Yugioh:Fusion of Worlds:Shadow of the Spirit World [Started/Not Accepting][PG-16]

IC:Jasmine went silent for a minute then looked at the creatues. "Why did you follow me? Drakes on his way, right?" She then looked to the beast, noticing the X's on it. "Why would it attack me? Is it because of you?" She looked to the cat, moving more than it was on the path."

The beast got up. "Follow me. I see now you mean no harm, if Rescue Cat trusts you that much." He started walking away, followed by Jasmine.

James looked to the creature again. "I have an inside source, one of my Spirit's is a memeber of the Dragunities. I just don't see them being bad, seeing as if they chain me up, seeing as how the signers are in the middle of a war with the possesed Rainbow Neos, their home will be destroyed, unless they made a deal with Rainbow Neos, but... There best bet would be to side with the signers, seeing as how they should be able to trust me, being side-by-side with one of them through a couple epidemics in my world." James was confused.

[Blackstone Dresden]

Rayos said nothing, he just watched Aki and tried to figure out what that look meant.

 

"Yeah, sure, let's go towards the angry dragon that's hell bent on destruction." Shadow told Michi, shaking his head.

 

Hammerer tapped Wyvern twice on the skull and the Dragon let out a ferocious sounding roar that even belted out a stream of fire straight into the air.

 

Drake, hearing the loud roar and seeing the column of fire, immediately doubled back to Jasmine's location

 

"Ha, yeah, except the warden here isn't one of the Dragunities." The Spirit said, "Heh, I wouldn't be surprised if Power of Chaos has the Winged Beast Dragunities under Brain Control." A card, Swallow Flip, was thrown at James' feet, "Here, Summon a Level 4 Winged Beast and trigger that card. I'll do the rest." And with that, the Spirit turned into a card that slipped itself into James' deck.

((Sorry! Just a lot of things came up today...))

 

Aki turned to Rayos as she finished her pizzas. "So what's your favorite food? I want to try that next to see if I like it too. I ordered practically everything I could think of, so aything you mightlike might be in the massive pile of food behind me." She calmly pointed her thumb behind her to a pyramid of Styrofoam take-out boxes for added emphasis.

 

Micchi thought long and hard. "Well, we have 2 options: We could try to reason with the big lug, or we could just rush in, distract the dragon, snag the kid, and take him to a hospital. Your choice."

[Blackstone Dresden]

Rayos just shook his head, still trying to figure out exactly what that look on Aki's face meant.

 

"Yes, good plan." Shadow said sarcastically "Separate one of the Signers from his Dragon, and you wonder why exactly Master Rayos hates you." He placed his broadsword between Michi and Red Archfiend "In fact, I'm going to do him a favor. You tried to keep them from coming to Neo Space, and now you're trying to send a Signer back to the human world. You're a spy for Power of Chaos, and, unfotunately, you're about to get caught in an ambush. Sadly, you won't survive, but Red Archfiend, the kid, and I will make it out safe thanks to your noble heroic sacrifice." He brought his sword out towards Michi's midsection "It's a nobler death than a traitorous scum like you deserves."

Michi was surprised at this, and started to panic. "You got this all wrong! I meant to temporarily separate him from the Dragon so he could be healed! You said that the Dragon wouldn't let us near him with a 10-foot pole, so I just thought that getting him to soeone who can heal him would be a good idea, unless you can convince Big Red oer there that we come in peace!"

 

Aki continued to look at Rayos with a mixture of seriousness and intrigue. "Really. I want to know."

 

((Why are you giving Michi such a hard time?!?))

"I said no such thing. You suggested that we take the Signer back to the real world, so that Miss Aki, James, and Master Rayos would have to fight the Power of Chaos alone, though I'm assuming you have a plan to get rid of them as well." He slashed his sword down at the Pathfinder again.

 

"I want to know why you got that look on your face when I told you not to change." Rayos said "I want to know how you got a mostly organic body, and I want to know how you can dial every restaurant at the same time."

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

"Reverse order." Aki responded. "First, I may have a mostly organic body, but mostly is the key word. There are still parts of me that are mechanical, including my wireless uplink. Think of it as a Wifi modem in my head. I can access any Wifi-connected device within hundreds of feet of me. And since almost everything has such a connection nowadays, I can be part of the World Wide Web anytime."

"Second, I...honestly don't entirely know. You know how I have Itsu's memories? Well, when she first met Damian, he was a Dark Signer, partof a second wave of the beings. She managed to trick another Dark Signer into thinking she was a Signer, and lost against him, only to use a combination of nanobots, biomass, and dark magic to be reborn in a new, fleshy body, like mine. I knew that, if Itsu could do it, I could too, so I purged Ilana of the darkness left behind by Cici, and accepted it as my own. Since my soul, which I found out I have, by the way, was pretty much pure, I was just knocked down to a bit lower than the average human on the Sin-O-Meter, so I'm a mix of light and darkness."

"And third, because of what I just said: I'm the almost-perfect blend between light and darkness, technology and magic, good and evil..." She started to cry as she rushed over to Rayos, sobbing into his shirt. "And I'm scared of myself." She whispered in between two sobs.

 

Michi dodged. "Well, how was I to know that separating the Dragon from the boy was a big no-no?!?" She protested. "I'm new to this whole 'Signer' stuff! The only one who told me the most as to what's going on is Meata!"

[Blackstone Dresden]

Rayos held her close and stroked her hair "Aki, I'm sorry that you had to go through that." He kissed the cyborg's forehead and his arm flashed briefly and he sighed "Spirit's in jail, Shadow's dealing with a traitor, James is in the cell next to Spirit, and the Red Archfiend Signer had another panic attack or something."

 

"You're either a traitor intent on getting us killed, or you're a moron that will get us killed." He slashed again and again "Now, either way, you're nothing but a liability to us." The Nature Knight followed up a third slash with a blast of purple energy that seemed to weaken Michi.

[The Dragon Duelist]

He woke up looking around. "Ugh.. what happened?" He looked around trying to figure out what happened. "I don't remember what happened..." He placed his left hand up to his head looking around for his duel disk and deck. "Wait? Where are they!?" He searched quickly finding them a few yards away. "Phew.." He wiped the sweat from his head checking his deck to make sure all of his cards where there and in tact. "Okay... Everyone is here." He closed his eyes as he forced himself to stand up. "Uh.." He shook still barely able to stand. "Okay... I am good now."

[Blackstone Dresden]

((Only Nature Knight - Shadow Slayer, Neo Space Pathfinder and Elemental Hero Avian are there, though the first is trying to kill the second))

 

Avian held his hand out for the Signer "Hey, need a hand?" He asked, snapping his fingers a couple of times "Oh, and could you possibly call off your Signer Dragon? He's been watching you like a hawk since you passed out. I get that you're in space, with a talking winged guy, a glowing purple armored knight, a faceless alien, and a demonic looking dragon... No, never mind, actually, I think fainting or running were the smart choices." He pulled him up, not taking his eyes off the DARK Dragon, and held his hand out, this time to shake "Name's Elemental Hero Avian, though you can just call me Avian."

[The Dragon Duelist]

He looked up at Red Dragon Archfiend speaking to it mentally. It's okay.. calm down. The Dragon landed behind him staying quiet as he looked at Avian. "I am Elijah.. you can call me Eli." He looked around thinking to himself as he slid his duel disk onto his arm he turned back to Avian looking at him. "Tell me do you know where are and where the others are?" He stood there holding his duel disk up.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"Sir Rayos is currently in the human world with his... girlfriend, I believe is the socially accepted term now, Lady Aki." Avian said "Lord James is currently in jail, and the fifth Signer is untraceable since his LIGHT Thunder Deck throws off Shadow Slayer's" He pointed to the armored knight "Internally tracking abilities. As for the non-Signers, they're heading to the Mystic Plasma Zone to deliver the first salvo in this war." He looked at Shadow and Michi "I'd recommend staying far away from those two, Shadow doesn't trust her, but he's always been something of a paranoid ass in that form, so it could just be nothing. Either way, he's swinging that giant blade like parchment. If parchment could sever your head from your shoulders, that is."

[The Dragon Duelist]

He stood there as he sighed. "I need to get to everyone. What is the quickest way to the Mystic Plasma Zone?" He stood there with his arms crossed as if he was unafraid of what was going to happen next. "Besides I have Red Dragon Archfiend to protect me so I am not worried." He chuckled as he saw that his singer mark was glowing. "I have an Idea... Avian.. how can I summon my fellow signers? I need to know what is going on around here."

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

Michi, still dodging Shadow Slayers attacks, managed to get by him, nad ran over to Eli. "Please for the love of the Gods help me! This psycho Duel Monsters Spirit was helping me one minute, then trying to kill me another, just because I wantd to help you!"

 

Aki then stopped crying when Rayos mentioned "traitor". "Where's Shadow Slayer, because if he's hurting Michi..." Her Condor and Wings Marks both flared up. "...I'm going to have to teach him a lesson." Aki purred in a svelte, seductive tone that had a slightly menacing undertone.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"You can't." Avian said, "Lord James is locked up somewhere in Dragon Canyon, which is nearly impossible to break into since the Dragunities have contracted outside help, and Lady Aki and Sir Rayos don't want to be found just yet."

 

"She lies." Shadow Slayer told Eli "She wanted to take you back to the human world so the Signers are outnumbered even more. She wanted to separate you from your dragon."

 

"Aki, you've gotta realize it by now. Everything Michi's done has either slowed us down or almost got us killed. She's allied with the Power of Chaos, either by her own choice or through some form of brainwashing. Please, just accept that."

((You know, your characters really can't tell the difference between incompetence and sabotage, can they?))

 

But Aki replied. "I used to be a bumbling imbecile, and you didn't think I was secretly working for the Sun Kings or Moon Queens, right? That was because Itsu stood up for me. And now, it's my turn to stand up for someone else." She then grinned evilly, and licked her lips in anticipation. "Besides, I've been meaning to give this body a little test run."

Before Rayos could do anything, Aki disappeared into a portal of darkness.

Aki reappeared in between Michi and Shadow Slayer, angrily staring down the armored knight as her two marks flared. "You want to harm her, you son-of-a-b***h?!? You're going to have to go through me!!!" She prepared the Duel Disk she had borrowed for the practice duel with Rayos that never happened.

 

Michi stood behind Aki, surprised at the cyborg's new appearance.

[The Dragon Duelist]

He whistled making Red Dragon Archfiend move up behind him. "Well now.. The Dragunites should remember me." He drew a few cards revealing the Dragunity cards. "Seeing how we are partners. Now then.. point me in the direction of Dragon Canyon. I am going to bust James out of prison." He stood there putting the Dragunities back into his deck. "Alright guys.. it is time to go." He stood atop of Red Dragon Archfiends head looking down at them. "Alright.. Once we know where to go we will head out."

[Blackwing-Master]

"I'll try, but it's kinda hard to throw a card when my hands are chained to the wall." James bent his arms as much as he could and flicked the bottom cards of his deck with his nose. about ten cards fell all over the ground. Luckily, one, Blackwing - Bora the Spear, landed right on Swallows Nest. "Yes!" The monster Appeared, then transformed itself into the creature that was beside him.

Jasmine followed the lion creature to a burnt down section of the forest. "Oh my! What happened?" She turned to the Lion, then to the cat on the back of her d-wheel. Rescue Cat?

"Our villages was attack not long ago by a being called Dark Armed Dragon, and used the saw on it's stomach to destroy almost everthing. We tried to defend, but most of us were destroyed, but saved by me by turning them into there card forms before Dark Armed Dragon could steal them from here, then ran off. We're, or we were, the X-Sabers by the way. I was off to find somewhere safe, but that Rescue Cat, who hid most of the time to avoid getting destroyed, fell behind. When I saw you with it, i thought maybe you were taking it to Neos and his evil squad."

"No we're battling against him. Please, allow me to avenge your village for you. I was just about to head to Neos' area. I can help you."

"Very well." The X-Saber turned into a card after dropping the lost X-Saber Village to the ground. "I trust you" the monster's voice rang in Jasmine's head.

Jasmine picked up the cards, put them in a deck box, got on her d-wheel, and drove back to the path.

[Blackstone Dresden]

((Shadow is a paranoid ass and Rayos is {spoilers omitted.))

 

"Fine then. A duel. My life, and Master Rayos' life against the traitor's." Shadow stated, three translucent circles appearing in front of him, perpendicular to the ground. The first sphere was the smallest, with five subdivisions, the second, with seven subdivisions, was the largest, and the third, sporting six subdivisions, was, by process of elimination, the middle "You're turn."

 

James' cell mate, now revealed to be Battlestorm, appeared on the outside of the cell and, with scary efficiency, took out the Dragunities guarding them, though he did it without causing one fatality. "Now then," the Winged Beast said, rummaging through the pockets of a Legionnaire, "Which one of you has the key?" After a minute of searching, he finally found the dragon themed key and unlocked their cell door, followed by James' handcuffs, and picked up his Swallow's Nest card. "You're welcome, Leader." He said, unknowingly using Mark's nickname for James.

 

Drake, meanwhile, bowed his head in a moment of silence out of respect for the X Saber's people.

[The Dragon Duelist]

Red Dragon Archfiend took of in the Direction of The Dragon Canyon with great speed. Eli stood atop of his dragon holding his deck close. "I will free my fellow signer and I will find out what exactly is going on." Red Dragon roared in reply as he took off at speeds that he would not normally reach. "Let's go!" His dragon roared again getting closer to the canyon.

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

"Nuh uh." Aki shook her head. "Oh, no no no no no. You're not getting away with that. You're going to tell mewhat the f**k you just did there, just like EVERY. BODY. ELSE." She then started to laugh. "Honestly, did you think I would fall for a trick like that, not saying what you were doing to make me lower my guard? The rules say that, unless you are imcapable of speech, you have to say every action you take in the duelists' common language, so please, elaborate as to what those cards are and what they do."

[Blackwing-Master]

James fell to the ground and kicked up his cards, noticing two that were glowing, but then stopped. "Ok, now I need to find Militum to see if she's ok, seeing as how they most likely know she's my spirit." James walked out of the cell and onto his d-wheel. "Now, you coming with me, or leaving me be for your own mission?"

Jasmine walked to her d-wheel and got on. "Drake, we need to get going. The X-Sabers may not be the only spirits to perish if we don't go bust some heads at the Mystic Plasma Zone." She started it up, and looked back to Drake.

[Blackstone Dresden]

"I did not even take my turn yet." Shadow told Aki, "This circle contains my Monster Zones, hence the five subdivisions, this one contains my hand, hence it holds seven cards, and this one contains my Spells and Traps, hence the six card limit." To prove his point, he waved his hand over the middle circle and five cards appeared in it, their backs to Aki, "Now, would you kindly take your turn so that I can defeat you and destroy this traitorous b@#$%?"

 

"I have my mission." Battlestorm told him "The Goddess with the Third Eye told me that 'When Chaos's true power corrupts the storm's remainder, the one who wields the power of Transformation will need his Knight.' I'm not quite sure I know what that means, but Chaos's true power is blatantly obvious."

 

"Jasmine, if we bust some heads, as you so eloquently put it, at Mystic Plasma Zone, I guarantee you that the X-Sabers will by no means be the only ones to perish."

[Premier Alexander Romanov]

((You know, you need to be a bit more detailed there, Dresden, such as mentioning that that was his Duel Disk or something.))

 

Aki felt a bit embarassed, but she also saw the murderous gleam in that monster's eyes. She withdrew her Duel Disk and instead assumed a fighting stance. "You know what? F**k it. Why do we have to use a children's card game to settle EVERYTHING? Bring it, you armored tin can! I've got tons of fighting moves in my data banks, plus I've played all sorts of fighting games!"

 

Michi was surprised at how well Aki was controlling her anger.

[Blackwing-Master]

"Alright, then I guess we'll meat again." James put out his hand, hoping the monster would take it as a friendly gesture.

"Look, what I ment was what we originally planned, start the party, get thing rolling, you know, get things cleared to the signers don't have to waist there time on the henchmen." She looked at her new X-Saber cards. I will avenge you and the rest fo your kind. She drove forward, getting even closer to Mystic Plasma Zone.
