Bri,"What do you think Bri? Want a mentor to help you with your new powers?" Viena already had in her mind which pokemon to ask to act as Bri's mentor. She hoped Bri was a fast learner because if not then it could be awahile before she was ready for battle. Sure she knew what the moves were and weak spots of other pokemon but she had no idea how to controll her powers or use them in powerfull combinations. But that's what a mentor is for., she thought.

 

Viena sighed and slightly laughed at the memory before looking seriously at Bri again,"Because as much as my insticts warn me against this it would be beneficial to everyone. Plus you are an Umbreon and said you once tried to understand the connection between trainers and pokemon so what better way to further your research then to fully act like and BE a pokemon? Looking like a pokemon and knowing other's weak points are not enough. You have to act and live like us to really understand us and understand what most trainers do to their pokemon.", viena explained. "And don't worry...I was actually wondering if Ee wanted to help and be your mentor."

"Umm, I was pretty sure that was you, especially since you TOLD THE DUGTRIO YOUR NAME." Bri corrected, still quite hesitant. "But sure, I accept. I was valedictorian in my high school, and I have a bachelor's degree in genetics." She saw that Viena didn't know what that meant, so she just said "It means I'm really smart, and lots of humans like me. Humans rank other humans based on how well they do in life."

Ee stepped up to Bri. I wonder if I could be her mentor. She could use the experience of the beta, and it would make her so much better than she is now. And...I would get to know her better. Ee looked first at Viena, then at Bri. Turning back to Viena, he said, "I can be her mentor, Viena. I am the Beta, after all. Having me as her mentor would probably allow her to get the best training, and I would also be able to see how much of an affinity for psychic she has."

Bio.: Rai was teased like Driply was, they have the same kind of background with their trainers, but Rai was the most powerful pokemon his trainer ever had, but it made no sense that he was teased, it confused him, making him go sloppy, that made him teased even more, so he broke out just like Driply did, Rai and Driply know each other because their trainers were best friends. Rai was alone for months... until now

Viena noded,"I'll be helping a little bit and joining your practices from time to time but I think that is a good idea Ee. If that's hat you want to do then it's fine by me." Viena left and enterd her tent after nodding to Bri, Ee and Driply. She layed down on the grassy ground and closed her eyes. Her mind was once again filled with changing dreams that were really recolections of her past. Her as a young Vulpix when her trainer never returned, facing Raz, her life as a lone Ninetales and then to now where she was relaxed the most. She growled slightly and cried a little but it wasn't loud enough for anyone outside to here her. Sh ejust laied there and thought about her past experiences and what to do now that they were attacked by a Hunter and his/her pokemon.

"Ugh! UGH!" Rai passed out in front of Viena's tent, coming out of the bush, injured, burnt, paralyzed, close to not being able to breath "Uuuuuuuh................................................ UGH! UGH! Uuuuuh.................................................." Rai heard "You'll be fine." in his head before passing out, making weird noises while passed out "UGH! UH! Uuuuuuh! UGH! UH! Uuuuuuuuuuh......................................................................................................"

Viena imedietly opend her eyes. She had a strange gut feeling and rushed outside her tent to find a injured and unconsious Richu. Right away she fanned her tails and used physic to carry him to a tent and placed him on the grassy floor. "Can you get up? You're going to be fine, I am just looking at your injuries.",she managed to establish the physic connection with the Richu's mind. Wheather or not he would respond Viena was not sure about. She looked over his injuries which were pretty bad and began to carefully put mixxed berries on them.

 

((Yeah. I just made Viena agree to let Bri train and learn how to use her powers as a joke to build on that some more. Viena thinks that Bri can't be a member of the group because being part human is holding her back. She is trying to prove it. And that is funny:)))

Ee nodded to Viena, before turning to face Bri. This is going to be interesting, training an anthropomorphic Pokemon. I hope that I don't encounter any extra problems that I wouldn't if I was just training a regular Pokemon. Ee was careful to keep his thoughts to himself, just in case. "Well, Bri. It's about time we start your training. From my psychic, I can tell that's it's a little past two or three in the morning, so we'll start your training soon. I need an hour or so to prepare, and I want you to do likewise. Be back in this spot at around 5 in the morning."

Bri nodded, and went back to her tent, only to remember that she didn't have one. Oh yeah. How could I forget? I'm not an official member of the group yet because part of me is still Homo sapiens sapiens. Silly me. She followed Ee, hoping that maybe he could help her. She continued to try and surpress her feelings, hoping he wouldn't just scan her mind and put two and two together.

Ee shook his head, trying to block out the incessant noises that the Raichu was making. He looked at Bri, not feeling any of the suspicion that Viena felt. He sighed, shaking his head again. "Well...you're eager, and that's good. But we don't want to go rushing into anything. Right now, I figure it's probably best to test out your current abilities, to make sure you've retained all your original Pokemon abilities. If you'll follow me, we'll go to a small clearing where it will be better. There is much more room...and it will be much quieter than here." Turning, Ee began walking in the direction of the hill Viena had been on before. He was not planning to go there, but somewhere close to there.
