Jane smiled at the boy's response.

Oh, but Leo... I can know. I need to spend more time in your head...

Briefly entering reality again, Jane smirked at Leo, leaning against Kefka casually. "So, little Leo wants to force me to come to the Omega Sector?" She drew out the last word, in a mocking voice.

Going back into Leo's mind, she probed him for answers. Why do you want to leave the Vandetta, Leo? Leaving won't bury your guilt, you know. You've caused more 'bad' than 'good', and you're going to have to live with that fact for the rest of your life! Jane laughed at him quietly and entered the real world again.

"Leo, if you're so eager to take me, then take me already." She grinned at him and draped her bared arms casually over Kefka's enormous frame. Jane carefully enabled Leo to move again.

"Come on, you ex-Vandetta, you... Come get your victim..."

"They've arrived," Caeucs thought to himself. A winged beast, at least four wolves, and a floating Leo just caught his eye over the horizon. They appeared to be arguing, someone trying to claim dominance over the entire situation. Then, Leo stopped moving. He seemed to stutter in his actions, his eyes focused on a single target.

Calling a silent whistle to his dragon, Regnis approached beside him, still cloaked and invisible. "Go Regnis. Cimb the skies and report back to me if you recognize a Vendetta other than Leo."

Regnis grunted in response, and his six hefty wings took him away.

He began to hover the group, hundreds, possibly, thousands of feet in the air as to hide his presence. Down below, Regnis could clearly see Leo, and those who he seemed to oppose. Furthest behind, a woman, riding a fiendish wolf. A pink "V" glowed brightly on her, as she hid behind her pet. She seemed to be the only one who's "V" was glowing at such an intensity. And to go with this, Leo was mesmerized by her. Surely it wasn't just her good looks to draw him from battle.

Regnis slowly began to return to Caecus for reports.

Leo shook off his paralysis and started towards the girl. "Heh. What ever you say." The boy started to launch an array of slashes at the girl and her wolf. "I'm gonna have to tell the guards to alert Center about this. These stupid Alphas are giving me too much trouble." thought the boy as he continued his slashing attack, smiling at all of the damage done. "Tough luck trying to make me cave in, Alpha Girl. It's not going to work. I'm different now. I don't care about any of your lives." Growled the boy, hacking away.

As Leo brought his sword down, Jane's mark flashed, and she made Leo freeze in his tracks, the edge of his sword digging deeply into Kefka's back. The big wolf bleated a little, but stood guard over his mistress. Jane raised her hand casually, and Leo was forced to lift his sword off the wolf, leaving a bloody gash. Kefka moaned. Pink mark glowing, Jane entered Leo's mind again.

My, my. Such anger within. I never said you could kill... Jane crooned, keeping a tight hold over Leo's senses.

You're strong. And hard to control. But you will bow down to me eventually. Everyone does. Jane paused.

I have a name, too. It's Jane, not "Alpha Girl". She laughed. You won't forget it.

Now when I release you, I want you to get back on your dragon and fly on home. We didn't come here to fight, little Leo. Of course, when I release you, you'll have the option of killing me. But, that's not advisable now, is it? You don't want me in your head anymore...

Jane entered reality, panting. The evil in Leo was strong and difficult to control. She was pleased to see Leo was still frozen for the time being, and she walked over and wrenched the sword from his hand, throwing it behind Kefka. Jane fell on on the wolf, tired, laying on his bloody back. Managing her signature smirk, she snapped her fingers and released control of Leo's mind and body.

"The female Vendetta had the most control, eh?" he whispered to Regnis--who had just returned--silently. Regnis' body slowly came back into view, excited to begin battle. "Easy my friend, no need to rush into violence. We are Vendetta, not ogres." Regnis purred and hid his body once more as the flank of Azneth Vendetta grew closer. It wouldn't be long now, and hopefully, it wouldn't be bloody either.

Azura just ignored all of this. It seemed as if he weren't even paying attention. But he was... He was waiting for a perfect opportunity to strike. But then again he didn't want to start a fight, or did he. "Listen. Make up your mind, you can either go home, or die. Your choice. Take your time, i'll wait." Azura made a gesture as if he was offering him some sort of deal. Then patted the ground. And sat, legs intertwined in a pretzel-like position.

Caecus was getting impatient. "What are you doing Leo? Even as our commander, you can't hope to fight them all by yourself. You're gravely outnumbered," he said softly aloud. Turning to Regnis, and stroking his wing, Caecus muttered, "I'm worried. What say you Regnis?"

The dragon hissed and roared, anxious for battle. Perhaps it was best to enter stealthily. And with Regnis at his side, he would hopefully be able to bring about a peaceful solution.

"Okay Regnis. Disengage your camouflage. We'll go in visible, peaceful. Understood?"

Regnis licked him, and ushered Caecus aboard. "It seems they've stopped as well. Perhaps this is a good time to approach.

Turning to the guards, Caecus called, "Be wary. I shall return."

As he approached, the Azneth's leader sat legs folded on the ground, the pack unmoving, and silent. Leo still hovered above with his dragon, silent.

Caecus dare not make a move as to instigate war. He was visible, so it's not like he was trying to sneak attack them. And he was ready.

Leo smirked as Jane knocked his sword out of his hand. "Bad choice. You honestly think I would give up? And I still have this." Laughed Leo as he pulled out the LG0. He started to push the trigger and shoot in random directions, threatening then with the blasts. Leo then advanced for his blade and smirked. "I tried to make everything peaceful. I tried to go without a fight. I tried to make this as quick as possible. But no. You people HAD to be stubborn. Well now you're done. Good bye, Alphas." Leo just laughed as he jumped on his dragon. "Sigma, why don't you and me go kill some Alphas? How does that sound?" The Dragon roared with content as the two rushed towards the group.

Azura quickly got up, lashed out his dual blades, and got into his battle stance. he really needed a plan, but in such minimal timing, it was pretty much impossible. What to do, what to do. Well thats easy, what would you do if a dragon is coming your way? You gotta get the Hell out there. Azura hated running away but with that metal laser vaporizer type thing, it was safer to run. If they could make it to the Alpha ruins which werent too far from here, they would be able to escape. Noone knew the ruins better than Azura he practically grew up there. "Guys, ready your mounts and get moving. Split up and meet by the ruins. Im sure you all know where that is. Though it would be safer to split into groups of two. Me and Jane. Archer and Black. Hurry! If we can make it there in one piece were sure to lose them." He shouted as he gave streak the tap letting him know to go full speed. It wasnt much of a plan, but at least it was a plan.

Guest Tainted Black

Black hit Marsuuv, rousing him, and mounted him. "Mush, mutt!" He yelled, and kicked the wolf like one would kick a horse. The wolf broke off in a sprint, and Black was leaning off the wolf. He scooped up his stilleto from the sand, and kept moving, but not without a whip-sword slash at the fragon, giving him some space. "He turned around on the beast, crossed his arms, and grinned like a fox. "See ya, suckers!" He called to Leo and the dragon, and the wolf accidentally hit him with his tail. he fell down on the wolf, and a quiet stream of curses followed. "Just run... urgh... you stupid mutt..." He said through clenched teeth. He figured it was Karma.

Caecus sighed at his cowardly enemies. Sure, the LGO was slightly advanced technology, but it wasn't as fast as a wolf pack. Or perhaps it was the fact that the power of the l.a.z.e.r was strong enough to pierce even the strongest armor. Either way, they were a threat, and this threat would not be tolerated. However, Caecus decided not to give chase. He need not threaten his life over something so trivial.

Jane scoffed at her supposed "Alpha allies".

What were they thinking, running away like that? So cowardly of them... Now she had Leo and this mysterious new person to deal with.

Laying comfortably on her wolf, not bothering to run after Azu, Jane instead focused the last of her powers on Leo's dragon. Her Mark flared with a pinkish glow as she slowly brought her index finger and thumb close together in a squeezing, pinching motion. Leo's dragon suddenly let out a roar of pain and began to swerve wildly about, dangerously close to the treeline. It appeared he was being tormented by some unseen force.

Turning her eyes on the newcomer, she sat up slowly.

"Don't mind me. I'm just having a bit of fun..." she whispered to Caecus, her eyes flashing in the setting sun. Leo's dragon continued to roar in agony.

Finding someone could be so difficult sometimes. This was one of the few times that Charity desired human interaction, and she had to go to it. She had gone through the city at least three times, and there was no one of any interest. Her leader had to be somewhere. She just needed to search. Calling Avarice out, she leapt on and took off, beginning to search the area on the ground for any signs of human life.

Azura looked back before he darted off into the ruins. Jane was still standing there. What the hell, She really needs to learn how to let things go. He thought. But then for the first time noticed what he was doing. Fleeing. Thats never been an option in the past. Why is it one now? He turned Streak around and set him on a course to Jane. Fleeing is just the same as surrendering, and why surrender to some kid with a piece of metal. Oh yeah cuz it can melt down trees. How scary he thought sarcastically. "Change of plans, Fleeing is no longer an option, like we've done in the past. We fight until we can no longer stand, and then we crawl at them, But no matter what we fight!" Azura Roared, teeth clenched and ready for some bloodshed.

Weed was bored and impatient, he didn't kill something in like 5 minutues and the table was giving him stares.

Oh and that chick with mind reading powers thought he was weird too.

Weed sighed and looked out a window, the sun giving him the finger as if to say, look at all the people outside who you could be killing right now.

"You know," Weed began "A person is murdered every 15 seconds or something and we are completly cut out of the market! For all we know, the alphas are fighting an omega with some sort of higly advanced weapon, and we can't do anything but sit here." Weed sat down and started crying for the thousand of lives that aren't dying from his hand.

Cypher smiled at the newcomer, although it was kinda hard to tell when Cypher's face is a slightly oval-shaped black blob. "You're the only one who's not getting a demerit." He sighed, and, sending out his mental message again, asked for the Delta Division people to gather in the meeting hall. He had a message from the king, another one of his frivolous requests, but this one could possibly be more dangerous then others, andf more teacherous, too.

"Such arrogance," Caecus called aloud. "Regnis. Become one," he said as Regnis and he vanished instantly, their bodies transparent and invisible. Leo could handle himself, but Caecus was not stupid enough to rush into a battle without knowing his enemy. He stealthily hopped aboard Regnis, not a sound to be made, and took to the sky. There, he sat upon the dragon's head, and drew forth his scimitars. Wrenching them together, he tried to keep his cool. "I don't know what their problem is, but I really don't feel up to this."

Regnis grunted. It seemed he too was a bit off balance about this fight.

Archer was suddenly at Jane's side, leaning against her wolf. He looked at her and smirked at her sideways.

"Don't think you're alone, Jane." He said, pulling out his crossbow. "You won't get rid of me so easily..." Archer fitted a arrow to his bow, and then he looked through the sky with a critical eye, looking for his victim. Jane was obviously taking care of the first Omega, and Archer was going to take care of the second...Aha. Just then, for a flash of a second, as Azura raced up to him and started shouting, Archer had seen a flash of color streak across in the air. "There you are," Archer murmured, and with blinding fast speed, he send a arrow right at Caecus. But not just any arrow. One that had been charged with Archer's own electricity...!

The arrow was fast, but from such a large range, it's speed dramatically decreased, enough for Caecus to cut it down before it would harm himself or Regnis. Regnis roared, and revealed himself, forcing Caecus to remove his fully fledged cloak, which blended him in with all surroundings. Sealing his scimitars, he waited for the archer to make his next move. If he predicted it right, he could have an upperhand.

Meanwhile, he was still out numbered, and remained in the air.

Archer smiled as he saw the Omega had reacted as exactly he hoped he would. Now, the arrow's effect could kick in...

BOOOOM!!!!

Suddenly, the two remnants of the arrow, cut in half by Caecus' blade, exploded and lightning richocheted out of them. As so many lightning had been stored in the arrow, once an opening (The cut made by Caecus) had been found, Archer knew the lightning would flee with dangerous force. Destroyer of many, Archer thought, as he saw the lightning raced across the sky like a firework, burning the tops of many trees. Archer knew the Omega wouldn't be able to dodge the blast of light and would be paralyzed by all the lightning working its way through his and his dragon's body. Once the Omega fell to the ground, stunned, Archer would be able to pick him off at his leisure.

Perfect.

His scimitars were drawn at the right time. They acted as a lightning rod to the lightning strikes. It was clear from the beginning. You don't charge wood, you fill it. Like a trojan horse.

Caecus pushed his scimitars outwards, and the lightning was projected at a nearby mountain top. And as the smoke from the explosion cleared, the bright green "V" on his right hand was glowing. He covered it quickly. Caecus hated to fight, and refused to reveal power beyond reason. Such war was. . .pointless.

Nonetheless, he was fine. And it was about time that he and Leo withdrew from battle.

"I will not fight you archer. My death would be in vain to you all," Caecus called. "Even with the Mark of Power, I am not a fighter," he thought.

OoC: willpower, you're godmodding. Just a bit.

Jane started as Archer crouched down next to her, making her lose her focus on the dragon, which shook its head and righted itself.

"Damn it, Archer," she hissed, kicking him in the side furiously. Trying to refocus, she gazed at Leo's dragon again, and her Mark lit up, dimmer this time. Swiping her index finger across the air, Jane watched with glee as the dragon veered off to the left, almost crashing. She was the puppeteer of this great beast...

She turned and glared at Archer. "Don't be so careless, idiot. Next time you mess me up, you're the next to die."

She felt a strong presence in the air above her, immobile and still. She could not lose her focus now, though...

Weed stared at Cypher oddly. Does he not realize that he's here?

That was annoying, Weed spent a large part of his life thinking he existed and was a bit pissed off that people waited till now to tell him he was wrong.

Or imply he was wrong.

But wait, if he didn't exist, doesn't that mean he can leave?

Trying to act inconspicuous, Weed slowly walks towards the door.

Jett watched as Weed neared the door. "I suppose i will join you, Cypher seems a bit out of it today." Weed glanced back, and refocused his attention on the exit. Something is up, and i don't like it. Jett followed Weed out the door, leaving Cypher to himself. "What was that all about?"

Finally.

Spotting the one person she was looking for, Charity had her dragon swoop lower. Low enough to jump. Charity jumped. She was at a low enough elevation not to get hurt. By the ground, that is. She was dropping toward what looked to be another Vendetta, but not an Omega Vendetta. Charity drew her dagger as she hit the ground right in front of the enemy, and did a backwards roll to end up right next to her leader.

As Charity got up, she mumbled "Hope I'm not late for anything..."

OoC: I still don't have a rank...
